Brave Things

Brave Things
The Part 5 Strange

I was holding 2 tie options, waiting for Jimin to wear the work clothes I had prepared last night.

This morning we had sandwiches, so Jimin chose to eat his first new dress, he had to brush his teeth after eating so wearing a shirt at the end would keep his clothes neat.

"I want the blue one." He said while putting his loose clothes on the waist.

"It." I thrust out my right hand which was holding Jimin's choice tie, grimly telling him to wear it himself.

"Please put it on."

I approached with hesitation. Usually Jimin never had trouble wearing his own tie, he always put on a tie while waiting for me to prepare breakfast for him.

Maybe it was because I was waiting for him to change bosses this morning, so he thought about giving me some light work while waiting for him. For example, like I was told to help choose a watch, tie, and now put it on a tie.

Somewhat looking up because Jimin is 10cm taller than me, even though I have included height for women, my height is 164cm but Jimin is taller.

"Are you going to the supermarket with your friend today?" Ask when I'm done pairing the tie.

"It should be. Did you lend him a car?" I while tidying back the arrangement of clothes that are a bit tangled because Jimin took carelessly, put back the unused tie and took it a watch to wear today.

"He took it to the office last night when he got home from here." He said while wearing a watch, I really like the sight of Jimin wearing or opening his watch, I think very sexy.

He reached into his pants pocket and pulled something out of his wallet "Here, buy your needs." Jimin told me one of his credit cards.

As I recall this is the first time Jimin has given me money or cards to buy something himself, usually I just say I need this thing/that and Jimin will buy it with just one click from the phone.

I picked it up with sparkling eyes, impatient to go first around Beijing without my husband.

Well can not be said to go around too, just to the supermarket. But the plan is I'll take Hanji to go to the Japanese restaurant he ordered for me yesterday, it's delicious. I wonder how the place would look if the food was that good.

"Don't be far from your PA." He said before walking out the door to work.

I nodded as he walked towards the elevator, "I'll be careful."

Jimin rubbed my head and sighed, I wonder why he looked so worried when I was just going to the supermarket.

Though I should be groggy, I have not been out of the house and socializing for a long time, go to the supermarket that I usually do just because I am bored and want to buy ice cream, he said, now it's a very special agenda for me.

I wasn't even done getting ready when Hanji got here,

"Where are you going anyway? Why so much." Hanji asked who saw me hurriedly pecking my hair and pinning it back.

I was still pacing around the room, collecting the things I had to carry and stuffing them into the bag.

"I want to stop by the restaurant where you ordered me food yesterday."

Hanji thought for a moment, then replied "Ah restaurant Jackson?"

"Jackson? Jimin's coworker?"

Hanji nodded, "Jackson and Jimin built the restaurant together, the fall was yours too."

I don't know, completely wood blind about any assets Jimin has, I don't know how tall I'm on foot now.

All I know is that Jimin has a luxurious residence and can afford to buy me anything I ask for.

I don't have enough money, the country's money I don't even have at all. Jimin made me not financially independent, I just got loaned a credit card this morning because I was going shopping.

Jimin always sends my family money in Seoul but I don't know how much, every time I ask my mom she's too busy to pick up my phone. Though early on I moved he cried for my departure for days.

"Luna, don't run around." Hanji shouted from behind me, overwhelmed by pushing the shopping cart trying to compensate me who was running around in the supermarket yard.

I bought a lot of equipment, I bought a non-stick frying pan, I bought a colorful spaghetti, I even bought a kemoceng when in Jimin penthouse there was a vacum cleaner that cost tens of millions.

"Hey Hanji, do you think this mall is mine too?" I asked Hanji, we were buying fresh salmon and waiting for the salmon to be cut like sashimi.

"It's a lotte mall, your in-laws who have a big stake here." Answer Hanji casually.

"Woah really?"

Hanji nodded, I had no idea that the Jimin family was that cool in the business world. Though I saw Jimin's mother and father more often at home and cooking than work and meetings, unlike Jimin.

But what I wonder is why Hanji knows all these things? Like not from ordinary people. I'm an ordinary person and I don't know anything and anyone behind where I shop. You know, it's just shopping and then paying, not thinking about who or who's managing it.

"You know where the hell you're from?" I asked Hanji.

"From my father, my father worked for Jimin."

It seems impossible that a great Hanji father was only employed as an ordinary employee by Jimin, it is also increasingly awkward for me that this clever and competent Hanji only works as my personal assistant. Maxutku, this Hanji has been very smart since childhood, he even attended political congress since childhood.

I just keep quiet and don't voice my thoughts, as long as Hanji is good and Jimin's messenger then I'll trust him.

"You want to eat at Jackson's Nishimura restaurant?" Hanji asked after arranging our grocery bags in the back seat of the car.

"Yes, is there any way we can drink wine?"

Hanji chuckled, "You've really become someone's wife. It's a hot day like this to drink wine?"

"I'll call Jackson and tell him to prepare the best wine that's been submerged in an ice cube bowl." Next take out the cell phone.

"...yes, I'll be there in 10 minutes. Wh why? Oh, I'm with Miss Park. Fine." I eavesdropped on Jackson and Hanji's conversation that sounded familiar, like a playmate. In contrast, Hanji's attitude towards Jimin is very formal and respectful.

Come to think of it, Hanji's attitude towards me is also actually very respectful, although he sometimes eats and drinks at will, but he is very protective of me.

For example, when I was at the cash register, the person in front of me tried to invite me to speak in English. I could speak English and almost answer it, but Hanji cut me off and spoke firmly that I didn't speak Mandarin and English.

There was also the incident that he was holding the person who wanted to pass me while queuing fruit with his feet, that person almost fell toppled over.

This Hanji, compared to a personal assistant, is better suited to say my bodyguard.

"Hanji, I'm gonna pee for a second."

We just arrived at the hotel where the Jackson restaurant, was waiting to be presented utilities and offered a menu book.

"Come on." He said stand up first from me.

"Well I can be alone, you just wait here."

"I also want to pee." He said with the face of the sewot, I finally peed awaited by Hanji at the door wc without him coming to pee too, even though he said he wanted to pee.

When we got back to the table, I saw Jackson talking to the staff who served appetizers at our table.

"You can't join us." Hanji said, standing in front of me and blocking my access to look at Jackson.

"I'm not going to mess around, I just want to accompany the pretty lady to lunch." Jackson replied as he peeked behind Hanji's back and looked at me.

"Good day, Miss Park." Said me.

"Jiang." Reply slowly.

I was surprised when Hanji looked back and looked at me with an annoyed face.

"You gotta go or we're gonna move to a place to eat."

Jackson laughed, as if he did not think out of Hanji's attitude which was very rude to him,

"Alright alright, I will leave the princess and her commander to eat quietly."

Jackson walked back with a rancid look and waved at me smiling.

"Gosh, I'm sorry I called before I got here." Omel Hanji, Jackson is gone and Hanji's frustration does not seem to have subsided. We sat looking at the menu with Hanji still nagging about Jackson's presence.

"Then why did you call her?"

"I'm afraid we don't have a place of privacy like this. You look outside full."

Sure enough, when we just came this table was cleaned by some people who seemed to be chased by time with our arrival, like they would die if we came and the table was not done yet.

Apart from that, I really like the service here. My wine was very fresh and our food came in the blink of an eye.

No one spoke to any of their staff, just served and went straight away from this table. They even just nodded when I thanked them when they finished putting down the food.

"By the way, how was last night? Mr. Jimin tempted no?"

I let out a languid breath, though,

"Why? It hasn't worked, has it?" Soft talk.

I shook my head, "It looks like he hasn't liked me that deep." I said to Hanji.

He glared when he heard my sentence just now, "WHAT KIND OF BLANK IS THAT?!" he shouted furiously.

Luckily there were no people around, Hanji sounded like he wanted to run over me and berate me.

"You don't know what Jimin did for you." Hanji said slowly as he looked down, staring at the food he had eaten so voraciously, now he did not seem to find the food interesting anymore.
