After returning home, Alice immediately entered her kitchen and placed her groceries on the table.
Alice approached the sink, washed her hands and after she lit the stove fire to make porridge, she also had to make food for Mary because she was going to school soon.
Alice stirred the porridge in the pot pensively, at that moment there was a coughing sound from the room occupied by Jacob.
Alice immediately took out a glass of warm water and the medicine she had bought earlier, the girl immediately walked towards the room where Jacob was.
It's been a while since he left Jacob and maybe the guy's been thirsty.
"Jacob, are you okay?" Alice went in and Jacob was holding her throat.
"I'm fine honey."
As Alice approaches Jacob, giving the man warm water and medicine, Jacob sits on the side of the bed to retrieve the water and medication Alice is giving him.
When Jacob took the glass from Alice's left hand there was a bandage in the girl's hand.
"Hey what's with your hand?" Jacob caught Alice's hand and looked at her.
"It's okay to just get a knife." Alice was about to pull his hand but Jacob held it tightly.
"Don't trick me, baby, tell me what's wrong with your hand?"
"Why did I cheat you? It's been hit by a knife!"
"Alice, before you go your hands are still fine, quickly tell me who has dared to hurt you out there?"
Jacob looked at Alice seriously, there was no way the girl could be injured just like that if no one intentionally injured her.
"Jacob's just a knife wound so you don't have to worry."
Jacob immediately pulled Alice by the hand until the girl approached him and hugged him tightly.
"Not so dear, I promised you I wouldn't let you get hurt so tell me the truth about why your hand could get hurt."
Alice sighed, her hand stroking Jacob's head and rubbing his hair. She knew the man was worried about her but she didn't want to make Jacob worry about it just because of a scratch.
"You don't have to worry about Jacob, it's just a minor injury, just assume I'm unlucky and meet a jealous lioness out there."
Jacob let go of his embrace and looked into Alice's eyes deeply, why did he become suspicious of the girl's words?
"Tell me did you meet someone out there?"
"Jacob, I met a lot of people out there" replied Alice.
"Hey, that's not how I mean baby, did you meet?"
"Jacob's." Alice interrupted Jacob's question.
"Don't enlarge, it's just a minor wound. But I promise you next time I'll take care of myself and I'll make sure this doesn't happen again."
"Trust me." said Alice again.
Jacob took a heavy breath, why did Alice not want to tell him who he was meeting out there, but even so he was suspicious of someone.
"Alright, but next time you have to promise me that if anyone dares to bother you, you have to tell me right away."
Alice smiled and sat down beside Jacob.
"Of course Jacob and thank you for caring so much for me."
"Darling, didn't I swear in front of your family's meal? If I'm gonna take care of you and not let you get hurt."
"So from now on, you're my responsibility and I won't let anyone hurt you."
"Thank you."
Jacob began to stroke Alice's face and kiss her cheek.
"Alice."
"Hmmmm?"
"Have you considered my offer?"
Jacob chuckled and bit Alice's ear gently, Alice closed her eyes feeling amused in her ears.
"Being my wife."
"Hey why did your offer change again?" ask Alice annoyed.
Jacob lifted Alice's chin and brought their lips closer together.
"Because I want you to be my wife" she whispered.
Jacob was about to kiss Alice's lips but at that moment he coughed again, Alice immediately pushed Jacob's body away from him.
"Don't pass that stupid disease on to me again!"
"Damn, si**an disease!" Maki Jacob is upset.
"Because of this disease I can't kiss you so you have to be patient, baby." she said.
"Don't be too confident Jacob, who would you like to kiss?
"Oh baby, that's your mouth, look at it later if my pain is healed then be prepared, I'll kiss your lips all night until I'm satisfied."
"You, you crazy man!!"
"I'm crazy, baby, but I'm crazy because of you."
Jacob grabbed Alice's injured hand and smelled her wound.
"So tell me who did this?"
"Don't tell me if there's a knife that suddenly floats and injures your hand and don't tell me if it's scratched while you're chopping vegetables because I won't believe it."
Alice looked at Jacob seriously as well as Jacob, and they threw eyes at each other until Jacob threw a temptation at her.
"Is my face so handsome that you're so stunned like that?"
Alice looked away at her blushing face while a smile adorned Jacob's face.
"So, hurry up and tell me who hurt you?"
Alice took a breath for a moment, there was indeed no reason for her to hide this from Jacob even though she was unwilling to magnify the matter.

"Mom, I'm home." Marry's voice sounded out there.
When she heard Mary Alice's voice, she immediately remembered something.

Alice immediately ran out of the room, while Jacob became upset that Alice did not finish her speech.
Out there was the sound of Alice shouting when she saw the porridge she was cooking was burnt in the pot.
Alice scolded because Jacob had his porridge burnt and his work delayed.
She had to cook for Marry and the boy was home! Alice began to appear busy making the porridge back and of course she had to cook for Marry immediately.
While it was in the room, Jacob was thinking about something. She suspects Becca has started acting, though Alice does not mention who hurt her.
Jacob reaches for his phone to contact Andrew, and if Becca dares to hurt Alice, he won't forgive her.
"Andrew, send someone to follow Becca, report it to me when Becca makes a suspicious move and tries to get close to Alice" he ordered.
"Every master." after getting the order, Andrew immediately sent someone to follow Becca.
