Chapter 44. Draw up a Plan

After Dion's departure towards their bedroom, Risa could only sit down with a heart that kept trying to contain the vexation. If he were to force things to be the same as before, there would be even greater problems between him and Dion. For that, the only best way is to let the man do whatever he wants. Because now, Dion is no longer the man he can rely on as he once was.

All he needs to do now is, start rearranging the plan so that he is free from the entanglement of the law. Well, he had to walk away from Dion's life, and certainly should not step away empty-handed. What will his life be like, if he will return to a horrible life before meeting Dion first.

Time keeps going. Feeling that there was nothing more she needed to do in the luxurious room, Risa finally moved and stepped into the room where Dion was. Carefully, he pushed open the door of the room and stepped deeper.

"You haven't slept ?" Risa asked when she saw Dion still sitting on the sofa in their room. "Do you need my help ?" Ask her again. This time he had stepped closer, then sat down on the sofa beside Dion.

Dion was silent. The man just looked at his wife who was back up from the sofa and stepped into the bathroom.

A while later, Risa came out from inside the bathroom along with the medicine box in her hand. Still without a sound, he sat down next to Dion.

"You don't want to ask what happened to me ?" Dion asked as Risa started rubbing her cheeks and the corners of her lips using gauze.

"What happened ?" Risa asked as she continued to clean the blood marks on the corner of Dion's lips with alcohol.

"Do you think Briana is really dead ?" Ask Dion.

Risa stopped her hand for a moment, then looked at her husband's face with a racing heart.

"What do you mean ?" Ask Risa.

Risa was still silent while listening to what her husband was telling her.

"Gamaliel ? The son of Mr Gerry Sanjaya ?" Risa asked as Dion mentioned the name of the man who beat her up today.

Dion nodded confidently.

"Did Briana have a sister you didn't know ?" Tanga Risa's. Because she saw clearly, if the girl who came to her husband's room today, it wasn't Briana they knew.

"We don't know. Maybe a little sister with him. Because Dad said, Briana's mother was a comfort woman. So it's possible that Briana has a sister in Bali." Answer Dion.

"And the girl was in a relationship with Gamaliel Sanjaya." Guess Risa. "Damn." His meaning was upset while clenching his hands. Well, SN and HG chose to resign from the ranks of companies that support it, not without cause. This is a plan to take revenge for what has happened to Briana.

"What should we do, Ris ?" Ask Dion.

Risa turned her head, looking at Dion with a difficult look.

"Remain as usual. They can't do anything without hard evidence. Don't worry too much." Risa tried to calm Dion down. "Rest me, I'll think about what steps we'll take after this." Say again.

Well, the right step so that he will not be dragged into the problem of Dion and her mother-in-law.
