Vivian was waiting for Ainsley at the time because she had a mission to realize her father's wishes. They're not pushy, they're just trying to get Damian and Ainsley closer. If they did have feelings for each other, they would definitely notice it.

Holding her daughter, Vivian looked into the kitchen occasionally as Ainsley was eating. She will take advantage of the situation while there even she does not want to go home even though she has been invited by her husband. He knew his brother was a crooked person, especially so far he always thought Ainsley was like his sister.

It seems like her father's task is harder because his father has to convince his brother but he believes that his father can do it especially his father really wants Ainsley as his son-in-law. Hopefully their plan works to bring the two people together.

Ainsley had finished eating and after cleaning the dirty dishes, Ainsley went inside his room. Vivian follows him in a hurry and of course after giving her daughter to Matthew because she wants to talk alone without anyone bothering her.

"Oh yeah, I heard that Damian's brother brought his girlfriend to stay at home and introduced her to you, is that right?" here's the goal.

"Mayumi's not her boyfriend!" ainsley.

"You know where it's coming from?" Vivian pretended not to know.

"Oh, I thought Mayumi was Damian's girlfriend."

You don't think about your personal life because you want to give your best to your mother but son, your mother's been gone for a few years. You're no longer a burden then why don't you think about your future now?"
