Rey is shocked by the hard slap on her cheek which though does not hurt but Rey does not believe in what her only loved one is doing. His oma slapped him with all her might even though it did not hurt because of the old body condition. Even the old woman stood up from her seat in order to slap her who she knew had trouble standing from her old age and therefore she chose to wear a wheelchair.
"Oma?" Rey whispered in surprise while holding her cheek.
"So this is your attitude? Oma never gave you this kind of upbringing. Even though we live abroad, Oma still upholds the values of the Eastern customs. And now what are you doing here. It's been more than a week since you escaped your responsibilities?" Oma exclaimed though not loudly but sounded cold and sharp in Rey's ears.
"I don't understand what Oma means?" Rey replied still pretending not to understand what Omanya was talking about.
"Oh... You don't understand or pretend you don't?" Rey was silent lowered her head did not dare to look at the face of Omanya who did look resolute long ago despite her age. Inevitably if Omanya used to be in his youth to be a respected leader by his subordinates even afraid. Her genes declined well in her only grandchild and favorite granddaughter.
"I'm busy, Oma, I'm going to work first." Rey chose to avoid.
"Don't regret it if he belongs to someone else!" Omanya's verdict makes Rey's chest tight and pounding unruffled but she tries to think clearly.
"If it makes her happy, I'm happy too." Rey continues in her footsteps but Omana's last words make her body freeze.
"Although your son will call another man father?" Rey approached her again.
"What does Oma mean?"
"Don't you care anymore? Even what he's doing you can't figure it out?" Ask Oma with all insinuation.
"Tell me what does Oma mean?" Rey almost cried out in anger if she didn't remember this omana was the only one who made her stay this far.
"Why don't you just go home?" Get rid of Oma directly.
"Vina, let's go back to the room!" Oma's word to the nurse who took care of her after she felt there was nothing she needed to say anymore.
"Geez!" Call Rey in a pleading tone.
But Omanya just quietly did not answer anything that was immediately pushed into his private room which was not far from the place was talking to Rey who had been in Beland* this week*.
"Aldi, tell me! What does Oma mean?" Rey asks after she makes a call to Aldi, her personal assistant in the homeland.
"...."
"What do you mean?" Angry Rey.
"...."
"Find the information now!"
Rey closed her phone call one-sidedly. He did not want this to happen but he was afraid that this would happen. Who is the man who approached him. What is her ex-lover? Benak Rey wondered anxiously. He returned to make the call and the call was immediately answered.
"Yes young master?"
"Prepare a plane ticket to the homeland, now!" Rey urged firmly and coldly.
"Good." The call was already decided when Bernard answered him.
Within ten minutes, Rey had her ticket. He was being escorted to the airport after asking Bernard to book a plane ticket. Rey was silent on the bench sitting in a car that was traveling at medium speed. Although from the outside it looks still not moving but the feeling of restless and not rusty-renewal. Rey regretted something.
Rey was a little relieved to hear the tone of the incoming message on her phone. She smiled faintly as she looked at the photo of Karina seriously working at the desk near her other secretary's desk.
There is no meaningful change in Karina but if you pay attention to it longer, the look of Karina's face like something different. His face looked cold, unlike usual his face looked cheerful and shining. His face now looks dim and wistful but still dominant cold and serious.
Didn't Oma say she was pregnant?
But, he was also close to a man?
Wh who?
Rey fell silent at the thought of her Omanya words which made her uneasy.
The photo sent back left Rey shocked half to death as Karina was held to her waist by someone. Rey was sure he was a man, visible from his clothes and a tall and burly body though no taller than him. It seemed gesture that the man was so careful and gentle that he treated Karina.
Karina also seemed comfortable with the man's treatment even though she refused afterwards. Rey tried to think positively. It was probably because they were in a public place and Karina was indeed uncomfortable to hold like that.
And the next photo of the man kneeling in front of Karina somehow did what made both his hands clenched tightly in anger. Previously he could not get angry when he saw Karina with another man but now somehow he felt hot not burning jealous.
"How dare he hold my woman!" Guman Rey with clenched hands and churning teeth held back her anger that was ready to vent.
"Hurry now!" Rey kicked an innocent car seat.
"Bright sir." The driver immediately tancap gas increase speed because it does not want to get the outburst of anger of the boss.
