Elvarette Shiro
Episode 24: History

Name: Elvarette Shiro

The story of the heretic Azazil makes me wonder why such a devout man could fall into such a deep abyss. Then Ohba began to tell us about the deceiver in the carriage.

"Maybe some of you will think why Azazil who was so obedient to the Light fell into disrepute?"

"You read my mind again?"

"Slightly, but there are things that I must straighten out so that there are no misunderstandings."

"Misunderstand me?"

"You know the main task of the guards, right? One of them leads those who are lost." Ohba

"That's right Arafis." Answer Saki

"Yes Ohba." My answer.

"Then do you know why we should lead them?"

Instantly we were silent contemplating what Ohba said. Then the light in our star went through a slight change. The color began to fade but began to show an event like a surveillance video recording in my world. An event that tells the story of Azazil the heretic.

"Elvy, let's see your star ball! There has been a display of what we discussed about him." Pinta Ohba's.

I saw what my star showed. An event I had not known before. This flashback shows the incident where Azazil was still the leader of the guards before. A handsome man with white hair.

"Elvy, did you see someone with long white hair?"

"Yes Saki's sister."

"That's the guy we've been talking about all this time, he used to be the leader of the guards. And he was the teacher and friend of our leader, Namus before he took his place."

"By the way, which brother is a man named Namus?"

"He's behind her, oh, haven't you met Namus yet?"

"Not brother."

"I forgot when you were first moksa. Well, let me introduce you to Namus, look at that beautiful, shiny silver-haired young man!"

"Is the haircut shorter?"

"Yes, that's right. Her hair is shorter than hers."

"She's so pretty, brother!"

"But he's a genuine guy who's quite disciplined yet humanistic to everyone Elvy. His firmness and friendliness are balanced."

"Have you ever met her?"

"Then I met him, there was a task I had to complete and needed his approval."

"What is the relationship between the two of them?"

"Very Elvy related, very related."

"What kind of connection is it, brother?"

"Arafis, do you want to help me explain? You're the closest to him to me."

"Ok, I'll tell Saki about the two of them."

"Both, because both of them were my mentors while still being the third guard."

"You've also been the third guard?"

"We all have this trust. But his condition has now changed far from my time."

"Do you want to explain it to me Ohba?"

"Of course, but I have to order another cup of coffee to make it smoother."

"No need to bother letting me get us coffee and dinner, please drop my backpack Ohba, Elvy!"

"Good brother Saki."

"Ok, I'll tell you a story about the two of them."

Saki sister got out of her chair and went to another carriage. He ordered drinks and dinner for us all. Soon, Ohba begins his story of Azazil and Namus. According to his story, Azazil was the best of all the devotees of light. He had the great service of all the guards.

Before the golden era, there was an era that had not been recorded in the history of the earth. That era was the era of creation or the era of the heavens. The era in which all life was created and their existence has existed. The light illuminated the early darkness of a mighty alimony that spread out in all directions. Explosion is the beginning of everything.

From the void to the diversity. Light begins to compose life from the smallest to the largest. From no life to a life spread on the other side. From here the beginning of the story of the guards, the story of the creature born from the shade of light.

Guardians are born of light from a source of light. However there was one that was born different from the other guards. He, the first guard created from fire. The source of the primary light, the source of life that is constantly moving and evolving as time passes. Therefore he is called Azazil, which means none other than the ruler of light.

After Azazil was born, a bright side of him was created. From the light radiation that spreads to the corners gives birth to a lighter and firm figure according to the purpose. It was Namus who became the ideological brother to him. Azazil and Namus had a task in arranging the newly created universe. Like homes, they have a role in arranging which ones to be broken and which ones to dissect.

At first, Azazil was a servant who was obedient and faithful to the true command of the Light. No task is neglected, no command is not disputed. All done in a sign of gratitude for having been born in the dark sky. He has a very bright light, but is still less bright than the true Light.

As for Namus, he became Azazil's companion and always helped him with what he wanted to do. They were the first creatures to become slaves. A sincere lover serves selflessly and has no other desire than to do what they can do.

Until a time, a time when the Light was about to make another servant of another matter. Not from the fire but from the ground, the ground that always sustains the burning fire. At first no one protested with the desire of the true Light. But not for Azazil, he argued that this was a mistake. For he had seen for himself the disposition of beings other than fire and light.

He saw chaos and carnage going on where they were. Azazil saw for himself how they destroyed each other and the existing universe. Azazil saw for himself how they corrupted the existing order. He looked directly and saw the future.

What he said was not entirely wrong. For Azazil himself handled all the comforts in the universe. He alone eradicated the damage done by creatures before humans were created. And at that time Namus agreed with what Azazil said.

Previously, the earth had experienced the tempest of slaughter by beasts-like creatures. Fierce creatures who like to burn anger and division and the environment. So to stop all the chaos, Azazil burned them so that no more blood flowed in vain.

For Azazil, creating man was a mistake to repeat. But to the Light, what he fears is only a presumption. The Light must have its own consideration. Then Namus asked humbly, asking what he was going to do. Making a creature that has such a low substance?

Then the Light spoke of what he doubted. All this time they saw what they saw. Moreover, he wanted to give a valuable lesson about mutual trust. Believing something different to express this doubt is a dangerous sin.

Namus who initially followed Azazil began to think about what the true Light called. All along they are all beings other than their kind must be just like those who destroy. But should they hate them? In his mind he began to think about what would happen if he was in their position? But Azazil was still strong in his opinion. He is confident in what he sees and knows. From here the beginning of the dispute arose between Azazil and the Light.
