He's Not A Bad Boy
Chapter 35 - The Coming of a Person

Khaira closed the room door slowly and leaned behind the door holding onto her chest which felt tight. Her tears began to wash over her cheeks. Just now he was made surprised and happy at the same time when he heard the arrival of Boy who intended to propose to him tonight, but it seems like fate has not been on their side.

It seems that the father had continued to hate Boy, so he refused the goodwill of the man without negotiating first with him.

Khaira covered her face and began to sob, her body trembled, and her chest felt tight at the moment. For a long time he held back his feelings, but again he had to try to be patient and accept the decision of the father.

"I'm sorry, Boy."

For a long time Khaira cried behind the door of her room, until the sound of knocking the door with a call from her mother made her realize and immediately wiped her tears.

Not wanting to look pathetic, Khaira immediately went to the bathroom to wash her face. "Yes, Ma." Khaira immediately dried the wet face and opened the door.

"Well, what's wrong with you, honey? You crying?" asked Ainun while holding the side of Khaira's face when she saw that her two daughters eyes were slightly swollen and red.

"No, Ma. Khaira just woke up this night" lied Khaira. He knows lying is not justified, but he does not want his current situation to make the problem with his parents more complicated.

"Oh, your tumben really fast sleep. Uh, your papa wants to talk about something, let's go down for a bit," Ainun asked and then pulled Khaira's hand slowly.

The two now walked down to meet Zafran in the living room. Khaira sat alone in front of Zafran, while Ainun now chose to sit next to her husband.

"Son, you are now an adult, you can certainly make decisions for your own life. But you know, papa and mom as your parents always want the best for their son." Zafran paused for a moment while looking at Khaira's response which had just been quietly bowed.

"Boy, you remember him, don't you? He came to propose to you."

Khaira looked into the eyes of the father who was now in serious fashion.

"But papa told him to come back, papa just felt he was insincere. The good he had been doing was only because of humans. If to God alone he is not yet able to be sincere, then how can he be sincere to you?"

Khaira again bowed to the words of Zafran.

"The person who changes well because of man, will not last long because of the man in whose place is Khilaf, when he is disappointed in the man he has always wanted or loved, he said, then it does not rule out the possibility that he will return to his early life" continued Zafran.

"Papa didn't mean to reject Boy outright, papa just gave him a chance to realize his mistake. If you are a match, you will definitely be together, son," concluded Zafran.

"True your father, son. After all, compared to Boy, there's still a better man than him and wants to marry you too." Ainun is now chiming in.

Zafran and Khaira turned to look towards Ainun. "Mama and Umm Aisyah once said, 'Wouldn't there be a man who wants to marry you when you graduate high school?" Khaira nodded softly in response to the mother's question.

Ainun began to recount what he had heard from Aisha. His name is Ali El-Husein, he is the son of Aisyah's teaching friend, he has completed his S2 education in Cairo three years ago. But due to an accident, he was in a coma from then on and only regained consciousness a few days ago.

"Well, if you're wondering who Ali is, we can go see him." Ainun then asked for her husband's approval and was immediately approved by Zafran.

On a beach that looks dark, with only a few lights assisted as a light, the, Boy sitting on the sand of the beach while staring at the star money only visible in part because the others are covered in clouds that start to cloud over.

This was the second time he had come to the beach after he faced off against Zafran. Although the beach he occupied was different, but both of them were able to be an escape when his heart was disappointed.

Back when he was a bad boy, Zafran asked him to stay away from Khaira. Now that he had tried to get better, he was again told to think about the answer he had given to his question.

"From Allah, to Allah, and back to Allah."

Boy smiled bitterly remembering every word Zafran said, polite but still managed to destroy his spirit. Let only God know how sincere he is in his efforts to get better, and how sincere he is in loving Khaira.

Boy had just arrived right in front of the boarding gate at 10:00 p.m. He stopped his motor when he found someone pacing in front of the gate.

His curiosity now made Boy approach the man. "Sorry, Sir. Can I help you?"

Hearing Boy's voice, the person immediately turned around. "Boy?"

"Sir Candra?" Boy was so surprised when his father's confidants were now in front of him.

"I'm sorry that coming here bothers you" said the middle-aged man.

"Please enter first, sir. We'll just talk inside." Boy invited the man into his house in a boarding school.

.

"Please drink, sir." Boy serves a cup of hot coffee in front of Candra and starts to sit face to face.

"Where did Mr Candra know I was here?"

Candra momentarily fell silent. "Actually all this time I was ordered by Mr. Anderson to always find out about you. From the very beginning you went to boarding school, he always told me to report your situation, even when you were in Cairo, he told people to look after you from afar."

"What's? But where is it possible? Didn't you no longer acknowledge me as your son? Then why is he like that?" boy asked a little confused.

Everything the father said while at the police station is still clearly recorded in his memory, no, he can not even forget at all because it was very painful.

"That's because he misses you, and feels guilty for you."

Boy's eyes now feel a little hot hearing the words of his father's confidant. All this time he thought that only he missed but his father did not. However, it turns out that what you think is wrong.

"I'm sorry, I. Actually, Mr. Anderson forbade me from seeing you, but I can't bear to keep this a secret from you, Boy."

Boy frowned looking at the middle-aged man before him. "What do you mean Mr. Candra?"

"Sir Anderson, he's very ill, said his doctor with end-stage kidney cancer."

"What?"
