After visiting Alexa's house, the three generations of humans decided to eat together at a restaurant. Joanna doesn't want to leave, but her mother and mother-in-law Alexa force her to come along. "Where are you going?" ask Joanna who's changing Reagan's diaper on the couch. He's also in Arthur's room with Alexa and George now.

"Mommy, Xiao O is going to Papi Will's room" Oskar replied without seeing Joanna.

Oskar is not lacking in sense. Since Uncle Arthur was already full, then he would ask Papi Will. Then if Papi Will is also full, then he will eat the provision of his daddy with his sister who never left the food made mommy.
