Behind The Boss

Behind The Boss
Amburadul Schedule

This morning Kiran woke up as usual. They went together to TJ. Radit who then went again to another place left Kiran in his room, the main director's room.

He asked Kiran to see some reports at the company. Checking the report then see the gap contained in it. All this was done by the man as a step to prepare Kiran as his successor.

Something is strange. This morning he found Lusi looking at him with a hostile look. Even Kiran sensed that there was hostility from the woman's eyes. I don't know where it's wrong, Kiran doesn't know.

Even so, everything went well. Until Radit and Bara appeared in the afternoon. The man immediately called her and Lucia. From the aura of his face, Kiran guessed that something she heard after this must be something bad.

Radit gave Bara a code to explain. The man's face was very dark. He turned his face to look the other way. It was as if he was holding back the emotional turmoil that filled his chest.

"This one day, there is no one right meeting schedule. Clients come earlier than us. Many collaborations were cancelled. The meeting with the directors scheduled today turned out to be even faster."

"Tell me now, who's responsible for this?" ask Bara with eyes as sharp as an eagle. He was pretty angry too apparently.

Kiran's surprised. He's the one who's been working on Radit's schedule this week. He combined the men's schedules at TJ and Makarim Group. If something goes wrong, he must be involved in the mistake. But didn't he get that schedule from the secretaries of every company?

"I have submitted the meeting agenda in accordance with what was agreed by the client. I had also confirmed the meeting the day before, so that there would be no clash of meetings or dissatisfaction from the clients." Lusi answered first from Kiran.

Now Bara's eyes are on Kiran. He's accusing me?

"I made a schedule based on the agenda given by the secretaries. Before the agenda I compiled, each secretary I have asked first about the certainty of each agenda. If the information provided by the secretaries is correct. Then I guess there won't be any problems like this."

Kiran tried to answer calmly. Not putting emphasis on his words. I'm basically innocent. So why fear?

"So Kiran's mother accused me of being inaccurate in giving her an agenda. That so?!" lusi's voice was calm yet it sounded cynical. His eyes stared hard at Kiran.

"It should be so. Moreover, Mr. Radit's agenda today is dominated by TJ affairs. If the schedule is correct. Why can there be mistakes?" Kiran replied, still with incredible calm.

"good. I'll show you the agenda I gave to Kiran's mother. Sorry, excuse me for a minute." Susie implored herself then stepped out of the room.

As Lusi exited the room, Radit stared at Kiran with an indecipherable look. But Bara was still staring at Kiran as usual. He told Kiran to sit down. But he refused it.

Lusi entered the room and then gave a file containing the agenda this week to Radit's desk. Radit glanced at him at a glance, with no intention of taking it. Bara checks it immediately and calls Kiran closer and gives the file.

Kiran's heart pinched. Why is it like this?

"Is my schedule different from what happened today?" tanya Lusi smiled meaningfully.

Bara whispered something into Radit's ear until the aura of the man's face became increasingly gripping. It was true, right now the man was in an angry fashion. Today's mistake for him was fatal.

Kiran thought quickly. Is this a trap? Was Lusi on purpose? He's not stupid enough to make all this mess up?

"I think if this was the schedule I was given, I wouldn't be able to go wrong to cause all the mistakes today."

"I've already signed under that agenda, as a sign that this is indeed the agenda that I gave to Ms. Kiran." Lucia quickly denied.

Kiran. It's true that there's a signature under that agenda. Now he realized the ingenuity of this woman before him. Finding the truth made Kiran mute.

"Ehm, sorry in advance, sir. Maybe it wasn't Kiran's fault entirely. I had handed over a different schedule earlier. But the schedule has been revised because there are clients who ask for changes in the schedule. Maybe Kiran's mother forgot to revise that schedule after I submitted the latest draft schedule."

This woman doesn't want to defend Kiran. His statement further corroborated that the mistake was indeed on Kiran.

"Is there anything you want to say, Kiran?" ask Bara.

Kiran said firmly. "Nothing."

I look like I'm breathing heavily. Radit even turned his face away. Don't want to see Kiran.

"You may go out, Miss Lusi." Bara looked at Lusi sharply.

"good. Then, excuse me first." Susi came out, leaving behind a cold aura that surrounded Kiran in the room.

"Is there anything you want to tell me?" ask Radit coldly. Kiran did not dare to look into the man's eyes.

"Nothing." Kiran's voice sounded resolute without the slightest bit of fear.

"After all this, there's nothing else you want to say?!" Now the voice is more demanding than ever. Kiran glanced at Radit who was now looking at her sharply.

"Nothing."

"Are you so arrogant as to stand up for yourself in front of me even though it is clear that all these wrongs lead to you? Is it because you're my wife so you think you can just as easily?!"

Kiran was a little surprised by Radit's words just now. She was flabbergasted, staring at her friend in disbelief.

Radit looked at him in disbelief. Bara gawking. Each one is stubborn. The stone head duo!

"good. If you don't have anything else to say, I beg you." Before getting approval from Radit and Bara, Kiran immediately walked out of the room. There was disappointment in Radit's heart.

"You see that? If I wasn't the boss, what would his fate be like?" Radit snorted annoyed.

"It's precisely because you're the boss that's why he is. None of this will happen if you listen to my words."

"It is precisely because of your words that I made that decision."

"You're wrong to catch what I mean."

Radit snorted again. Now he sighed. Leaning his body on the chair. Gently massage his temple.

"So how are those clients, Dit?"

"You'll arrange a re-meeting schedule. Send me an apology. Take parcel to their office as a sign of my apology."

Bara raised one eyebrow. This is not Radit's habit.

"Well how else? Mistakes are on our side. Consider it not a bribe but an apology. Tell them, for me, their time is precious."

"All right then."

"Please call Lusi now."

Bara. "For what?"

"You call me!"

Bara sighed. "All right."

Not long after that, Lusi came in to replace Bara who came out of the room. Radit immediately invited Lusi to sit on his desk.

"What's wrong?" asked Lusi with a seductive smile. If it was just the two of them, he would be even braver.

"You're happy to work here?"

"of course. I get to see you every day."

Radit chuckles. "You forgot the initial agreement when you came in?"

Luci. Smile disappeared. "Am I not innocent. It's clear that he's wrong. Is it because she's your wife so you keep defending her? You remember the first time I came here. He also forgot something. He said he left something in this room. Apparently not, right? Then was he currently unable to perform the same forgetfulness as back then?"

Radit looked at Lusi coldly. He said very slowly but deeply and sharply. "Before you came, he never once made a mistake. Stop Lusi. Don't make my anger grow. Do you know what I look like when I work?!"

Lusi gulped his saliva violently unintentionally. Radit's words were bitter and frightening in his ears. Who does not know how Radit works? Even for an office boy in Makarim Group, he knows what the man in front of him is like.

Lusi tried to smile, but a forced smile. "What if he's wrong?"

Radit shook his hand. "My patience has its limits, Lusi!"

"What pulled him so much that you defended him so much even though he was guilty?! I know he's your Carina. But is it worth it that you treat me unfairly like this?!"

Lusi's eyes began to glaze over. Radit turned his face away. I don't like to see Lusi's tears. "I know you, Lusi. Use that way on another man."

Lusi. Swiping the corners of his wet eyes while grumbling softly. "I know you don't like me. Then why did you call me back if it was just for you to blame it like this?!"

Radit laughed cynically. "It turns out you hone your acting very well yes, when some time we did not meet. I have to admit, it's very convincing if we've never met before. Whatever it is, don't let the events of today repeat themselves. You have to keep that!" Radit puts emphasis on the intonation of his voice.

Lusi smiled bitterly. Shortly after, he excuses Radit for leaving the room.

Radit grabbed the file located on top of his desk. The draft file contains the agenda there. He threw his body again on the chair and then kneaded his temple so that the headache from today's chaos disappeared. It is not suspected if it will get this way.

Shortly thereafter Bara entered the room quickly. His face was like confusion over something.

"Did Kiran come in here, Dit? I've been looking for him since. But I can't find him anywhere."
