I Want You to Be Careful

Mayumi was pensive to see the recording given by Damian this morning. He didn't even seriously pay attention to the tape because his mind was being tangled. Mayumi was even reluctant to eat once she returned, so she became jealous of Damian and Ainsley's affection.

He should not have been on their date, he should have stayed at home so that envy would not arise and fill his heart. To be honest she was envious because she had not been together with her lover for a long time. They have not met for several years even they have not had a good time.

She really misses her lover but now, her lover gets caught. Whether his girlfriend is alive or not, he really doesn't know. Mayumi sighed, the phone she put down was taken. He should try to contact his lover even though he knows he will never be able to connect again because his girlfriend's phone is not active.

Mayumi lay down and cried, why should the people she loved leave her one by one? It felt unfair to him, why would he have to experience something like this?

"Why? Why did you come back to Japan? I warned you, but why are you still back there?" ask Mayumi. She cried sobbing, missed her lover also missed her father.

Out there, Damian's back. Damian looked happy, it was because he had already missed a wonderful day together with Ainsley. Jager Maxton was waiting because there was something important he wanted to talk to his son about.

"Dad, where's Mayumi?" damian asked because he didn't see Mayumi.

"In his room" Jager replied in a displeased tone.

"Has he eaten?"

"Damian, go take a shower and then meet me because I have something to talk to you about!" said father.

"All right," Damian passed away. I don't know what his father wants to talk about but he thinks his father wants to talk serious about it with him.

Damian took a quick shower, as he did not want to keep his father waiting. When he finished, Damian looked for his father who was waiting for him in the room. It seemed like his guess was correct, his father would definitely talk about important matters if it was in the room because he knew, his father did not want anyone to hear their talk.

"What would Daddy want to talk about?" ask Damian.

"Come, sit with me!"

Damian approached his father and sat down beside him. Jager looks serious, he must warn Damian so that the events experienced by him were not experienced by Damian.

"What's up, Dad?"

"I want you to be careful, Damian."

"I'm always careful, Dad."

"I know, but listen to me. I don't want you to experience what I've been through being betrayed by my best friend even though I know, Ainsley isn't an ordinary girl but I want you to be careful of Mayumi."

"What does Daddy mean?" Damian looked at his father seriously, does his father suspect Mayumi?

"I just want you to be careful, Damian. We do not know what is in his heart, a person who looks good is not necessarily good. I don't want Mayumi to take advantage of the kindness you've given so that it turns against you and Ainsley. Although Ainsley can take care of herself but as a man and also as her boyfriend you have to take care of her. You can do good to Mayumi but not too much. You got it, didn't you?"

"I know, Dad. Thank you for the advice Daddy gave me. As a friend I just don't have the heart but I know the limits. I'm not going to do anything out of bounds much less to the point of making Ainsley misunderstand and get angry because of the friendship that exists between us!"

"Good!" said Jager. At least his son knows what he's doing.

"I'm glad you're always on the lookout and I'm glad your relationship with Ainsley has moved forward."

"What does Daddy mean?"

"Hm, there's no!" answer father. Don't let her son know if she's on the bridge and looking at them while they're kissing.

"Dad, are you pretending to be Vivi's?" ask Damian suspiciously.

"Abroad! I did go to your sister's house! Sana's gone, take Mayumi to dinner. Don't let him get sick!"

"Has he not eaten yet?"

"Have gone!" expel father.

"But Dad, how did Daddy know that my relationship and Ainsley's had advanced?"

"Secret!" answer Jager. Let the curious son now.

"Dad, you're not peeping, are you?" ask Damian suspiciously.

"Abroad! I'm not a lizard yet so you don't have to worry! I won't peek as well when you bring her into the room!' said father.

"Ck, Daddy's careless! I can't do something like that!"

"Why? Try telling me?" Jager wanted to know.

"Dad, it would be nice to do it after marriage so that we do not get bored quickly with our relationship."

"Why be an impatient Daddy?" Damian looked at his father carefully.

"Hm, I can't wait to have a daughter-in-law so don't wait too long" replied his father.

"We're just starting to date, Dad. So I want to enjoy our courtship for a while."

"Good!" Jager smiled, and won.

Damian came out of the room because there was nothing they were talking about anymore, he knew his father was worried about him and he would not make his father worry. Room door closed, Jager cheered happily in there.

"Yes, I won!"

Damian opened the door again when he heard his father's cheers, "What's up, Dad? Did Daddy win the lottery?" damian asked while looking at his father.

"Hm, no! Sana go get Mayumi some dinner!" said father.

Damian scrunched his forehead, maybe he heard wrong. The door was closed and after that he walked away. Jager remained silent but a few seconds later he cheered again.

"Yes, I won. Prepare yourself old man, you'll have to dance at their wedding!"

Jager is really happy, he even jogged because he won from Jacob. Looks like he has to make a silly costume to prank the old man. When else could he work on the most feared mobster of his time?

Out there, Damian approached Mayumi's room and knocked on her door slowly.

"Mayumi, let's go out to eat" she called.

Mayumi got out of her bed and came to the door. When the door opened, Mayumi hugged Damian while crying.

"Dam-Dam, you're not leaving me, are you?" tanyakanya.

"What do you mean?"

"Everything I love leaves me, my father, my lover, they leave me. You're not leaving me, are you?" mayumi asked again while looking at her with a pleading gaze.

"No, I will always be there for you as a friend! Just friends, nothing more!" answer Damian.

"I'm happy even if you just think I'm a friend, thanks Dam-Dam." Mayumi tightens her arms, now Damian is all she has and she hopes Damian doesn't leave her.

"Let's eat, you'll get sick!" Damian let go of Mayumi's hand that was coiled around her body, "Next time don't hug me like this, I don't want Ainsley to see and misunderstand!" said again.

"Sorry," Mayumi looked down and bit her lip.

"It's okay, next time don't repeat. Let's go eat," he asked as he walked away.

Mayumi looked at her back, why does Damian feel so far away now? She's not what she used to be because she feels Damian is getting further away from her.

Damian also invites his father to eat together, Jager's eyes can not be separated from Mayumi, really they must be wary of the girl and that night without their knowledge, without their knowledge, the informant sent by Aland Winstond had already obtained an important clue.

Although Damian has closed the information about his father but other information can be obtained especially the informant already knows what organization led by Jager Maxton first. After doing some research for a long time, of course secretly finally important information he got and the information will be given to Aland tonight.

"Mr Windstond, sir, you can meet one of them if you want to meet Jager Maxton but I suggest you don't see his daughter because if you mention her then you have to be ready to face the person behind it!"

Aland nodded and picked up the map that was on the table. The map opens, information about Jager Maxton's son and daughter are there and their addresses. Aland sees his informant back, does he have to go see Jager Maxton's son? It seemed like she had to do it because she had no choice let alone she had to find her son's illegitimate child first before her son found the child.
