Episode 32 - Bamboo Forest

One year later..

Yuri's life feels so bland, she goes through her routine as a company leader. Very unreasonable, but he was quite capable of all his work. Yuri leaned her body on Rang's chair. His mind was still frequently in chaos.

"You said the world would be fine without you."

"I think you're right."

"The world goes on, and I'm here to force myself to live without you."

"In fact, the rain of that time has not been able to erase your tracks. Especially me? With my limited limitations. I don't think I'm Rang's champion!" Yuri mutters.

Not long after, a message landed on his phone. He immediately read the message, grabbing his phone lazily. After Rang's departure, he no longer felt thumping whenever he got the message.

"You've eaten? Let's have lunch together!"

Yuri let out a long sigh then immediately replied to the message, "of course."

He walked out of the room, casually walking downstairs. There he meets Sean. The man who had been by her side for the past year. Yuri grinned faintly, only she knows how devastated Yuri lost Rang.

"What do you want to eat?"

"Hm, shusi!" answer Yuri.

Sean and Yuri go hand in hand, all eyes thinking they are lovers but it is a big mistake. Yuri, has no intention of opening her heart again to anyone. He'll wait for Rang until he comes back, even if that's impossible. Arriving at a Japanese restaurant, they ordered their own likes. Yuri with shusi various variants and Sean with ramen.

"Yuri, this is delicious. Let me count, this is the eighth time we've been here. Aren't we?"

"Yes, you're right." Yuri smiled faintly.

"Do you have a show tonight? What if dinner with me."

"But Sean, I can't seem to."

"Why? You want to go to the bamboo forest and wait for the fox man to come to you? Isn't it, it's impossible? Forget about him!" sean's eyebrows furrowed he looked annoyed.

"You know very well, that I can't possibly forget it."

"There's me! Lookatme! I've been waiting for you all this time, haven't you seen how much I want you?" Sean growled, he looked at Yuri sharply.

Yuri who was just looking at Sean's expression like that felt scared and surprised. He didn't expect Sean to be that angry. "Sean, please enough. You know exactly what I answered."

"Yuri!" Sean pulled Yuri's arm violently until the woman felt pain.

"Aw!" Yuri stood up and released Sean's entanglement. "I'm so disappointed in you! Let's not meet for a while!"

Sean took a deep breath and let Yuri go. The woman returned to the office and rested her body on the sofa. He closed both eyes with his arms while holding back the sobs.

"What am I waiting for? That jerk even told me to get married! Who would I marry if not you!"

"What about me? I love you Rang. You come and give me hope and then go and disappear! You dick! Rang asshole, I hate you!" Yuri berates the circumstances he is going through, she feels annoyed at Rang but she is more upset at herself who is unable to forget Rang.

After all the work is done and Yuri returns home. The woman eats quietly with Byul, the younger brother. Although his life is very much improved, even Byul attended a famous and favorite school in their city. He still feels empty, the mansion Rang left for Yuri often gives a flash of deja vu that makes his heart like a prick of thorns. So sick and painful.

"Will you go, right? Of course, brother, I'm fine!" said Byul cut.

"Thank you sister! Brother needs to get ready, you finish the food."

Byul nods. She looked at her brother who passed into the room with a sad look. "It's a pity that big brother, he's always thinking about uncle Rang. It's been a year uncle left, I miss eating ice cream with him too." Byul muttered and lowered his head.

Yuri immediately rushed over with blue jeans as well as an orange sweater. He drove his car and immediately headed for the bamboo forest.30 minutes later, Yuri finally arrived. He entered into a rather dark and cold forest, he was not afraid of anything anymore. He just wishes Rang had met him.

Yuri stared at the two bamboo pillars opposite as if they were the boundary gate between the demon world as well as humans. He took a deep breath, then sat down on the rocks.

"Rang, I'm seeing you again. I know I'm stupid, maybe if you see this, you'll berate me."

"But, until then I will never forget you!"

Yuri sat down and looked at the night sky, she hoped that it would not rain today. The star of the night was as if he was waiting for his beloved, they glittered in the sky as if dancing around the moon. Yuri smiled looking at him, but not for long the sound of a twig being stepped on was heard by his ears.

Yuri immediately looked back, she hoped that it was not a beast or anything like that. He took a deep breath and then stood up.

"He's that woman, right? The fox's bride?" someone said.

"Yes, he's the one!"

"I heard he has great power."

"He doesn't look like that!"

Yuri searched here and there for the sound, but she found no one. Not long after two snakes were approaching Yuri. Apparently it was the snake that passed through the dry branches on the ground.

"Byeah!" yuri shouted seeing the two snakes approaching towards her then retreating.

"Don't be afraid!"

Yuri looked up and saw the two snakes talking. The woman gulped down her own saliva, then retreated and intended to run away from it. "Don't go little girl!" the snake had turned into a human form dressed in black.

Yuri immediately ran away from there, she could not ask anyone for help anymore now. What if he died from being caught by that snake demon?

Yuri continued to run away, but the snake instantly changed its shape into a snake that was bigger than before. Yuri's legs were wrapped around the snake's tail so she fell down and lay on the ground. The two snakes wrapped around Yuri's body and fought each other to get her body.

Yuri had already resigned, he was sure that this time he would not survive. But luck was still on him, one shiny slash coming from the sword cut both the bellies of the snake.

Sreet..

Yuri fell down and escaped from the snare of the snake that had been cut. He turned his head towards the Man in front of him, his red hair had already begun to extend, his right hand holding a glittering sword was also the orange glowing eyes that were now staring at him. "Rank!" yuri held back the tears.

Yuri ran and immediately hugged the man, Rang grinned and the bright light in his eyes disappeared. He chuckled and then hugged Yuri tightly. "I missed you!" yuri Exclamation.

While Rang, still closing his eyes enjoyed Yuri's warm embrace. Now, his misses are paying off. Yuri looked at Rang's face, "do I have to get hurt first for you to come and save me?"

Rang stared at every inch of Yuri's face, he gently touched her cheek and one more hand clutched the body. Rang kissed the lips gently and Yuri reflexively closed her eyes and enjoyed Rang's every touch.
