Bound of Destiny with Wolves
Ave

“THEA!” Call Xavier and shake Thea's body in a panic. But the girl did not budge, her consciousness had already disappeared completely.

"Akh shit!" Grunts Xavier in annoyance. He supported Thea's body while patting Thea's cheek gently but the girl. Touching his forehead, his neck and some parts of his body, all of them were palpable hot like a fever.

“We have to take him from here, this place is not safe. I'm afraid they're getting closer.” Take Luella, who's panicking. It was only a while ago that he was treated by Thea, but now even Thea whose condition is more severe to the point of unconsciousness.

He examined her legs tied to Thea's jacket and found that the wound had dried up quickly.

“How can my wounds dry this fast?” Luella asked in disbelief.

“Entahlah. Can you walk alone?” Ask Xavier. He cares more about Thea than anything else.

“Can. My legs don't hurt much anymore.” Luella moved her legs that seemed to be improving. The blood that had been seeping had stopped.

Thea really treated Luella. This girl healed Luella just like when she healed Xavier.

“I keep a canoe there. Are we there now?” Fresh Luella.

“If we go, what about your mother? You wait for that ave fruit right?” Xavier asked back.

“I-iya..” Luella just woke up.

"What should we do?" Luella with her confused face.

“Yes already, we treat Thea here first. Take some leaves like Thea took and then we treat the wound like Thea did.” Xavier laid Thea's body carefully on the dried leaves.

“After the fruit is seen, we will pick it up and go.” Xavier. He looked at Thea worriedly.

His body was sweating and his wounds seemed to be widening.

“Good. I'll take some leaves to treat Thea.”'s wounds Luella went to look for the leaves Thea was wearing while Xavier went to the riverbank to fetch water.

In that alone moment the bracelet in Thea's pocket glowed. It was like drawing warm energy from his body. No one saw her even though it was Thea.

“Mother... Mother...” Mumbled. While his eyes remain closed.

“Mother, what is mother?” Thea exclaimed, when in his dream world he saw a woman who turned her back.

The woman was in the kitchen of her home that she lived in when Thea was little with her father. He crouched down in front of the hearth where his father used to cook food for him.

The atmosphere is still the same. Not too bright, quiet, only sunlight entering through the window slit.

“Mother.. Didn't you hear me?” Call Thea. His heart seemed to say that it was really his mother. The mother he never saw his face. Thea wanted to move her legs, approaching the woman but her legs were so hard to move.

“Please answer me, are you my mother?” Again Thea called out with her trembling voice holding back tears.

He stretched out his hand at the woman but suddenly it was like a glass shield was blocking her and Thea could not penetrate. Thea checked each side of the shield. There is no side that he can see. His hand even hurt as he hit the shield with all his might.

“Mother... If you're my mother, turn around. I want to meet mom.” Thea's crying broke. He looked at the shoulder of the woman who was behind him. I wanted to touch it but I couldn't.

The woman only turned her head slightly with her face faintly visible. Before long, the woman moved out of place and went to the left side.

“Ibuuu...” He spoke softly and desperately. He cupped his teary face.

“Theaa! Heyyy, wake up Thea!!!” An unfamiliar voice rang out in Thea's ears. It was like calling Thea from dreamland that made her so sad and lonely.

“Theaaa!!”

It was Xavier's voice calling out to him. He lifted up Thea's weak and cold body. His face was already very pale with his dry lips either saying what word. Thea kept calling mom and mom in her sleep.

Xavier awakens Thea's body and holds it as Thea's eyes open slightly.

“Drink Thea, you have to drink.” Xavier. He poured water with his palm for Thea to drink.

Little by little Thea drank it. Beside her was Luella who was giving medicine at Thea's wound.

After drinking enough, Xavier laid back Thea's body with her groin as a cushion. Suddenly Thea raised her hand and pointed at the towering tall tree that was before her.

“There,..” His murmur was not very clear.

“What do you see Thea?” Xavier turned his head towards Thea. But nothing was seen but leaves swaying in the wind.

“Ave, fruit Ave.” Continue Thea stammeredly.

Xavier looked at the big tree with Luella. But they didn't see anything.

“I didn't see it Thea.” Luella.

Thea tried to wake up. He grabbed Luella's hand and after meeting her, he clasped Luella's hand tightly. Luella's hands were very warm while Thea's hands were very cold.

Thea tried to calm herself down, took a deep breath and exhaled. He closed his eyes trying to drain his energy on Luella.

“I saw it.” Luella.

And then Thea's hand came off. He again drooped weakly on Xavier's lap.

“Thea!” Xavier was completely taken aback at the same time.

“If you see it, quickly you take it. We have to get Thea out of here soon.” Xavier panicked. He hugged Thea tightly because her body was so cold.

“Thea, is it because of you I can see it?” inner Luella. He looked at Thea who was drooping weakly in Xavier's arms.

Then he quickly climbed up and climbed the tree. On the second branch he stopped, climbing slowly at the end of the branch to reach the end of the twig above his head. He took something there. And when he managed to pluck the fruit, only then did the fruit glow in Luella's palm. Xavier could see the light.

“I really got it.” Said Luella who was staring in admiration at the thing in her hand.

He immediately came down and approached Xavier.

“We must leave immediately, we must save Thea.” Said Luella in a hurry.
