“What's up?” Thea asked who was looking at Xavier beside her. The man looked surprised by what happened to him.

“Entahlah. I feel like my powers don't work in this place.” I am Xavier who still looks at his palm and tries to re-exert a flame but always fails.

“What is possible because we are in the territory of the water clan?”

“Maybe. But the thing is, my body also feels weak.” Xavier touched his own chest. His heartbeat felt so slow different from usual,

“Then you stay here, I will come closer and help the girl.” Thea moved out of her place.

“Do not!” Xavier quickly held Thea's hand.

Xavier sneaked closer to the girl. He looked around and there was no one around.

“Toloong, help me..” Whiney a teenage girl.

Half his body was hit by a tree trunk and he could not move. There was a lot of blood on his forehead which he covered with his bloodstained hands.  He grimaced in pain.

“Shut up at your place, I'll help you.” After being sure the surroundings were safe, Xavier immediately lifted up one by one the tree trunk that had befallen the girl.

“Awwhh..” He grimaced in pain as one tree trunk that Xavier would lift, some of its branches piercing the girl's groin.

“Thea, come here!” Xavier's Exhortation to Thea.

He felt that he could not deal with this girl's wounds especially the blood on the girl's legs was getting more and more.

Thea immediately approached Xavier and the girl.

“His tree branches pierced into his feet. I can't pull it straight away.” Xavier said when Thea was by his side.

“Good, wait a minute. Do not be in pull.” He looked for wide leaves to cover the wound of the girl.

Thea looked at the girl with confidence.

“Hold.” Thea rushed off her jacket and tied it tightly to Luella's thigh.

Thea saw the blood coming out of Luella's legs quite a lot, until the woman's face looked pale.

“We have to move from here. Find the nearest water source to clean your wound.” Bright Thea.

“Good.” Luella according to him.

“Wear this spear as a stick, I will hold you. Xavier, you walk in front of us.”

Thea lifted the smaller body of Luella from her then wrapped one hand of the girl onto her shoulder.

They started walking slowly.

“Beware.” Thea's message to Xavier is walking in front of her.

Xavier leads in front. He looked around with great caution. They pass through shrubs and dry tree trunks. There was no path they could cross, it seemed like this area was indeed untouched.

After walking quite a distance, they arrived at the river bank. The clear water made Thea swallow her saliva rough. As if thirst had suddenly filled his throat.

“Sit here.” Xavier shifts a large rock to seat Luella and Thea helps the girl sit on the rock.

“Sama-sama.” Thea smiled a little.

“By the way, how could you be hit by such a big tree?” Ask the curious Thea.

He took a wide leaf and then planted it with a small twig. He used the leaves to hold the water he took from the river.

“I was looking for sap of ave tree to treat my mother's wounds. But, when passing through the big tree, the tree collapsed and hit me.” Bright Luella.

“Your mother is also injured?” Thea gives a second leaf in order for Xavier to take water from the river.

The man obeyed Thea. He also took water for her to drink. Huh, his thirst was wiped away just like that. A fresh taste instantly filled his entire blood flow.

Thea nodded in understanding.

They were compact looking at the trees not far from where they were. Just a few trees from where Luella was hit.

“Sebt!” Suddenly an arrow shot and hit one of them.

“Akh!” Thea immediately looked up when it turned out that the arrow was grazing her arm and stuck it on the ground. Blood just dripped right away. Quickly Thea closed it with her palm.

“You injured?” Xavier immediately got up from his place and saw Thea's hand.

“I-Yes..” Thea grimaces. The wound from the arrow turned out not only to be painful but also hot.

“Come, we must immediately hide.” Xavier helps Thea stand up and one hand punches Luella.

“You can stand?” ask him to Luella.

“Can.” Luella got up soon.

They immediately ran towards the lush trees to hide. The next arrow again attacked not one but several. One arrow almost hit Thea, lucky Xavier can catch it until his palm is injured.

“Why did they attack us?” Ask Thea who is starting to be vigilant.

They hid behind a shady tree with gasping breaths.

“Because we're near the water. The water clan does not like foreigners dwelling in its territory.” Said Xavier, who was still trying to peek.

“Not. I don't think the arrow is from our clan.” Luella took out an arrow and looked at it closely.

“Really?” Xavier couldn't believe it. He took the arrow from Luella's hand.

“Iya. The arrows of our clan do not have venom. Our arrows only contain tree sap poison that makes the wound that hit the arrow like numb for a while.” Bright Luella.

“That's if it's just piercing on the surface. If it stabs too deep, its prey will definitely both die. After all, why should you attack strangers? It's possible they just visited and had no bad intentions.” Ketus Thea was upset. The wound on his arm was getting painful and hot.

"Thea! Awake up!" Xavier shakes Thea's body. Unfortunately, the girl was unconscious.
