Episode 2 - Not aging

The worn out building that was not worthy of being called a rented house stood fragile before Yuri. There, she lives with her stepmother and sister.

The lyrical life that Yuri lived after her father had to be swallowed bitter by herself.

Yuri grunted softly, she stepped foot into the house.

"I'm home!"

"Hour come home already? Didn't you say you got a work call? How'd it go?" ask her stepmother with a dirty face.

"I was rejected," Yuri took off both pairs of shoes before entering the house.

"Hey, where are you going? I haven't finished talking, how can I refuse? You're not ugly but not that pretty either, but to work in an office you should be a good fit."

Yuri stared at the mother.

"There's something prettier than me, so I hope you stop forcing me to look for a job with this face." His index finger was pointing at his own face.

Yuri went to her room, she dropped her body onto the bed then groaned in annoyance.

"Let'soooo!"

Rang who was in the office started noticing Nara, he did not even blink when the girl chatted with her secretary.

"Where's your house?"

Nara who was focused on the sheet of paper that was being explained by secretary Rang was now looking at her boss doubtfully.

"I'm in Baver" Nara replied with a smile.

"The elite area? Well apparently you're living well in this age." Rang was happy, because the woman he considered the reincarnation of his lover was living well.

"I'll take you home later," Rang offered.

"There is actually no need to bother, but because Mr. Rang asked then thank you."

After time passed, all employees were ready to go home. Rang waits for Nara to do all her work.

Rang who usually uses a driver, now he chooses to deliver Nara himself.

Nara who looks beautiful with a knee-length blue dress gets into the car that Rang drives.

"Pak Rang shouldn't have bothered to drive me," Nara smiled awkwardly.

Rang grinned as he stretched his tie, he turned towards Nara as if he had no problem not paying attention to the road ahead.

"I'm the one who volunteered, you don't have to feel awkward."

After almost 30 minutes of travel, Rang arrived at the mansion belonging to the Nara family. Nara's father is a politician, that's all Rang knows.

"Thank you sir" Nara bowed to see Rang in the car.

The man just gave a nod and a smile. And then leaving from there, he felt nothing near Nara.

The fox gem works like a magnet, it attracts the owner when it is close to it. However, Rang still had not discovered that.

Rang had only been looking for the same appearance as his lover before, but all that had failed him four times.

The four people did not have the fox gem that Rang had given to his lover.

She did not know when her lover would be reborn. However, he believed that one day he would find her.

"Lady just got home?" Asked a middle-aged man who was guarding Rang's luxurious mansion.

"Hmm, yeah." Rang walked to his room.

The man knew very well the attitude and nature of his master so, he followed Rang from behind.

"Hows it?  Found her?"

"Until when will you look for him like that? Rebirth is not something we can predict. Even if, master is a fox man."

"I know, I know. But, I will still look for him even if I have to wait another thousand years." Rang opened his tie, suit, and shirt buttons from above.

"What if the jewel is on the frog? Is the lord still going to kiss the frog?" The strange question that the old man asked also made Rang shudder.

Rang hated frogs, he thought the slippery green creature was very disgusting.

Rang turned around and looked at the man earlier with a frown on his forehead.

He sighed trying to accept whatever the truth was, "i'll kiss him, which means he's my lover, right? But please! Pray well."

"I've been too tired to ask the almighty to grant my wish, in fact I haven't found it until now." Rang is now bare-chested.

He passed into the bathroom leaving the old man known as his uncle, alone.

However, the fact is that the man is just an ordinary human, who used to be a child helped and cared for by Rang.

Rang sees it as the incarnation of his cute little dog that has been reincarnated. So that makes it full and take care of it until as old as now.

Suho's age difference is quite far with Rang, making him who was smaller than Rang now look older than him.

However, that was the life of a fox man.

Rang did not age at all, although he still had human blood in his body.

But, the growth has stopped and that makes it young until now.

Rang does not know yet, until when his body will survive. All he knew was that even immortality would surely torture him.

He had to feel pain many times over the passing of his loved ones.

Now, Rang is standing under the warm water in the bathroom. The body contains muscles with the stomach shaped exactly like a torn bread that was clearly visible.

Water traverses every gap of Rang's body, when he gives out his strength Rang's eyes will turn into a bright orange.

After finishing cleaning up, Rang immediately put on his pajamas and asked Yuna, the secretary to find other data about Nara.

Rang had high hopes for the woman. She hopes the fox gem is on her, she hopes her lover reincarnates with his former form.

On the other hand, Yuri had just woken up from her sleep. His body felt sore because last night he tidied up the old house alone.

His mother, who worked as a dishwasher, often scolded him for their fate.

After the death of his father, Yuri is forced to become the successor to the head of the family. Any work Yuri does so they can eat and pay for the rent.

Yuri can't refuse other than to agree to that, because there's a younger sibling there. A sister born to her stepmother.

Yuri loves her little sister who is about 8 years old.

"Yuri, aren't you listening to me? I'm tired of all this." Her mother immediately shouted when she saw Yuri coming out of the room.

His sister who was watching tv could only look back then looked down, as if it had become a normal sight for him.

"What else is it, ma'am? I'm trying to find a better job. I hope you can be more patient."

"Me, I'm sick of all this. Your father left us in poverty. I feel like I regret marrying her, I regret living like this." Her stepmother seemed to be crying.

Yuri doesn't know what to do other than calm her down but, her mother brushes Yuri off and tells her to stay away from her.

Yuri went straight to her sister and gently stroked the little girl's hair.

"Have you eaten?" ask Yuri.

His sister shook her head, "not yet brother."
