"Men will fight harder for something they want than for something that is rightfully theirs"
Napoleon Bonaparte
Falling Flag
In a prison there was the sound of a big man walking.
It's dark in here with the smell of blood and dead bodies and rat shit smelling strong.
The torch in his hand made it possible for Vesius to enter the prison with Vale behind him.
"Who do you think.apparently the owl that stepped in the dark" said one of the men imprisoned there.
"I thought you were crazy in this dark prison, Pruasarr, but your bandit instinct to recognize your enemy's footsteps has not changed" Vesius said, walking with a torch in his hand.
"Hehehehehe..instink bandits.not all the expert bandits I met could recognize the steps of their enemies.." , Pruasarr said in a slightly weak voice.
"Drink water, I don't want you to die first" Vesius said, tucking in a bag of iron-tested water.
"Ohooo.you're better than I thought.." said Pruasarr smiling as he took a bag of water that Vesius offered.
*Gluk*Gluk*
The sound of thirsty Pruasarr gulping a bag of drinking water was heard.
"Ahh.thank you.." said Pruasarr while wiping the water in his mouth with his own hands, ".by the way.he said you want to sell me to the town of Ballerius..why did you take me to the capital?" said Pruasarr.
Pruasarr's ugly face can be seen with the light of a torch, the purple color of the disease on his face can be seen from the forehead to his chin.
He looked everywhere on his face.
Smiling Vesius.
"Heh, do you believe that the rich man is in the town of Ballerius?" said Vesius.
"Of course, your eyes are like people who can be trusted. You're smarter and more dangerous than people think" Pruasarr said with a sly smile.
"What do you want Pruasarr? If I may ask" said Vesius.
"You too what do you want?" said Pruasarr.
"Well guess what, the person who spends his time in the forest while hiding and alienated from the outside world spends his life as a bandit....Must have a motive not so that he is still alive from suffering is not it?" ,Vesius.
The light green eyes of Vesius glistened dimly in prison this was like a candle with a green light that was about to die.
"Hm" , smiles Pruasarr, "one who spent much of his life serving as a general and his family. Must have a motive to live, right?" he said.
"Honestly, my motives are easy to guess.I just want to enjoy life as Garius and do my duty as Garius. After all my family motto has only one word 'Obligations' ", said Vesius
"Heh. Surely you enjoyed all that" Pruasarr said.
"I've said what I want.so tell me what you want?" said Vesius.
"I'm the same as you owl, I want to enjoy this world as much as I can Ghost bird." said Pruasarr with a smile.
"There is a quick way to end your life rather than suffer continuously" Vesius said.
"Suicide is only for cowards" Pruasarr said.
"Whatever but you will be in this prison forever Pruasarr, after all the rich man did not come, it seems I was free to bring you all the way here.have enjoyed this world forever with suffering" ,vesius said with a bitter smile.
"Nobody is forever in this world of owls" Pruasarr said with a smile and then he drank a bag of water.
"Your family will forever continue to reject you and alienate you" Vesius said.
*Trannnnnkkkkkgggghngggg*
Pruasarr then hit the bars with his hands, his voice until the echo filled this prison.
"You are right owl." said Pruasarr with a smile in front of the bars staring at Vesius.
Vale almost drew his sword and stepped closer to the bars.
But Vesius gave a cue by raising his hand low, stopping Vale from drawing his sword.
"It seems this dark prison has taken some of your wits, but I don't care. You are only useful to sell to the rich man" said Vesius who then walked away from the prison room of Pruasarr.
"Hantom Birds! Hehehehehehhe" , shouted Pruasarr like a madman.
His screaming voice echoed in this dark prison.
Vesius looked at him for a moment.
"There will be danger coming! I don't know what it is! And when is it! But it's coming! Be careful if your bare wings will be shot down one day hehehehhe.." Pruasarr said with a big smile like a monster.
Vesius seemed to be silent and walked forward again.
The sound of Pruasarr's laughter then sounded even crazier and stranger.
"HahahhahHAHHAHA! AHHHAHA!"
His laughter began to fill this one prison.
The sound of the rats running and neighing began to sound.
Vesius' eyes glistened dim green in the darkness gazing forward as he continued to walk in the hallway of this prison.
"Fall flag~! Fall flags of kings and nobles~! Fall king and prince~! Falling with his palace~! Ahahahaha!"
Singing Pruasarr in prison like crazy.
"Fell their women in the hands of men who lust~! Fall their treasure~! Fall their swords~! Falling nobles and royal families in the hands of rebels~!"
Vesius could only smile as he continued walking.
"Fall their voices~! Falling their self-esteem! Oh gentlemen and kings~! Fall....all they got~..."
The singing voice of Pruasarr dancing and reverberating in this prison was like a madman.
*The danger is coming.I know it's Pruasarr..*
Vesius thought with his trembling hands.
Fear suddenly reappeared within him

The sound of the door opening sounded.
Cleorah was standing at the door looking at Perrin.
"Ohhhh.hai" , Perrin said.
Perrin sat in his chair with hundreds of books around him. His desk was also filled with books from the entire library in the castle of Balradius.
*Tukkt*
Cleorah then closed the door.
This room has a bookcase and is arguably narrow. There's only one window connecting the sunlight to get here.
It's hard to think that Perrin could have lived in this cramped room for months.
"You..you slept and stayed here for 4 months?" Cleorah said.
"But still..how did you sleep?" said Cleorah.
"I can't sleep.I haven't slept since we came to this world" Perrin said, raising his head from the book and looking at Cleorah.
Cleorah then gulped hearing what Perrin said.
"Are you serious?" Cleorah said.
"Hahh.iya.iya.I can not feel drowsiness in this world, I have tried to sleep but can not and forced to read a book until morning comes" said Perrin with a sigh.
"Are you healthy!? Ordinary humans can't hold their sleep for 4 months!" Cleorah said.
"Do I look like a human? My hair has turned white since I came to this world, my eyes have turned yellow. Did you just realize Cleorah? Of course not, I can hear you gossiping about this constantly with other women" Perrin said.
"Well, don't you think white hair is just like humans.?" said Cleorah.
"Have you ever seen a natural white-haired man?" said Perrin.
"Albino" Cleorah said.
"You're right, but I'm not an Albino" Perrin said.
"Ummmmmhhhh.." , an irritated voice came out from Cleorah's mouth.
*He doesn't like it when I lower my white hair*, thought Perrin.
"You envy me turning white hair a long time ago, I know that" said Perrin who then turned his head back to the softness of the book.
"T-no! I..no envy.." Cleorah said as she held her own hair and with her hands she rolled her own little hair.
"Yes you're jealous don't try to hide your feelings in front of me" Perrin said.
"Yes! Aye! I'm envious! Aye! Why is it, huh?! It's good to have white hair.it can make me more beautiful.and Cyrus.." ' said Cleorah while blushing her face.
Then the two were silent, Cleorah was sulking and did not want to start the conversation. Perrin did nothing.
The room is dark and only candles illuminate the room.
"Is Willy okay?" , asked Perrin quickly.
"Ah? Yeah, he's. The servant said he didn't have to stitch his head up just enough blood came out" Cleorah said.
*It seems I was too hard on him*, thought Perrin.
"Good, his strength that can read the status and skills of others can be useful for us in the future" said Perrin while opening a new sheet on his book.
"What are you reading?" said Cleorah as he walked closer to Perrin's desk.
"The book of magic knowledge from the Malarum Witch" Perrin said as he looked at the cover of the book to Cleorah.
"Do you want to read all these books?" Cleorah said, looking around Perrin, which was filled with books.
"Yes, usually, because I can't sleep then I should just use my inability to sleep" Perrin said.
"Why are you doing all this? Didn't you ever say that the world is boring? Why are you helping us to survive?" Cleorah said.
"When do I say the world is boring?" said Perrin.
"Earlier when we met in the hallway, the time of admission of new students" Cleorah said.
"You've changed quite a lot over the course of the year, so I forgot that I was talking to the same person back then" Perrin smiled.
"You are.." Cleorah said.
"Why Cleorah? You wonder why I look like I want to protect you?..Hahh.." said Perrin with a sigh.
Then Perrin stood up from his chair and walked towards the small closet in this room.
The candle in this room is almost dead.
"This world is boring.I've also changed a lot since I said that.." said Perrin while opening the closet and looking for something in it.
Perrin then took a stick of wax from a wooden box containing many candles in the closet.
"Since I met Julius." said Perrin, taking a dead candle in his desk and throwing it into a wooden box containing another dead candle next to the table.
"He taught me that the world was not as easy as I thought..hehehe..I used to be more arrogant than what Cleorah is now.." ,laughs briefly Perrin.
Cleorah was quite shocked because she had never seen Perrin laugh.
Moreover, he had never seen Perrin tell a story about himself in the past like this.
Perrin turned on the new candle.
For a while Cleorah saw Perrin as an ordinary woman, unlike Perrin usually who was scary, strong, cruel, and had instink like a soldier. Even the voice of Perrin is usually like the voice of a soldier and does not have the slightest softness in it changed with a soft taste in it.
"My time with Julius taught me a lot.'the most unknown enemy is the most dangerous enemy' ", Perrin said in a rather sharp voice.
"We are not your enemy" Cleorah said.
Cleorah this time began to show sharp eyes, her dark brown eyes started to glow.
"Hm" Perrin's smile "all can be enemies of Cleorah" Perrin then sits on his desk "no matter how loyal and trustworthy they start"
*Tuk*Tuk*Tuk*Tuk*
The sound of knocking on the door sounded.
"Mr Perrin" heard a soft, slippery sound from the door.
"Come in, the door is unlocked" Perrin said.
*Trreekkkttt*
Look Casca and an old man with a long white beard look.
The old man was wearing white clothes and a stick with a large yellow diamond was stuck on top of the white stick.
*Flynn Curaias.* , thought Cleorah.
"I've brought Mage Flynn, my lord" said Casca smiling cunningly as he lowered his head in front of Perrin.
"It's an honor to be called in person by the hero lord Perrin" Flynn said with his old back to Perrin.
"Honour that everyone can enjoy" Perrin said.
"Rare honors because I hear Perrin heroes rarely want a visit by someone" Flynn said.
"Not really, I invited Cleorah here. Anyway, you stay here Casca..don't go anywhere" Perrin said.
"Just calm down, my lord, I will stay by your side" Casca said with a sly smile.
"So master? What do you want to call me here?" he said
"I want you to train heroes to control their magic" Perrin said.
*Master Flynn may have noticed that there are some heroes who do not control their magic*, thought Cleorah.
"I? Don't joke, my lord, I can't use magic" Flynn said.
"Keep what good is your title of 'Witch'?" said Perrin.
"Hm" Casca smiled "forgive me Mr. Perrin, but let me give you knowledge of this world-
"I know Casca, not everyone who has the title of witch can use magic. Sometimes there are magicians whose 'network' has been damaged due to old age or indeed can not use magic since birth and only know a lot about magic. I just read it earlier in the book the knowledge of the witch of the witch Alani" said Perrin.
"Ah, forgive me for doubting your knowledge, my lord.it is indeed something disrespectful to the servant of the queen lord like myself." Casca said in a slippery voice.
"So Mr Flynn? Which type are you? You are old enough that you cannot use magic or the type that cannot use magic from birth and only know a lot about magic" Perrin said.
"Types who can't use magic from birth and only know a lot about my master's magic, I'm sorry" Flynn said.
"Hahh..it's a shame.." ' said Perrin.
*Sial...mission is 53 hours away.it is only a few days before the danger comes.*, thought Cleorah with annoyance and fear filled his mind.
