That afternoon after teaching at the boarding school, Boy went straight to the hospital. Already several days he had not had time to visit Ali because the activities in the pesantren were so crowded.
Not only teaching at school, Boy also became a material carrier in the study at the pesantren's ligkungan. He has also decided to live in a special house ustadz who is single, at least he will be there until his bachelor status is changed to marriage.
Speaking of marriage, along the way to the hospital, several times Boy thought of how to find Khaira, he had searched on social media but never found what he was looking for. Even had stumbled in his mind to return to the city of origin to look for the girl, but it seemed he was not ready to set foot back in the City which witnessed his various injuries.
Is it wrong if the desire to marry Khaira still exists even though he does not know the existence of the girl? Is he selfish if he wants a girl who does not necessarily want him too? Even the status of the girl he did not know whether she was married or not.
Boy took a rough breath thinking about it all. Even so, Boy will keep trying as long as he has not heard the news Khair has married, at least he has tried, and he will not regret it.
Boy's daydream ends when the pesantren-only motorbike he drives arrives in the hospital parking lot. While carrying parcels for Ali's parents, Boy walked into the hospital building towards the ICU.
From far away, Ali's parents were waiting in front of the ICU room where the child was treated.
"Assalamu 'alaikum, Om, Aunty" said Boy, and was immediately answered by Herman and Salma.
"What's Bang Ali's condition?" ask the man
"Still the same as yesterday, son," answered Salma lethargicly.
Boy turned to the entrance of the ICU room. "Is the doctor examining Bang Ali?" boy asked, not usually Herman and Salma waiting outside together, unless there was a doctor in the room examining their son.
"Yes, Son. The doctor and the young doctors were examining Ali."
Boy nodded his head, then sat down next to Mr. Herman to wait for the results of the doctor's examination.

"Do you understand?" ask the doctor to the koas after the examination and give a little explanation about the coma patient.
"Understand me, Doc" replied the doctor at the same time.
"Well, then let's go out" said the doctor and then set his foot out, but suddenly his footsteps stopped.
"Oh yeah, what's your name?" the doctor pointed towards Khaira.
"My name is Khaira, Doc" replied Khaira.
"Alright, please report the results of our examination to the patient's parents."
"All right, Doc."
When the other doctors left, Khaira now approached three people sitting in front of the ICU room, believing they were a patient's family. Upon realizing Khaira's arrival, the three men reflexively stood up compactly.
Instead of directly talking, Khaira just shook her eyes in disbelief at the man in front of her who occasionally glanced at her, but she more often lowered her gaze.
"How's my son doing, Doc?" asked the middle-aged woman before him who instantly scattered the daydream of Khaira.
"Ah yes, sorry, Mom. So this is ...." Khaira began to explain the results of their previous examination, where the patient had experienced a fairly good development, compared to before.
Boy who had been bowed immediately raised his face when he heard the voice of the doctor who also used the mask. The doctor's voice really sounded familiar in his ears.
He tried to look at the doctor's eyes, and rightly, those eyes were the beautiful ones he always saw when he was still a bad boy.
"Khaira." Inner Boy. Somehow he was so sure if the young doctor who was talking to Ali's parents was Khaira. However, due to an unlikely situation, Boy did not dare to make a sound at all, even until the doctor went away from his sight.
"Alhamdulillah, you hear that, Ali's condition is progressing. Now let's go inside," Salma asked with a face so excited.
The two middle-aged people finally walked towards the entrance of the ICU room. However, their steps came to a halt when they saw Boy sitting in his place in a state of uneasiness.
"What's wrong with you, son? Are you just going to stand there" asked Herman.
"Om, Auntie, I'll be there for a minute, I'll be back, God willing." Boy immediately ran to a place, without even waiting for Ali's parents' response, making them a little confused.
"He's why, Ma?"
"So, you don't know either, Pa."

Boy ran down the hospital hallway following the direction that the young doctor had been in. Although the doctor's face was covered in a mask, he was very sure if it was Khaira, the girl he had been looking for.
Boy left Khaira, but not this time. He really wanted to tie the girl up to always be by his side.
Boy's heart began to pound no doubt when he saw the figure of the doctor was now not far in front of him. Not because he was tired, but because there was a beautiful feeling that he felt when he saw the figure of the girl he had longed for in prayer. Hopefully his guess if it was Khaira was true.
"Khaira!"
