An answer to a puzzle

At that time a helicopter landed in a small town in California, the city was named Julian.

Julian is an old California gold rush town located in the Cuyamaca Mountains, just hours from San Diego.

It was here that Marcos hid himself, away from the hustle and bustle of San Diego. He prefers the small town along with his family to enjoy his old age and hide from those who are after his life.

When a helicopter landed near his house, Marcos ran out, to see who stopped the helicopter?

For more than a year he hid there without being visited by anyone, before quitting the FBI he erased his real identity and replaced it with a fake one, all that he did to save his family from the killer who was after their lives.

Upon seeing three men disembark from the helicopter, Marcos immediately retrieved a weapon he had hidden behind the door. The weapon was deliberately kept there in case the killer who was after him came to finish off his family.

Luckily his wife and son were away so he didn't have to worry if the three people were killers, at least only he died by himself.

The three men began to walk towards his house, Marcos was ready with his firearm, as the three men got closer Marcos directly pointed his firearm at them.

"Who are you?" ask him quickly.

He looked at Billy closely, it felt like he had seen the man but nowhere.

"Are you Marcos?" Billy asked her.

"No, why are you looking for Marcos here?" marcos replied, pretending.

"You don't have to be afraid, we're not bad people. We just wanted to ask you something."

"I told you I'm not Marcos and you're wrong!!" Marcos answered tightly while his weapon was still aimed at the three people standing before him.

"As for Mr. Marcos, I just want to know who killed Adam Walker's family" Jacob said.

"Who are y'all? Detective?" Marcos looked at them suspiciously, so long ago the death of his colleague this time there are those who are looking for him to find out who has killed his partner.

"Take it that way." Jacob replied quickly.

"I don't know! So get the hell out of here!" banish him.

"Mr Marcos, if you don't want to tell us there might be more victims, maybe Adam Walker's daughter will be the target of the killer who killed her family." Jacob was getting upset.

"What??" Marcos dropped the gun, Adam Walker's daughter is alive?

He really did not know because the night his partner was killed he immediately became the target of the killer who had killed his partner, he didn't even want to see the news of his partner's death because he couldn't bear to see his partner's death.

"So Adam's daughter is alive?" tanyakanya.

"Right, if you don't want him to be the next victim then tell me who killed Walker's family?"

Marcos kept his gun, so long he hid himself from the outside world it turns out the killer is still wandering and stupidly he shut himself up until he did not know that Adam Walker's daughter was still alive. If only he would have seen the news of the tragedy of his colleague's death perhaps he would have known if his partner's daughter was still alive. If he knew then he would bring his partner's daughter to hide in that place with his family.

"Tell me, who are you?" Marcos looked at Jacob sharply.

"I'm Jacob Smith!"

"Smith's? You're the son of Jhon Smith? The one Adam Walker dislikes the most?" guess Marcos.

"No, I don't know him." Jacob replied.

It turned out that Alice's father disliked her father so much, it was fitting that Adam Walker warned his daughter not to get involved with her family.

"Good, if you're his son then I'll hole your head in place of my deceased comrade."

"Thank God I'm not his son." Jacob answered so while saying in his heart:

"Sorry daddy."

Billy and Andrew held their laughter, fortunately Jacob's father did not come, if he did then they had been kicked by Marcos.

Jacob orders Andrew to stay at the door while Billy follows him inside.

They sat opposite Marcos and by the time Marcos was about to start his story his face was starting to look serious.

"Before Adam was killed that night." Marcos' eyes glared far to recall where he and his partner had captured a fugitive at a bar before the tragedy.

"That night we got the job of catching a fugitive in a bar, we not only caught him but we killed the fugitive."

"Everything's been safely under control since we did our job but one week later, I heard from one of my aides who survived if some people came to my house to kill me and my family."

"Lucky that night we weren't home so just one of our maids died that night not only was my family scared but I also heard that my colleague's family was tragically killed."

"So I ran away with my family, hid my true identity and hid myself in this mountain. All this I did to protect my family but I really don't know if Adam's daughter is alive."

Marcos sighed heavily, he could conclude that the person behind the fugitive they killed was the mastermind who had killed Adam's family and the one who was about to finish off his family.

"So do you know who killed Adam Walker's family?" Jacob looked at Marcos seriously.

"I don't know but I'm sure this has something to do with the fugitive Adam shot in the bar."

"So tell me who the fugitive is?"

Marcos looked at Jacob seriously, why are you so curious about this matter? Was this man not afraid that the killer would be after him as well?

Even so he will answer the statement from the man, perhaps thus the puzzle of the killer who targeted his life and who had killed his partner's family can be solved.

"George Marcelo" he replied.

When he heard that Jacob immediately stood up, it turned out that his assumption had been true, Lucas Marcelolah who had killed Alice's family and answered why Lucas approached Alice. His hunch is getting worse.

"Mr Marcos thank you for the information."

"Hey what do you mean?"

"I can't linger because I have a bad feeling."

"Hey can you tell me what that means?" Marcos was still astonished.

"Listen, Mr. Marcos, the one who killed Adam Walker's family and who was after your family was George Marcelo's closest friend so I'm gonna beat this guy up for making Alice suffer."

"And after this you will no longer have to hide yourself in this mountain."

"You!! Tell me who you really are?" Marcos looked at Jacob sharply.

"I'm the son of Jhon Smith."

"What?"

Jacob immediately steps away as well as Billy, they get out of the house and walk towards the waiting helicopter.

Marcos came out of his house, stood in front of the door to see the departure of the three people with a big question mark in his heart?

"Why would John Smith's son want to kill the man who killed Adam Walker's family?"

But even so he hopes Jacob Smith can successfully eliminate the killer.

During the walk back, Jacob contacted Alice, he was very relieved when he heard the voice of his lover. She hoped they could arrive quickly and she would not allow Alice to return to her home.
