"Arthur, what's wrong with you?" ask Louise. Upon his return from vacation, Arthur was seen to dream often. Especially when Alexa advised Joanna to bring Oskar to check his health thoroughly. Arthur seems to be thinking about something but does not share his problems with himself or William.

"Louise, how's this?" arthur asked in the end, the man slumped his body onto the table. A few times he rubbed his tired face.

"What's wrong?" ask Louise. His forehead shriveled, did Arthur think he could know what Arthur was thinking if he didn't say it. Really, Louise isn't that great. She probably understood what Joanna wanted just by looking at her eyes. But not with the inner language sent by Arthur.

"Actually, Alexa said something was wrong with Oskar's routine health check-up numbers" Arthur replied.

"Wrongly how?" ask Louise.

"That number seems to indicate a disease. What if the child really suffers from a serious illness?" arthur said worriedly.

"The boy did look pale when I drove him to the hospital. He was also a little lazy to move and easily tired. When did the results of the thorough examination come out?" ask Louise.

"Next week" replied Arthur.

Joanna was so shocked, luckily she held onto Oskar tightly that Oskar did not have a bump, "no, we're fine!" joanna answered after she had taken possession of herself.

"Mommy, Xiao O is bleeding!" Oskar.

Oskar showed me his bloodied hand. Joanna was surprised, Oskar did not hit anything just now, why did his hand bleed?

Louise immediately took a tissue, carefully cleaned the blood on Oskar's hand and examined it. Joanna did not blink and opened her eyes wide as Louise examined Oskar's hand. But there were no wounds there, and then where did the blood come from.

"Daddy, Xiao O's eyes are twitching!" oskar said slowly.

Joanna and Louise's eyes were turned to Oskar's face. Now they both know where the blood that flows in Oskar's hand came from. It was blood coming from Oskar's nose. They could even see the blood coming back out of Oskar's pale nose.

Joanna could no longer continue her sentence. His heart is beating very fast. Her tears were also in the corners of her eyes. He didn't want to say it, but it seems like Oskar's situation isn't okay.

"Joanna, hold Oskar tight. I'll increase the speed" Louise said, no less panicked. He immediately drove his car that had stopped, and drove at high speed to shorten the time.

In the midst of her panic, Joanna gently cleansed the blood flowing from Oskar's nose. Told Oskar to keep his eyes open, then hugged him tightly together with the car traveling at high speed.

"Why should Xiao O. Why not just me?" muttered. Alexa is back. How he'll tell Joanna later. Hows it?

"Doctor, a patient is waiting for you!" a nurse's call dawned on Alexa, not the time to grieve like this right now. After all, he is a doctor. She saw Joanna crying in Louise's arms there. Alexa's not walking anymore now, she's running as fast as she can.

"Why?" ask Alexa in front of Louise.

Louise could not answer. Alexa rushed in and saw the patient waiting for her. Leaving Louise and Joanna knowing that Oskar was not with them.

With wet eyes, Alexa immediately gave her first aid to Oskar who was lying weak. A poor kid whose parents just dumped her and somehow got to be with Joanna that night. A child Alexa doesn't know her origin, a child she doesn't have a blood bond with. But in the end it steals all his love and affection. Because either he or Arthur, they both loved the child like their own.

Meanwhile outside. Louise and Joanna are still waiting for Alexa to come out. If Louise had walked around to ease her worries, Joanna would just be motionless in her seat right now.

Finally the door opened, Joanna could see a swollen face crying on Alexa's face. They hugged each other without saying anything more. Without saying anything, Joanna knew Oskar had to start fighting his illness from today.

"Joanna, Louise, you two come to my room!" alexa Pinta.

"Good!" answer Louise. He pulls Joanna to walk hand in hand behind Alexa who's already away.

Arriving in her room, Alexa handed Oskar a piece of lab paper, "I'm sorry, Joanna!"

Joanna received the result with trembling hands. His eyes were wet again as he read the words written there.

Joanna's world is collapsing, her worries are really happening. What he fears becomes reality. Now what should he do?

"Alexa, please!" only two words came out of Joanna's mouth.

"Joanna, I'll do the best I can. Oskar is like my own son and it is my duty as a doctor. I know it's hard, but let's work together" comfort Alexa.

"I know," replied Louise then standing ready to leave.
