Is this a Dream????

Kenzo blinked his eyes a few times. His eyes were still blurry, but gradually became clearer. He looked up at the sky of the room with a breath that was so heavy.

His eyes look puffy and his face is really tangled. Even his head was still quite dizzy.

It was as if he had dreamed something. Something very bad.

Alena's....

"En.." That gentle call made Kenzo immediately gasp. He immediately sat down and looked to the side. Where Alena looked at her with such a beautiful smile on her pale face.

Kenzo blinked his eyes a few times.

This is her Alena, her Alena's alive.

"A...Ale" muttered Kenzo.

"Why look at me like that?" ask Alena.

Kenzo's eyes re-soaked the water. His hand rubbed Alena's face. Even Alena could feel if the hand was shaking and it felt so cold.

"You ..you're alive, aren't you still with me?" ask Kenzo

Alena smiled and royally handed Kenzo, grasped her gently and nodded slowly.

"I promised not to leave you" replied Alena

Kenzo again sobbed and immediately hugged Alena tightly. I kissed her whole face nonstop.

Alena rubbed Kenzo's back which was still trembling withholding tears. Not knowing what had happened, but when she regained consciousness a few hours ago, she saw Kenzo sleeping so soundly beside her.

Doctor Richard said if he can't wake Kenzo. And when she saw Kenzo's current expression, Alena realized that Kenzo was not asleep, but unconscious.

"En.. Don't cry anymore, I don't like. It's not that I'm okay" Alena said.

Kenzo immediately shook his head and still hugged Alena tightly. He didn't want to let go of Alena. Last night she really wanted to die when she found out Alena's heartbeat was no longer throbbing. He was really scared, and now he didn't want to let go of this hug. Yet...

"En.. You make me claustrophobic" said Alena.

Kenzo gasped, and immediately let go of his embrace. But still holding Alena's body. Looking at Alena's face fixedly, it's not as pale as last night. Is he okay, did the serum work???

"I'm so afraid you're going to Alena" Kenzo replied.

Alena nodded and smiled. He rubbed Kenzo's face gently.

"I'm not leaving, I still want to marry you and be the princess of America" Alena said.

Kenzo grunts a smile and kisses Alena's lips. After that he looked at the room, where there were only the two of them.

"Where is everyone?" ask Kenzo

"They came out and let us rest. Miss Angel and Mr. Cris are also out with Daddy" Alena said.

Kenzo frowned, he turned to the wall clock that was there.

"Jam nine" murmured her with widened eyes.

"You slept for so long" Alena said.

Kenzo flabbergasted. Why did he fall asleep for so long???

He turned his head back to Alena who was trying to sit down, but was immediately blocked by Kenzo.

"Hey. You don't move first" Kenzo said.

"I'm fine" replied Alena.

Kenzo helps her sit up and lean on the head of the bed.

"Go take a shower and clean yourself up. You look ugly this morning" Alena said.

Kenzo snorted a smile and rubbed the tops of Alena's head.

My God, Kenzo's heart is really relieved to see Alena like this.

Did he dream last night???

But why is it real?

Fear, tension, sadness and tears. It all really feels real. Why does everything look good this morning?.

Alena also looked fresher. And where is everyone else?

What did he miss, why did he fall asleep for so long?

"Why do you daydream?" the gentle rubbing of Alena's hand on her face made Kenzo gasp and immediately look at Alena.

"I'm not dreaming, am I?" ask Kenzo. He was like a dazed man now.

Alena smiled and pinched her arm strongly, making Kenzo instantly grimace and rub his arm gently.

"What feels? I haven't had much energy to pinch you" Alena said.

Once again, Kenzo hugged Alena again and kissed her forehead for a long time.

"I'm right as a fool now. But I really hope you're okay, Alena" Kenzo hoped.

"En. It's even better than before" Alena replied

"Now go take a shower, you need to refresh yourself. After that, you can ask Professor Brian ", Alena said

"Now, I will call him" replied Kenzo. She wants to get out of bed, but Alena immediately blocks her.

"Past shower first" said Alena

"I want to know what happened to Ale" Kenzo said. But Alena immediately shook her head.

"You should shower and clean yourself. You don't see how fucked up you are right now. You're not ashamed of Mr Cris??? not ashamed of your ex-lover?" alena asked, her lips slightly irritated when mentioning the ex-lover.

Kenzo grunted a smile hearing that.

"Am I too ugly now?" ask Kenzo. Alena nodded quickly.

"It's ugly, it stinks" he said.

Really for whatever sake, Kenzo was really happy to see this adorable face again, a face that had begun to sparkle. My God, was he just dreaming last night.??

Alena's mouth immediately silenced Kenzo with her warm kiss, making Alena instantly widen her eyes in surprise.

Kenzo immediately let go of the kiss as she felt Alena was starting to run out of breath.

"I'll take a shower and be handsome again for you. Only foryou. Wait for me, and don't go anywhere" said Kenzo.

He gave a quick peek back at Alena's lips and immediately moved from the top of the bed, leaving Alena smiling at him.

Kenzo, he's so scared of Alena that he can't help her that he can faint. Is that Kenzo's love for her???

Alena was grateful to be able to regain consciousness and breathe again. Don't know what it would be like with Kenzo if he really left last night. Is Kenzo going crazy??? The sense of loss has made his heart weak, even this morning Alena can see for herself Angel who is so staring pity at Kenzo. He really felt so guilty, because he Kenzo became like this. But it was not because of that, but rather their destiny that required them to feel all the bitterness of life.

'Mommy.thank you for asking Ale back. Ale promises to always be there to make Daddy and Kenzo happy and Alena murmured inwardly.

An hour later, Kenzo was much fresher. He was neat with a black shirt and his jeans. Sit next to Alena and look at everyone in the room. Two adorable baby twins are playing with Alena. And there's Angel sitting in a chair near Alena.

"Are you satisfied with Mr. Ken's sleep?" asked Cristian with a face that sucks as usual. He stood beside his wife and leaned against the nightstand.

"Even we've been waiting for you for hours to wake up" Cristian added.

"Why didn't you wake me?" ask Kenzo.

"You can't get up, you're too comfortable in your beautiful sleep" Cristian quipped, leaving Kenzo snorting profusely, but still curious about what happened. Moreover, he could see if Angel was glancing at him occasionally.

Kenzo looked at Professor Brian who was concocting something on the desk not far from them. Captain Stone and doctor Richard sit on a couch and are seen discussing something.

"Alena be careful, I'm afraid Michael is moving too agile" Angel said when she saw Alena playing with the very active baby Michael.

"It's okay, miss. Michael also understands his aunty is sick, yes son" said Alena while playing the cheek puffed Michael. Michella looks calm in Kenzo's lap.

"When did you come, why was it here so early in the morning?" kenzo asked Cristian and Angel.

"Jorge told us today that Alena was critical. So I came here immediately, while Angel and the children, just arrived two hours ago" replied Cristian.

"Why can't I know" murmured Kenzo.

Angel looks at Kenzo with a fixed look, there is a sense of pity and guilt in that eye. But she's pretty grateful that Alena's okay now. If not, then Angel does not know what will happen to Kenzo.

Alena looks at Angel who looks turned to Kenzo, she knows Angel feels guilty, but that does not mean this is also his fault.

"En.. You're too exhausted, so you don't remember anything" Alena said.

Kenzo looked at Alena in surprise. But just about to ask, Professor Brian has come closer to them by bringing an injection that contains a seed-colored liquid.

"Aft injection?" alena asked bitterly. I think he was really bored and traumatized to see this injection.

"No no no" Michael immediately shook his head quickly and moved his hand to Professor Brian, making Alena and everyone else there turn to him and laugh with anxiety. Alena's fear is gone because of Michael.

"Hey boy, can't you get injected hmm?" ask Kenzo

And Michael nodded quickly.

"Oh my God Michael, you're a child but you understand" said Cristian so amazed.

"Darling, you do understand that aunty is afraid" whispered Alena as she let out a tearful kiss on Michael's cheek.

"Little young master, this is a vitamin for aunty. Excuse me for a second okay" said Professor Brian

"Let's go, baby, you go with mommy first" Angel wants to grab Michael from Alena's lap, but Michael instead shook his head strongly and refused.

"Oh my God Michael, just a little while dear" Angel again. But still the baby boy refused and whined, he did not want to let Alena hurt.

Kenzo immediately laughed at the behavior of Cristian's son.

"Hey, relax, there's an uncle who will take care of aunty, that's okay" said Kenzo. But Michael hugged Alena's arm now.

"Oh baby, come here, aunty is only treated to get healthy fast. Don't be" Angel still tries to seduce Michael but still he doesn't want to.

"Michael, come on boy. Don't be like that, come here with Daddy, after the injection, aunty can definitely invite you to play, buy ice cream" Cristian said.

Michael was speechless, looking at Cristian with a very adorable face.

"Yes, later after aunty recovers we buy ice cream" said Alena anyway. He was really touched to see this Angel child. Michella is still in Kenzo's lap. She's like her mommy who doesn't say much.

"Okay. We see uncle Jorge playing cat in the back. Come on" asked Cristian again.

But when he heard the name Jorge called, not only Michael who was interested but also Michella.

"Oh my God, you want to go girl too?" kenzo asked, and with her cleverness Michella also nodded immediately.

"Okay, we go with Daddy. Come on Daddy's son" Cristian immediately widened his hands to make Michael and Michella immediately move and crawl towards him.

"Ah smart" said Cristian who immediately held the two adorable toddlers.

"Don't be naughty dear" said Angel while rubbing the heads of her two children.

"Bye mommy, bye aunty" said Cristian, as well as the two toddlers, they also waved at Angel and Alena. Makes Alena really anxious to see her. She wanted to have a child like the baby twins.

"Aaaa is so funny to them. I want to have something like that" Alena murmured

Angel and Kenzo laughed at her.

"Later you'll have Alena." said Angel.

Alena immediately smiled and nodded. But when he saw Professor Brian the smile on his face immediately disappeared and his face turned sad again.

"Do you have to?" ask Alena.

"This is the last one, miss. Vitamins for your immunity" replied Professor Brian who was getting closer, while Angel who immediately shifted away.

"Will it hurt again?" ask Alena. His eyes were even glazed over now.

"No, it doesn't hurt. I guarantee you" replied Professor Brian.

"It won't hurt Ale. Calm down. This is the last one" Kenzo said.

Alena just nodded her head, and gave her hand to Professor Brian. Kenzo instantly pulls Alena's head over to him, Alena's fear of pain, still so noticeable, like her true trauma.

Kenzo's warm treatment, of course, did not escape the eyes of Angel who had always been watching him.

'Alena, may you always be healthy and make this good man happy' Angel said. So deep and full of feelings, because after all Kenzo is someone who has become meaningful in his life, although now only a story filler heart.
