Hot Couple: Inspiration From God (I Love You, Ustadz!)

Hot Couple: Inspiration From God (I Love You, Ustadz!)
Happy Holidays

I remember, the first place we visited on the agenda of these streets was to Golden Gate Park. We spread our coats near the botanical gardens and relax there, complete with a filling snack. You know, Mas Ilham is the type of man who eats everything. He was not picky about food. Whatever he will eat as long as it is healthy, hygienic, and halal.

Tomorrow, Mas Ilham and I spend time looking at various tourist objects. With a borrowed car from a neighbor we always bothered about, we rode down the winding streets, looking at the scenery from Coit Tower, and then we took a look at it, and eat shrimp with red sauce filled with cardboard funnels at Fisherman's Wharf. After lunch, we went to the Steinhart Aquarium and spent the rest of the day there. I love being there. He won't budge before seeing everything: from poisonous frogs, live coral, sea stars, penguins, dolphins, even pufferfish. In San Francisco, we went there twice.

The next day, Mas Ilham took me to the City Lights Bookstore. Actually, I really like the bookstore. But here I have trouble choosing a book. Because I don't like English books. In conversation, my English is good. I was quite capable of capturing meaning when one spoke in English, and quite proficient at speaking. However, when reading English texts, I was lazy. Because, I need to translate it first into Indonesian to capture the meaning in the text. Being lazy. Hmm. please understand. My English is just good. Not the best of the best. I didn't buy a book from there. Hehe.

The place we visited the most was Chinatown. Mas Ilham bought me a pink silk robe.

"But don't wear it often, yeah. Once in a special moment" he said.

Iyuuuuh... what try?

In addition to shopping, the second reason we often come here is for lunch. There is a restaurant called Nan King that sells food with wow taste, very good. Another reason why we come here so often.

Ckck! Wanna know?

Around there are shops that sell toys *ex. At first, Mas Ilham was curious about what the toy meant. Then he invited me into the store. It makes me feel ashamed, why, I'm hijab. I felt a little uneasy when people saw me in a store that sold various types of toys smelling *ex.

"Mas, you're ustadz. How did you get into the shop?"

He just laughed a little. "Why really? Remember, lo, we're both husband and wife, halal couple, and we're ordinary humans."

"Yes, but right...."

"Shhh...."

"Buck...."

Euuuuw....

We giggle. I was really excited to see my husband's behavior.

"Don't buy that.." I said half-screaming. "I don't want to be handcuffed!"

Basic crazy!

"Must do. You're my wife, you must obey me and not argue." He grinned wide, then took the brown body paint setoples. "The perfect combination, dear. Just imagine it."

Aaaaah. My brain was traveling: thinking about what he was going to do to me when he handcuffed my hand and rubbed the chocolate paint onto my body.

Eummmmm... Good times, huh? Definitely ticklish. Ahaha!

"I'm crazy, huh?" ask Mas Ilham.

"Hu'um."

"I'm like this to you, Zahra. Just for you."

Aduuuuh....

So happy. Apart from being sweet and romantic Mas Ilham to me, in fact in Francisco I feel peaceful. Especially here, our neighbors in Mill Valley are not strict neighbors. Here we are free from slander and neighbor talk. Moreover, being neighbors with Ms. Fitria, I seemed to have an older sister. He never hesitated to advise me, he taught me to cook western food, and he taught me to take care of babies. I feel like I want to stay here longer. San Francisco makes me happy. It's the best vacation.
