Chapter 52. The Grace Panic

Ethan and Vincent immediately run towards the source of the sound. Olivette was seen almost drowning when Grace tried to take her for a swim. It's her fault because Grace doesn't know if Olivette can't swim.

Ethan plunges into the pool to help Grace lift her. Olivette looked unconscious. Ethan feels very guilty.

His wife laid her body by the pool. Ethan shakes his wife's shoulder so she'll come to her senses.

"Ethan, I'm sorry" said Grace.

Vincent took a bathrobe to cover his wife's body. He felt sorry for his wife who felt guilty for what happened to Olivette.

"Darling, hey. Wake up! You'll be fine" Ethan said gently.

Suppose he knew the reason. Suppose Ethan would listen to Olivette. This is not gonna happen.

"What's really going on, Grace? Why would Olivette be like this?" ask Ethan.

"I don't think he can swim, Ethan. I forced him in. He looks like a dejavu with this water and pool."

"Vincent, please get me a blanket!"

Olivette was laid on the bed. Ethan was actually intending to change his make for a warmer shirt, but there was a sense of awkwardness between the two.

Olivette tightened her embrace. As she slowly enters the pool with water she thinks will make her disappear in an instant, the thing she remembers is her husband's name, Ethan. He felt he had to get out of there and pour all his love and affection on the husband.

Ethan let go of his wife's embrace and then looked at her face. He wiped away the tear from the corner of his wife's eye.

"Don't cry. I'm sorry. Vincent warned me about this. Sorry, I ignored you. Can I help you change this bikini?"

Yeah, the shirt's still wet. Olivette is feeling very weak right now. If it's like this, Ethan can't make his wife continue to be in the room.

"All right, I'll help you change clothes. No problem, right?"

"Ethan, Olivette's fine, right? I'm so scared." Grace came to the door.

"He's fine, Grace. Get down to the dining table. He's waiting for you," Ethan replied.

Grace's face changed. He also came out of the room. How happy it was to see Olivette enjoying a warm drink in her hand.

"Olive?"

Olivette. She smiles. Grace approached and apologized to him.

"Olive, I'm sorry. Really, I didn't know you couldn't swim."

"I'm sorry too, Grace. I never told this to my husband. You don't worry. I'm doing fine. Sit down!"

Grace's panic is over. After this he hoped that there would be happiness that enveloped his family following Olivette.

"Thank you, Olivette. You're a good woman. I hope after this you have children soon and we enjoy this togetherness until the end of life" explained Grace.

Yes, one of the goals of a vacation is to calm down and do a pregnancy program. Olivette has been humbled by Wileen who incidentally is the ex-wife of her husband now. If Olivette gets pregnant, Wileen will be the first to regret her decision to leave Ethan.
