Jeff leaves mom Veni and returns to his bed and mom Veni follows him. Mom Veni keeps following her son because she wants to know how Jeff feels about Laura.

Jeff deliberately shifted his gaze because he did not want to see Mom Veni because he knew what mom was thinking.
