Bound of Destiny with Wolves

Bound of Destiny with Wolves
Xaviers

“Aaaaaakkkk Thea's voice was loud enough to be heard along with her swift footsteps immediately retreating from its place.

With a piece of wood in her hand, Thea tried to protect herself from a beast that was now walking towards her.

A white wolf, more than half the height of Thea, seemed to come closer with a grinning face and a moan held in its mouth. The wolf looked hungry, its body was a bit thin and the numerous wounds on its body were almost drying up.

“Hhrrrr... Hhhrrrr Step by step the wolf approached.

Maybe because of the smell of grilled fish that made the wild animals in this forest then approached. Wait, will there be any other beasts coming?

“Akh shit, I should have been more careful.” Inner Thea who began to realize her mistake.

“Do not approach! Please don't come any closer!” pinta Thea with fear.

But the wolf continued to approach with his slow steps like twitching about to pounce on him. Of course, how could the wolf understand his words.

Thea kept trying to retreat away from the wolf. But in the fourth step, he had to stop because a large tree was blocking his steps behind.

“Akh shit!” Thea has resigned. He held the stick in his hand tightly to protect himself.

Looks like this wolf is more interested in eating it than eating grilled fish that smells very good. Of course, 5 grilled fish were enough for a wolf of this size.

“Don't come any closer, or I'll throw you with this wood, huh?! I-I also have stone.” Quickly Thea picked up the stone near her feet. Because the big and heavy hands Thea increasingly trembling.

Under these circumstances, it was apparently not only Thea who felt threatened. The wolf's eyes that were originally brownish are now turning red with increasingly loud groans.

“Will he eat me?” Think Thea.

Not finished with his thoughts, suddenly the wolf jumped about to pounce on Thea. His tall body soared into the air as if covering the sun above Thea's head and cast a real shadow over the snowy ground.

Very high jump.

“AAAAKKKKKK!!!” Shouted Thea who suddenly both hands weak and then the stone and the stick fell. Only two empty hands then protected him with a cross over his head.

All of a sudden, though,

“BRUG!” the wolf fell right on top of Thea's body making Thea able to see the terrifying wolf's face before her.

The frightened look in Thea's eyes, met the eyes of the wolf barking. Thea's heart stopped beating, she was resigned if then this wolf ate it.

“AAARRRWWW!!!” The wolf opened its mouth making some saliva drip on Thea's face and head.

Thea resigned herself, she covered her face with both arms crossed. Both hands were trembling and did not have the strength to push away the wolf's body that was encased in its body. He could only close his eyes and hold his breath. That breath would probably be the last breath he held. His heart was beating so hard it almost stopped.

But, a moment later, the wolf suddenly collapsed and rolled away from Thea's body. The wolf cowered in pain while the bracelet in Thea's hand seemed to light up.

“What is this?” Thea immediately opened her eyes.

The bracelet in his hand was completely lit up and the wolf was growing in pain.

“Hah? Is it because of this bracelet?” Thea immediately got up to sit down and pointed the bracelet towards the wolf.

Again, the wolf groaned in pain.

Thea could smile in relief, it turned out that this bracelet was really protecting her. Thea idly tried, bringing the bracelet closer to the wolf and the wolf immediately grimaced and kept it away again and the wolf was no longer in pain. Thea repeated it again as the wolf tried to get up and again, the wolf collapsed.

“Let your hands go dumb!” a voice made Thea stunned.

But not then lower his hand and choose to look around, looking for the source of the sound.

“Who is it?!” Thea shouted, trying to find the source of the sound either behind the pine trees or the grass around her, but there was no one.

“I said put your hands down stupid woman!” again the voice was heard, right from before him and followed by the sound of wolf moans.

“Gosh! Is that your voice?” Thea was more surprised.

He saw the wolf still grimacing in pain and trying to get up.

“Who do you think are again huh?” finally, sarcas.

“Hah, am I dreaming? How can I understand your language?” Thea was confused herself while remaining vigilant looking at the wolf before her. He tapped his head, no longer hurt but the sensory response in his body was getting strange.

Thea seemed to think, this place is really strange. Some unexpected events he really experienced.

Starting from being able to see without glasses, smelling fragrances that he had never felt, then his wounds healed after swimming, easy to catch fish and now, he can hear this beast talking.

What's wrong with her? Is he really dreaming? Why does it feel so real?

To wake her up, Thea pinched her cheek and then hit her own face.

“Plak!” a loud slap he slapped onto his cheek, very painful but the situation remained the same. He remained in his place without any significant change.

“Do I need to slap you?” Asked the wolf who was secretly paying attention to Thea's confusion.

“Am I not dreaming? Why didn't I wake up? Why am I still in this place?” cerocos Thea is still confused.

The wolf only grinned, like a face that was rubbing against him with a wry smile.

“I Xavier. Looks like you really can hear my voice.” The wolf's voice that now turned to leave Thea and approached the line of fish that were being burned.

But his gaze remained fixed on Thea who was still confused.

“What wolf also have a name?” Thea's getting curious.

He took a dry leaf with an ant on it.

Instead of making a sound, the ant even bit the back of his hand.

“Awh!” Thea grimaced in pain as the fire ant bit her strongly.

“You're really stupid. You think that ant can talk like me?” the wolf was still walking around the furnace that was burning the fish, it seemed as if it was waiting for the fish to mature.

“Then why can I hear your voice? Are you a human who also got lost here and was cursed to be a wolf?” Thea asked in a row.

The wolf's face was clearly changing. His originally grinning face was now suddenly moody.

“Not really, before you must have been human. I can even understand the meaning of your change of expression.” Replaced Thea who now walked closer to the wolf named Xavier.

“Stop looking at me like that!” Without fear Thea noticed really Xavier's facial expression.

“So you wanted to pounce on me but when I approached you salting.” instead Thea Ledek

“What is salting? There is no such language in this place.” Xavier chose to sit in front of the furnace.

“Again, I have no intention of eating you. You don't look good to eat.” Xavier.

“Oh yes? Don't you eat raw meat? Then why did you pounce on me?” Thea who was getting curious chose to come sit beside Xavier. His fear suddenly disappeared especially when he did not see any more red flashes in Xavier's eyes.

“Who wouldn't pounce on you if you threatened a wolf like that?” Apparently Xavier really likes to reply to questions with more questions.

“What human do you think will stand still when you see a wild animal approaching?” and Thea replied to him again.

“Ck! You noisy human!” Xavier Decik.

“Hhahaha. Really strange wolf.” Said Thea origin.

But his smile immediately stopped as Xavier looked at him coldly. Exactly the man who was upset because Thea mocked him.

“When is this fish mature, strange man?” Xavier could not stand the smell of the fish before him.

“My name is Thea, not a freak!” Thea doesn't like it. He could have sniffed at a wolf that was about to pounce on him.

“When is this fish ripe, Thea?” Xavier repeated his question and called out Thea's name.

“Hhaha. When did this fish mature, Thea? Hahahah really funny.” This time Thea even laughed while mocking Xavier's words.

“All right, soon she's ripe.” Thea's errata as she looked at the look in those cold eyes glanced at her. Xavier's body tends to be thin. What makes him look dashing is just his thick fur. Apparently this wolf is picky food.

“Then how have you been eating? In my place even the fish are eaten when raw and the price is very expensive. It's free and you're still asking to mature. Weird!” decik Thea's.

He picked up a fish grill that was almost ripe and blew it. Xavier looked at Thea with drool that was already barely dripping.

“I never eat bloody creatures in raw condition.” Bright Xavier, flat.

“Wait, so what have you been eating all this time?” Thea looked back at Xavier's cold face curiously.

“Search it in human habitation.”

“Search for it, or steal it?”

Xavier did not answer, in his heart he admitted that he had to steal it. And now, I don't know how long he hasn't eaten.

“Already, no need to answer my question. Eat it, it's ripe.” Thea thrust the grilled fish at Xavier.

“Aakhhh, put your hands down stupid!” Again Xavier grimaced as he looked at the bracelet on Thea's left hand.

“Oh sorry, I didn't realize it.” Thea immediately lowered her hand from before Xavier.

He placed the fish on a wide leaf and turned his back to Xavier. For a moment he looked at the bracelet in his hand that was no longer burning.

“I just found out, if this bracelet can light up, even though it has been 25 years I wear it.” Thea muttered while watching the bracelet in her hand.

When not directed at Xavier, this bracelet does not light up but when brought closer to the bluish flame it is clearly visible.

“Where did you get it?” Ask Xavier who started enjoying his grilled fish voraciously.

“His words, from my mother. My mother made it before she died.” Thea let out a soft voice, sounding a gesture of sadness from her low voice.

“So you're 25 years old?” Xavier asked again and made Thea give a small nod.

“I just told you that my mom is dead and I also want to tell you that my dad is dead too. Why didn't you say sorry?” Thea turned to Xavier in annoyance. There is no empathy at all, he said.

“Not humans are born to die? Why are you messing with it?” timpal Xavier casually, as if this wolf indeed had no heart.

“Akh already, there is no point in talking things like this with you.” Thea bowed lethargic. What did he expect from this beast?

“By the way, how old are you?” Thea turned back to Xavier who was about to finish off all five of his fish. No matter what, he could catch it again. And now his appetite has been lost because it discusses the problems of his parents.

“400 years.” Xavier relaxed.

“APA?!” Thea was stunned. To Thea's knowledge, the wolf only survived for 16 years.

“How can you survive that long?” Thea turned to look at Xavier in disbelief.

“Entahlah. I'm bored too.” That was Xavier's only short answer.
