Chapter 3. Dion Atmaja

Briana sat on the sofa while bowing deeply. The woman, who already had the status of a wife, stared at the sheet of paper that had just been thrown by her husband right in front of her.

"Aren't you enough to ruin my happiness, ha !" Jerked Dion, making Briana surprised. Not a word came out of his lips. He could only clench his hands until his bones turned white.

"I don't want to know, I want us to get divorced soon." Firmly Dion while staring fiercely at the woman who was still silent on the sofa in his room.

"It's Papa's decision, then where's my mistake ?" Briana. Really, she did not understand what her mistake was to make her husband so angry. It's not the first time Dion has gone crazy, but it's the worst. Luckily, the man who has been officially her husband since three months ago has never played a hand against her.

"Had you not appeared in our family's life, Papa would never have made this stupid decision." Said Dion cynically.

Briana only took a breath that felt heavy. No human being wants the way he feels right now, including himself. However, no matter how much he refused, the Papa's decision could not be challenged at all. Not to mention, the men they were discussing at the moment, were no longer in the world.

"We're getting a divorce, and I'm gonna give you a statement if I don't want the shares Papa has inherited from me. Just give me some money to start my new life again." Briana.

Dion was silent for a while while looking at Briana's face in a daze while looking for lies there.

"You're not lying to me anymore, are you ?" Ask Dion.

"How much do you need ?" Ask Dion.

"Just give me enough to open one restaurant so I can survive. And one more, give me one apartment, not fancy no problem, as long as I can use it for shelter.." Answer Briana.

Dion did not answer. The man walked up to his desk, wrote down a large sum of money on the check he had just pulled out of his desk drawer, then handed the check to Briana.

"Thank you." Briana said and said goodbye to her husband to leave the building with dozens of floors, so that he could start planning his new life.

What Dion did not know outside the building, Risa's men began to carry out their actions. Two men who were assigned by her lover, began to sabotage her car in accordance with what Risa and her mother had planned.

Briana was a good girl, so Dion knew about Briana to this day. Back when Briana came into his life, he hoped they would become brothers. But after his father arranged the marriage, all the sympathy he had instilled in his heart, just disappeared. Added to that by the will left by the old man, it further added to the list of hatred in his heart.

The girl who was downstairs by her father a few years ago stepped out of the room after receiving a check from her. After Briana left, Dion stepped towards the work desk, and resumed his work that was delayed due to Briana's arrival.
