William and Arthur decide to wait for a moment in front of the room, planning to enter after the doctor finishes checking on Oskar. Not long after, Alexa who got a phone call from Arthur immediately approached the two. In his hand, there are three glasses of drinks that Alexa carries for whom.

William and Arthur, both of them already look lackey and serious. Not as noisy as when they were in the car.

"This is for you." Alexa gave William a cup of coffee. It looks like a smile, but there is sadness that is implied behind his smile.

"Thank you!" William immediately opened the coffee cover and drank it, he happened to be thirsty so not hesitant anymore.

Meanwhile, William sees Alexa whispering something into Arthur's ear then points to one of the different drinks. Arthur seemed to nod, as if he understood the secret instructions Alexa whispered just for him.

"Thank you!" alexa hugged her husband in front of William.

William smiled, not expecting Arthur to be able to persuade the child to this extent.

"Auch!" arthur shouted suddenly pretending to be in pain in front of Oskar.

"Uncle Arthur is sick?" ask Oskar slowly.
