Leon cut out the small roasts on the plate, then handed the food to Clara. This is what he does every time they eat together.
Clara still did not touch her food, she just stared fixedly at the face that was now bowed and began to eat lunch so calmly. The beautiful girl with long hair unraveled beautifully, continued to stare fixedly at the handsome face that was in front of her with a chest that kept beating uncharacteristically. Is this right? Was it really a decision he wanted to make today ?
"Sister Leon, marry me!" He said firmly, instantly making Leon choke. The man hurriedly grabbed the glass of white water that was in front of him then gulped it down slowly.
"I know this has gone too far, brother. I'm sorry, but, really, I can't hold this much longer. Brother is not willing to look at me as a woman." Clara. To be honest there is a sense of worry that is so disturbing if later the man who is in his presence chose to stay away because of the hasty attitude that he took today.
"I'm really upset about being kept on the ledge of people." Said Clara again.
Leon's still flinching. He only stared at the beautiful face before him for a moment, then resumed his lunch quietly.
"I'm serious Brother. Let's marry me." Take Clara again.
"Marriage isn't easy, Clara. If you're just jealous of Gama getting married, then you should have told Gama that. You have the right to forbid it because you have been betrothed." Said Leon.
Clara shakes.
"I'm not jealous of him." His speech was slow but could still be heard clearly by Gama.
"Well, because I don't love her, but I love Leon's sister." Answer Clara.
Leon wild-eyed. The man looked around the room where he and Clara were, hoping that not a single person would hear his sister's words just a moment ago.
"We're like brothers, Clara. I'll take care of you like you did Papa. Don't talk like that anymore, it's not good to hear people." Leon answered and continued his lunch quietly.
"But I love you, brother. I have to how. I've been trying to erase all these flavors, but I really can't." Lirih Clara's. The girl had already placed the fork in her hand onto the table.
"Eat first, we'll talk later, yeah.." Leon Pinta.
Clara nodded her beak and began to eat pieces of meat that had been cut into small pieces by Leon.
Let it be, even though today did not get a clear answer from Leon, at least he was a little relieved to have told what he felt so far.
They both ate lunch in silence. Leon tried to digest the sentence he just heard from Clara's lips. This can't happen, he thought. What would Papa feel like if he heard Clara's confession a moment ago, he really could not imagine it. He really respected the man who had given him this decent life and did not want to disappoint him.
