Aru felt his heart tremble when he heard the voice of Dirga echoing when he said takbir in the prayer dzuhur that afternoon. Now, Aru no longer prays alone. There was Dirga who became a priest exactly one shaf in front of him.
The two began to pray solemnly, who only expected the Ridho Allah SWT. Until the prayer was finished, both chose to stay on the prayer mat while reciting words of praise for God and Rosul.
Until Aru chose to raise his hand and pray for the good of his life and household.
"Yes Allah. This is how I am happy. May I make no mistake and may You bless my household, O God. Aamiin's."
Just when Aru had finished praying, Dirga turned her head and reached out the code hand to shake hands. Aru smiled and accepted her husband's doubtful hand.
However, Aru did it anyway and kissed the back of her husband's hand. He could feel a gentle stroke at the top of his head. Of course Dirga did. When he looked up, his eyes flashed with his brown and sharp eyes in front of him.
"Do you really want to build this relationship with me?" asked Aru while looking into Dirga's eyes.
A rough breath was heard. "Do you still doubt me?" Dirga just threw a question.
Aru. She wanted to say yes but she was afraid it would hurt her husband. However, Dirga should not be suspected.
"I just still don't believe it. Didn't you look so hateful to me all this time? Aren't you ashamed to marry a cheap woman—"
Not yet Aru finished his sentence, Dirga had already silenced with a lightning kiss on his lips. Aru. This is too sudden to make Aru's brain feel lag.
While the culprit, just stared at Aru like no burden. "Don't say that again. Didn't I apologize for my bad words in the past. Now, I'm your husband. So, prejudiced all right," Dirga's love was soft.
Like being hypnotized, Aru nodded obediently. That thing, makes Dirga anxious and stroke the top of Aru's head that is still closed. "Don't daydream. We have to have lunch first to be more powerful later tonight," said Dirga who made Aru aware.
"What's going on tonight?" ask Aru plain.
Dirga laughed amusedly until his eyelids narrowed. "What are you hoping for tonight?"
Aru. His brain is not functioning properly. Especially when I saw Dirga's laughter so loose. Her husband looks so handsome.
"Later there's a reception, right? Or do you want to stay in the room? In that case, I will tell Mama and Papa," said Dirga intends to tease Aru.
Quickly, Aru shook his head. What would people say if the wedding reception would go on without the two brides. Moreover, the event will be held the night. People will probably think things through.
"I forgot. We should have lunch soon," invited Aru who had stood first to remove the face.
"We just order the hotel attendant to bring food to the room. Let me do it" said Dirga, who had walked to a cable phone.
Aru nodded. He kept a prayer mat and a face up on the nightstand which was located next to the single arm sofa.
"What message do you want? Fried rice or nasi ujut?" ask Dirga.
"Fried rice."
After answering so, Aru chose to sit on the sofa. The hood had been worn again when Dirga was busy calling. He sat awkwardly as Dirga walked over then sat down beside him.
"Are you?" call Dirga soft.
"Maybe, you don't love me yet. But may I ask for a condition?" dirga asked who made Aru's heart melt. What conditions will Dirga submit?
"What condition, then?" asked Aru nervously.
"If you don't love me yet, please don't let us split the bed let alone to be in a different room. Let's build this household properly. I will try and I hope you do the same, too" explained Dirga who was able to publish a smile on Aru's lips.
For God's sake, Aru is more fascinated by the figure of Dirga which turns out, better than Aru knows. "of course. I want to get married once in a lifetime and hopefully, you'll be the last one" Aru said.
Dirga was pleased too. Aru clearly saw that sparkling look. Is that as happy as Dirga?
"But, do you mind if my status is no longer a girl? You must know that I'm just a secondhand," Aru's great-grandson looked down deeply.
"It doesn't matter to me anymore. The most important thing is that you are today. You are better than yesterday. That's enough for me" replied Dirga gently.
"Thank you, Dirga," said Aru.
Instead of answering, Dirga was getting closer to Aru. Aru held her breath, fretting over something that Dirga would do afterwards. However, when he felt a touch on his palm, Aru turned his head and Dirga's smile was his first sight.
"May you hold hands, right?" tanyanya raised one eyebrow.
Aru nodded. Of course I can. Don't hold hands, do more things too. After all, Aru is halal for Dirga to touch.
Aru could feel his fingers being played by Dirga. When Aru turned his head, it turned out that Dirga was looking at him closely. Aru was plunged into that gaze until reluctant to turn away.
Slowly, Dirga's face approached and eroded the distance. However, when the distance stayed a few inches longer, Dirga stopped. Luckily, Aru has not closed his eyes or he will be ashamed of himself.
"Can I kiss you?" dirga asked for permission first.
Aru nodded weakly. Feel no problem. She had no intention of resisting for fear of sin had refused her husband's request.
Dirga again eroded the distance and Aru started to close her eyelids. He could feel the breath of Dirga so warm, hit his face.
Aru gripped the side of his robe when a touch of chewy object stuck to his lips. It felt, Aru's heart burst out as the kiss actually landed on her lips.
Long enough Dirga pressed it until the touch was released and Aru felt lost. However, this did not last long. Dirga again anchored the kiss on the entire side of Aru's face and ended up on the forehead.
Aru tried to scoop up as much oxygen as possible. Dirga's sweet treatment makes Aru lose his breath. It feels more beautiful and pleasant because Dirga has been halal for her.
"So early in the morning, you were so beautiful" said Dirga, who made Aru open her eyelids. Dirga had kept her face away until Aru felt ashamed of herself for still closing her eyes.
"Oh yeah? Am I really pretty?" aru asked not to believe her hearing. Where did that incessantly spicy mouth go that scorned him?
Dirga looked wrong and threw away his eyes. Huh! It was so fun to see the other side of Dirga who looked as timid as before.
Aru stare smile. Moreover, Dirga just stood up and said. "Sounds like a guest." There was no bell ringing at all.
Aru is increasingly convinced that Dirga is being misbehaved. Huh! It's so funny!
