CHAPTRE 23. IRRESPONSIBLE

Jeff widened his eyes, did he not hear wrong?

"I'm stupid, Mom. That day I left him alone. And after seven years we've only met again, one thing I never knew... It turned out that my actions had brought a new life in Ellia's womb. His chest felt tight, recalling his actions to Ellia first and also Ellia's story about her past so bitter.

As for Jeff, the man stood stiffly hearing what his Master had just said.

"So Emily is Mr Anders' daughter?" Jeff's mind murmured, as if he could not believe what he had just heard.

"Have their faces looked alike."

Anders looked at the grave of his brother.

"Alice, I'm sorry Brother..." Anders brushed away the tears that ran down his cheeks.

"I'm sorry Brother. You're the one who has to bear the consequences of Brother's actions..." Anders closed his eyes, the shadow about Alice again burst out. How the sister who cried hysterically because she was so hit with what happened to her. And the moment where Alice died, was a very painful moment for Anders.

Anders covered his face with both palms. Her crying was unstoppable. Losing his entire family was the hardest thing he had ever felt. Seeing Anders who began to mess up, Jeff did not stay silent.

"Master is fine?" Jeff asked as he approached Anders.

"Master, we'd better get home." Take Jeff who was standing in front of him.

"Sir." Jeff pulled Anders' hand because the man did not budge at all and continued to cry.

Always like this, the same incident must have happened again if Anders had come to the tomb of his family. The man always couldn't hold back his crying.

Willians Mansion. A luxurious mansion located in the city center, but unfortunately the mansion felt very quiet even though there were many servants there. Since almost the entire Willians family had gone home, there was only one person left.

Two men sat facing each other. One of them looked desperate and the other just put on a flat face as usual.

"What do you think I should do?" The hazel eyes stared blankly at the person sitting before him.

"I asked for your opinion, Jeff." Anders grunting. His secretary could not be asked to compromise if it was about women.

"I don't know, Sir. Because I've never been in a position like Mr." Answer Jeff as he is.

"Jeff!" Anders growling.

"You think I want to be stuck in this situation?!" Exclaims. Jeff just slicked his shoulders.

"Everything that happens is the fault of the Master who can't help himself. You were supposed to be a helper for Miss Ellia but you ruined it instead. And it's only natural that Miss Ellia now hates Mr." His words were so light, Anders immediately stared intently at his secretary.

"It turns out to be a waste I told you all this, you really suck. Instead of giving me a solution, you judge me." Tukas Anders got up from his seat.

"Where are you going?" Jeff asked who saw Anders climb the stairs.

"I'm tired, and I want to rest. You go back to the office and finish my job." Declared. Anders just breezed without caring about Jeff who was about to protest.

"Master! Sir can't..."

"Of course you can. Remember Jeff, you're my secretary. And that's your responsibility." Anders interrupted first, then resumed his steps.

"It's irresponsible." Jeff groused.

"What did you say?" Anders stopped his steps again.

"I said, Sir is not responsible." Jeff said with his voice.

"I've been irresponsible for a long time, Jeff. You should know that. You're the one who always finishes my work." Timpal Anders. Jeff just heard it.

"Have returned to the office there, your break time is up." Anders shook his hand. Jeff looked flat at him, but still did the order from his Master even though his heart continued to grumble.

After the funeral, Anders asked Jeff to drive him home to his mansion. Anders then told Jeff everything. His secretary was so surprised by what Anders said. He did not expect that Anders and Ellia had been involved in love one night. Emily is between the two of them.
