Episode 23 - 100 lashes

The moon shone on a peaceful night, it felt as the wind gently flashed past the cheeks filled with Yuri. The woman smiled as she looked at the sky filled with natural light. The man beside him, Sean was assessing the face of the beautiful girl. She smiled as Yuri smiled her smile.

"What's your name?" Sean forgot, he had not had the chance to ask the woman's name.

"My name is Yuri" he replied with a faint smile.

"Who was that guy?"

"He's a bad guy!"

"Why is he bothering you?" asked Sean again curiously.

"Because, he really wants to. He purposely did that to ignite my lover's emotions!"

"Love? Oh, you already have a boyfriend." Sean nodded a few times.

"He's not human, is he your lover?"

"I don't want to answer your question, the more people know the more dangerous he is. Maybe I should ask my girlfriend to erase your memory."

Sean laughed at Yuri's reply. "All right, take me to your lover. So that he can erase my memories."

Yuri turned towards the man with round eyes, "are you serious? Tomorrow if he's around I'll take you to see him."

"Of course!" answer Sean.

Rang doesn't want to hurt his lover anymore, but he also can't leave Yuri alone. If his father's words are correct, it means that many demons are after him.

Rang recalled, it could be that Yuri was now in danger. The man moved then immediately grabbed his sword, he was preparing to escape from that world. Arriving at the door of the room, Rang found Yon already standing in front of him.

Yon still stands in the way of Rang. "What's wrong? You're worried about your boyfriend, aren't you? It's okay, he's fine. I checked it out earlier" Yon said with a grin.

"You think I'm gonna believe your bullshit! Move over!" Rang pushes Yon's body and passes through it. He quickly swung his sword to attack the several guards who were blocking him. Rang immediately teleported to the portal of the human world.

In the human world the day was already bright, he saw his messy room. He was stunned and then heard a knock on the door from outside his house. Rang immediately went out of the room to open the main door, there was seen Miss Kimi with a worried face coming towards Rang.

"Sir, are you really getting engaged?"

Rang raised the corner of his brow confused. "I haven't talked about it with Yuri."

"Not Yuri, but Miss Nara! The news is on television. Her father is a prospective board member and she's proud to announce her daughter's engagement to you." Kimi hooked her fingers to each other. He was more confused when he saw Rang was shocked like a person who knew nothing at all.

"Your identity is getting recognized, it would be very dangerous if you weren't really engaged to her. My advice is, you should keep doing it."

Rang frowned. "I can erase their memories."

"It's impossible that you can erase all the memories of people in this country!" Kimi.

Rang was silent, Kimi was right. There is no way Rang can handle this easily. He could not erase the memories of millions of humans, let alone his news continuously being repeated on television. The only way is to meet Nara and talk to her and ask what really happened.

Bu Kimi leaves Rang's house and meets Yuri. While Rang immediately cleaned himself, the lash marks on his back still hurt. He even looked pale, the royal medicine had not worked perfectly. He felt pain as the water washed his body, then groaned in pain.
