Chapter 59. Proposal ?

"Don't be busy anymore, let's eat." Briana pulled her hand that was being held tightly, then started her lunch in silence. Even when Gama looked at the sullen face of being the laughingstock of the people in the room, Briana did not care at all. He began his lunch in silence and greed.

"Thank you for lunch, Auntie." Briana said as Keyla continued to stare at her with her sweet smile.

"Not Aunty, Ana. But Mama." Gama.

"Don't bother him, you eat there !" Keyla's orders to her son who had been harassing Briana ever since.

Gama only increasingly put on a pouting face, then started his lunch also without a bribe from Briana. Ah, no problem later after marriage he will still ask Briana to feed him every day.

Time passed, and the warm lunch was over. Now the whole family is sitting on the sofa in the family room while enjoying a snack that has been prepared by a housekeeper.

Keyla looked at the beautiful woman who had given birth to the man she loved, fixedly. Then turned his face to look at Gama, and immediately got an enthusiastic nod from the man who was sitting next to him.

"Before answering Aunt's request, can I ask you something ?" Ask Briana.

"Yes..." Lirih Gama's. He stared pleasantly at the girl who was still staring fixedly at the mother. "Don't be like this, Ana. I beg.." Petanya.

"Nothing is forced. The thing that Aunty and Om regret the most to this day is, imposing a will and making Gama go away from your life a few years ago. Aunty thought, what Auntie and Om did back then, was right. However, Auntie was wrong. Everything we do brings sadness to Gama." Keyla. He still remembers how difficult it was to force Gama to return to Indonesia after news of Briana's marriage to Dion.
