Chapter 46. I'm Stupid

Lee was intrigued by the results of the DNA test that was in his hands. His feelings are mixed, between haru, happy, sad and sorry, because he can only find Alicia now.

The wait for five years finally came, even though he realized now the face and identity of Alicia had been different. But whatever the change, it cannot be denied that the woman is his wife, the mother of Gio and Shasha.

"I'm sorry, Alice. I've made too many wounds, until you hide as best you can," said Lee with choked spit, as well as his chest tight.

Guilt has been shrouding the man's heart, he has been tormenting his children for too long, especially Alicia, just because of an ego, he turned into a very strong figure.

"I don't know what you're planning for now until you do this. But it seems, you really hate me, so much that you don't want to make me recognize you, even the slightest thing," Lee said sobbing, for the first time he came back crying like this. The crazy feeling of losing Alicia was still even in her chest.

He wanted to shout as loud as possible, voicing all what was entrenched in his heart. However, he knew exactly where he was.

"I'll never let you go, Alice. Remember that, wherever you go, you will always be in my control," the handsome man muttered as he tightly gripped the paper in his hand.

He drooped weakly on the floor with a whacky cry.

Seeing his nephew who was so sad, De then patted Lee's shoulder slowly. "So, she's the woman you've been looking for all this time?" De asked with a frowning forehead, the whole family did know how the matter between Lee and Sofia was.

Because after the identity of the twins was revealed, Lee was immediately called by Aneeq, and they were involved in a big fight, until it ended.

Hearing the question, Lee fell silent and only sobbed. He was still very surprised, due to the fact he had just known. He was sure, there was something that Renata was looking for, being a secretary was just an excuse.

"I'm a fool, Uncle," said Lee with quivering lips, he let the tears run down his beard. His mind soared, how could he get an apology from Alicia? Would the woman forgive him?

"You're just a fool, Li. But at least you're not a coward. You've tried your hardest, I've been the witness to how you've fought for him, even to this very second" De replied, trying to calm the down-on-his-luck nephew.

He knows that Aneeq and Lee's men have been searching for Alicia. There was no word of rest, as Lee had promised never to give up before finding the mother of his children.

And now that the woman has been found, De also feels the haru at once happy. "You can blame yourself, but your job now is not just that. Reassure him that you are sorry. Slowly you must also give understanding to Gio and Shasha."

"I've said it, Uncle. My children already knew that Sofia was not his mother" Lee replied, he got up when De broke her, until now the two men stood firm.

"How did they react?"

De patted Lee's shoulder softly. "Don't worry, they'll soon understand the situation you're in. May he listen to your explanation and accept the reason."

Arriving at the company, Lee asks Zack to meet him in the basement. He seemed unable to meet Renata.

Zack, who was astonished at the time, could only obey what the boss and his cousin said. He got into the car, and then came face to face with Lee. "What's up, brother?"

Without saying anything, Lee submitted the results of DNA tests between Renata and her two children. Zack grabs her doubtfully, still wondering what Lee's goal is.

Lee turned his head with a sad face, his forehead wrinkled complete with eyeballs that returned glazed. "It belongs to Renata with Gio and Shasha."
