Karina was surprised when she saw an arm coiled around her waist. I felt the warmth on his back. And foolishly he felt comfort there. His body was pulled back slowly in the hallway between the stairs and the kitchen in a closed place. There may not even be anyone who realizes their existence is possible.

Her lips were smothered with the big hands of someone who felt familiar to Karina. Almost he shouted loudly if the hand that was holding also immediately expanded and pulled him to the hidden place.

"Sst." Bryan's index fingers covered his lips giving warning for Karina to be quiet. Karina's eyes glared in surprise at who the perpetrator who grabbed her waist earlier suddenly. Karina nodded her head understanding the meaning of Bryan's code.

"Bri!" Karina exclaimed in a low tone.

"Why? What's all this mean?" Bryan asked growling and feeling angry but his longing and love dominated.

"What do you mean?" Said Karina nervously throwing her gaze in the other direction.

"Gear me Karin! Tell me this isn't true?" Bryan asked emotionally but tried to hold on. He pulled Karina's chin to face her.

"Sorry." Bryan just chuckled bitterly at the mere utterance that came out of his lips.

"Say that it's a lie! Please!" Pinta Bryan stared at Karina intensely, the disappointment clearly drawn on her face making Karina feel guilty.

"Sorry." Karina said as she closed her eyes because she could not see the disappointed and desperate face of the man she still loved so much but she had to forget it.

"Why Karin? Wh why? Just moment? Can't you wait for me for a second?" Bryan's words sounded desperate staring at Karina grudgingly.

"sorry. I'm sorry." Karina's whisper was even unconsciously her tears dripped making Bryan speechless to see the tears flowing.

"Leave him, hmm! We eloped!" Bryan said he felt forced into their marriage.

"I can't Bry, sorry... We're married." Karina said increasingly feeling guilty because she could not bear to see the sadness on the man's face in front of her.

"You don't love him, do you? You were forced, right? Leave her! Let's go both!" Bring Bryan with hope.

"Sorry Bry, we're not a match."

"Stupid? five years Karin, we're together. I take care of you, I can't break you, I'm waiting for the time to come. Is it that easy to marry someone else?" Bryan was getting frustrated.

"Sorry Bry, please let me go! You can find another woman."

"Fuck another woman, I know you still love me. You don't love her." Bryan almost screamed but Karina's headband made him heartless.

"I'm already Bry's, sorry. Forget about our relationship!" Bryan stared silently at Karina in despair.

"Take me off Bry! My husband is waiting for me." Lirih Karina still did not dare to look at Bryan's desperate face. Slowly, Bryan's hand held back feeling he had no hope anymore. Karina took advantage of it and immediately left the place leaving Bryan in a daze.

"Sorry, I'm old." Karina said as soon as she arrived at the family room sofa, the atmosphere around it was like it was not okay. Karina was about to sit on the sofa where she was, but Rey immediately grabbed her fingers to leave.

"Because it's night, we're saying goodbye." Rey's words immediately pulled Karina out of her papa mansion without waiting for Karina to say goodbye.

Rey opened the car door for Karina on the passenger seat, but she left alone without a driver. Rey drove her car at a moderate speed, she just kept quiet and said nothing during the trip. Likewise Karina chose to be silent not to disturb her husband's composure.

An hour later, Rey parked her car in the basement of her apartment building. Rey immediately went down followed Karina without waiting for Rey's door to open. Karina steps up to Rey who walks towards the elevator without much talking between the two.

"You must be hungry? You didn't eat well." Rey's voice broke the silence inside the elevator.

"It's okay."

"Sorry, you have to hear papa's family drama." Rey's words made Karina turn to look at Rey's face that looks sad and disappointed.

"We haven't gotten along since papa brought the woman into the mansion. Because it turns out he was Papa's first love. And I've only known about it lately." Rey laughed bitterly at the elevator wall.

"I didn't even dare to find out more about their relationship in the past because I was scared. Afraid that papa betrayed mama." Rey lowered her head and exhaled a rough breath. Karina just silently watched Rey's flat, cold face look disappointed and frustrated now.

"My mom died when I was seven, their marriage was arranged. But mom loves papa so much, somehow papa feels. As long as we were with you, I looked to love my mom. But one year after my mother died it was easy to replace my mother even though for the reason that I still need the attention and affection of a mother. Bullshit." Umpat Rey at the end he said. Karina was still listening to not let her husband have a chance to spill all his heart.

"After such a long time of not meeting so easily he wanted me to visit him and at first I refused but when I think back. I don't know why I want to brag about myself, that without it I can. And I also know how angry she is and I want to provoke her anger." Rey did not continue because the elevator door was open.

Rey came out and Karina behind her still quietly did not answer. The door opened and they entered the apartment. Karina stepped into the room.

"Sorry, I used you. But about our marriage, I'm serious. I just want to happen once in my life. So..." Karina paused her steps for a moment and turned to look at Rey who was looking at her expectantly. Just this time seeing the look on Rey's face that looks hopeful especially to her makes Karina not have the heart to not feel pity.

"So, will you try to be together in our marriage?" Pinta Rey is hopeful.
