Chaos Wedding

Chaos Wedding
Complicated

“How should I explain it, I am really busy today so stop wasting time on the same question.” Joy seemed busy nagging someone on her phone.

Occasionally he only glances at Bella and then sips the ice cappuccino that Bella had ordered first.

“I don't want to hear any reason. Anyway, I don't want you to accept the advertising offer. Point!” Then Joy turned off her phone with an annoyed look on her face.

“I don't understand why he's still asking me to be the star of his commercial,” Joy told herself.

He put his phone away in a pretty rough gesture, before looking at Bella with a look of regret. “Sorry I'm late, Bel,” he told Bella guiltily.

Bella in front of him commented a gentle smile. “It's okay. I understand that you are always busy.”

Joy then took off her sunglasses. “As usual, this always busy me feels that these few days people who always complain about my busyness finally have more busyness than me.”

Once again Bella smiled to see the look on Joy's face that still looks upset to him. “Yes, there you go!”

Joy frowned and looked at Bella in annoyance. “Seriously?” Joy is hissing annoyed at her best friend who always looks relaxed as usual. It was as if there was no burden in his life. “Do you have no desire to apologize to me?”

“Hm?” Bella raised her eyebrows feeling clueless as to what her best friend meant. “Apologies for what, Joy?”

Joy rolled her eyes, feeling annoyed because her best friend was still insensitive to what she meant. “ You're married and didn't tell me, Bella. Am I the only person you've been friends with since childhood not entitled to know about one of the important things in your life? It's your historic day, but why didn't you tell me? Am I not your best friend? Am I just a stranger in your life?”

Seeing Joy who looks upset and very angry at him it makes Bella again and again can only smile. To be honest, Bella was always happy to see her best friend never change. Always chatty and cheerful as usual.

“I'm sorry, Joy. I have indeed wronged you,” he said succumbed so that Joy did not feel more upset with him.

Joy only snorted harshly at Bella's apology. “If I hadn't gone to your house, I probably wouldn't have known forever that my best friend was finally married. I've also been looking forward to that happy moment my whole life, but what you've done is not let me get involved even as a guest. I've forgotten about being the prettiest bridesmaid at your wedding, but don't you want to get a hug from your best friend?”

Really am! With the long sentence that contains his disappointment, Joy has tried hard to resist her irritation to Bella since she knew her best friend was married without telling her.

Bella knows that Joy deserves to be angry and disappointed in her. But all this did not go as he wanted, this marriage was not real for many people to know, including Joy.

“Jo, I sincerely apologize to you. It is not that there is no intention to invite you, but you should know that life is very difficult to predict. I also just found out that there are many things that can happen without us ever expecting. Complicated.”

Joy was silent, seemed to digest the meaning of the sentence thrown by Bella, before clearing her throat slowly. “Already, after all everything has happened, it will not be possible to repeat again, right?” Joy chuckled at the end of her sentence, Bella who saw him also chuckled softly.

“Huh? Who do you mean?” bella asked still did not understand what Joy said and about the proposal.

Joy immediately shone wide. “First of all forgive me for my lies over the years for keeping Rayhan's proposal secret for you months ago. You know, I did it to make the special day Rayhan had prepared not fail, and yes. You know I'm happy you're finally with someone you love."

Bella seemed to have forgotten about that one. She confirmed the news of her marriage to Joy, but she did not tell her who she was married to.

“Do you think I'm married to Rayhan?"

And Joy replies to Bella's question with a nod.

Bella sighed softly before returning to continue her sentence, "But, that man is not Rayhan."

Hearing Bela's confession, Joy immediately choked on the drink she was gulping at. “What do you mean not married to Rayhan? Aren't you guys—"

This time Bella was down. The fact that Rayhan had intended to propose to her and tried so hard that they could be together in the life of marriage and the fact that hit Bella's chest hard. Short of breath, that's what Bella is feeling right now. The fact that their wedding plans are right in sight and the guilt for Rayhan is growing, makes Bella feel that she is the most evil woman in the world.

How could he hurt and break the man's heart over and over again? In fact, the man had already given almost everything he had to Bella.

Love, loyalty and one more, happiness.

Joy who heard all the words thrown by Bella could only sigh, then grabbed her best friend's hand into her grasp. “Have I missed so many things? I really don't understand what's going on.”

Bella sighed repeatedly, as if feeling heavy throwing a reality that would certainly make Joy surprised to hear. “A—aku .. I married Prasatya Brawijaya. No. .. rather I was forced to marry my parents' best friend.”

“Huh? Brawijaya Prasatya? The guy you always told me about and you wanted to talk to when we were in high school? The guy who said he was so shining in your class?”

Bella just nodded weakly. This time he lifted his face that was getting wet with tears and the sight was enough to make Joy also hurt. The sadness that Bella seemed to feel was so real and so sad.

Joy can't possibly not know who Satya is. In the past, she and Bella did attend a separate school because Joy's parents were always moving around the city, but during the holidays Joy always came to visit Bella and the woman remembered very well, Bella mentioned Satya several times as a very bright man in her class.

And, did he not mishear that now Bella is married to a man who said he loved his monkey while still in high school?
