William immediately prepared his surprise for Sarah when she had returned home from the hospital. This time he didn't tell anyone because he really wanted to fight for Sarah. He wanted to fight for the woman and wanted to show that William deserved to be with her.

"Is this a surprise? if yes then I don't believe this yet. You proposed to me and soon we're getting married. Is this one of my surprises?" ask Sarah to William to make the man feel that what he is doing now is in vain because maybe Sarah already knows that this is a surprise for him.
"Here you go, don't think about it anymore. Most importantly right now I'm gonna take you somewhere." William immediately pulled Sarah's hand gently and carried her into the car.
In the car, William kept holding Sarah's hand and kissing her as if he wanted to show her that he loved the woman he was with so much.
"Actually where are we going?" ask Sarah who's still wondering where William's taking her right now.
"Fetch our happiness." she answered Sarah.
