As I was walking around the direction of the location of the 16th sea base thanks to Fishman, I tortured them he was more than willing to spill the beans after I forcefully gave him his fingers to get the point.

What I did was evil but for me, it was to survive. After all, not all things come with good rewards for spying information or informants always being tortured for what they know. I just follow the same way to get it.

This branch is responsible for the region of the Comomi Islands which is where Cocoyasi Village is located. It was also the one responsible for turning a blind eye to the activities of the Arlong Pirates and their tyrannical rule in Cocoyasi.

They are also alerted by Arlong and raid Nami and Nojiko's house and confiscate all 93,000,000 Bei that Nami had gathered to buy the freedom of her village.

It quickly rushed towards where the marines noticed my appearance as I rushed in because they had rifle flintlocks and pistols at me, but I was too fast for them. Hm... I guess they're just below average fighters when it comes to walking in the park.

With that, I continue on my way to cripple the useless idiot marines in this fight. It was disappointing that at least the Fishman was able to stop my sword attack even though I used [Aura] in the end to pass their strength.

Another fact to know is that they have a sea king cow that can cause problems for anyone at sea, but also follow the orders of the Fish-Man Pirates. But if we could somehow manage to poison or gas the building or make the water a death trap it could easily make our mission much easier.

Plus, I wanted to learn more about the Fish-Man Karate itself as they had a book about at their base. Even humans can use it, so I don't mind having some water-based attacks in my arsenal.

But first stopping the Arlong Pirates was a must before I could do anything to get what I wanted plus I had to rob them as well given the wealth they had accumulated. It could help me get what I wanted in Loguetown after this quest was over.

Shaking my head a little first, I should focus on actually winning first before getting drunk myself on blind victories like the officers of those evil loli warriors.

Just as we continued walking into the vault the marines began to open it using a code to open the safe to reveal the unlucky bunch of stuff inside because I couldn't help that cowardly Nezumi was loaded. It may be loaded briefly in the East Blue standard but it is still loaded when I see one of the devil fruits that looks can but is shaped like a cube with curves around it but if I know who is dead recently then most likely Hard Fruit.

It took me some time to travel a long distance but I managed to find Ruby and Saeko sparring with each other like it. Gotta thank Ruby's good heroic nature for training Saeko to spend the time right when I got here.

Hearing a few footsteps, I glanced over to see Hinata appear as she spoke in surprise about me as she spoke, "Oh? Tatsumi, I saw you also go around gathering information, right?"

Nodding my head at that moment, I began to answer an honest answer while I responded, "Yes, managed to find a group of Fish-Man together. I managed to defeat them and get some important information after some 'persuade' to get what I needed. ."
