It's Very Painful

Bella didn't expect Rayhan to vacate this entire movie theater. Though the day was not a holiday and the like, you could even say the visitors of the day should be crowded, but as far as the eye could see there was no one there except some employees of the cinema.

Since first getting to know Rayhan Julio, Bella has often heard some rumors that say that Rayhan is the son of a rich man, but Bella just knew it seemed like the rumor was not just a rumor.

From being with her, until officially the two were dating, the man looked like an ordinary person. It's too common to be the one who can vacate this one movie theater.

When he reached the place that Rayhan had told him, the door was opened by two employees who were standing guard at the door.

"Please come in, Miss. Mr. Rayhan's been waiting for you in there."

Bella simply nodded and flashed a faint smile to the two beautiful employees. "Thank you," he replied later.

After that, Bella immediately rushed in and the door closed again after she was already inside the studio. Slowly he walked down the hallway to a chair lined up neatly in front of the cinema screen.

Bella's legs suddenly numb when she saw Rayhan's face that always looked serious and flat, the same as usual. The man looked busy staring at the screen before him and was deep in his own thoughts, seemingly not yet aware of his arrival.

Rayhan wasn't really focused on what was on that screen. The look of the eyes was blank and I had no idea what was really on the man's mind.

Bella took off the mask and glasses. Slowly also remove the thick coat that is slightly wet due to splashing rainwater.

Bella took a deeper breath before sitting next to Rayhan. While Rayhan who had realized the arrival of Bella since earlier only turned to look at the woman at a glance, after that a faint smile adorned his lips.

"Have you seen the movie?" the man asked Bella while looking back at the screen in front of those who were playing a movie.

I don't know what movie is playing there, because Bella doesn't care. What Bella has in mind now, she needs to talk to Rayhan immediately and get things straight.

Bella snorted softly. "I didn't come here to—"

"You know, I always complain to you every time you talk when we're enjoying a great movie. Turns out your habits are really hard to get rid of, huh?"

And Rayhan's cold voice sounded foreign even though interspersed with a laugh that sounded so strange in the ears.

Bella took a deeper breath trying to regulate her breathing rate that sounded heavy, even just to pretend in front of Rayhan she could no longer do it. Truly, this is thousands of times more painful than one could possibly imagine.

"You knew everything from the beginning, didn't you? I've said it all on the phone for the reason I met you. I'm not here as the same person."

This time, Bella spoke in a soft voice. He was already trying to sound so strong, but unfortunately he was not able to do so well. Moreover, in the presence of Rayhan Julio, his lover.

Rayhan chose to be quiet for a moment after hearing the words that were thrown from Bella's lips. His mind immediately wandered about the memory of many things regarding how Bella filled every void in his heart and at the same time also emptied the place back viciously. The happiness that Rayhan felt lately, as if he had been taken by force at that very moment.

That sentence was like a thousand arrows that came like rain to Bella. Penetrated right in his heart and tore him apart sadistically.

Pain ... it hurts so much.

Trying desperately to hold back the tears that had gathered in her eyes, Bella turned to stare at the screen before her. But I didn't really see what was there.

His memories instantly drifted far away to a time where he and Rayhan were still together. Memories are beautiful, even if they look simple. A memory of how he and Rayhan hunted for movie tickets in theaters if the movie they were waiting for had come out and watched it together while holding hands. Sitting on a park bench while telling stories about many things, about their daily lives or about what books they read today. Even spent the night staring at the cluster of stars that glowed beautifully in the sky.

Simple things that are passed with special people in life. Everything was recorded beautifully, before reality came to ravage many of the dreams they had built.

How could after today, they have to live on a different path?

"I'm sorry, Ray!"

Perhaps an apology would not be enough to atone for his guilt towards Rayhan. Bella realizes that she has broken the heart of the man who loved her so sincerely, only to have to live with a man who would never love her and whose heart is still stuck with the past.

And Bella is ready to bear all the consequences. Hated by people as good as Rayhan started tonight and for good, maybe Bella's ready.

Rayhan immediately snorted violently. "Why should I apologize? Do you think that apology will be enough to get us back together? No, Bella! Because you betrayed our relationship!"

There was a clear anger in every sentence spoken from Rayhan's lips. Anger at feeling betrayed by Bella.

Bella shook her head slowly. "No, Ray. Not like it—"

"Then what, huh?" cut Rayhan quickly. "If you don't feel like I'm accusing. You should have said from the beginning that everything that happened was not true. You just have to say everything with complete confidence. About that marriage and our relationship."

Bella's tears this time were completely unstoppable again, and now it had flowed down her cheeks. "I want to say a lot of things to make things better, but it's like this. What else can I say, Ray?"

This time Bella's voice sounded half-heighted and sounded more heartbreaking than she had expected.

"I even heard this news from someone else, Bel. And you had no intention of telling me, you purposely hid all that from me!"

Rayhan's anger was unbearable, even he did not care if it was possible that from his sentence there would be someone who hurt Bella. But to be sure, his heart was currently broken.

Knowing that Bella is not evading her marriage to another man, it turns out to be more painful when she learns that Bella is married.
