26. Contrition

"At this point, I just realized. The man I consider a best friend, turns out to be the most dangerous enemy that should actually be avoided."

Ronna clenched her hands, after hearing the explanation from her two best friends. Milka and Bella were still down, feeling guilty for what they had done. In order not to be expelled from school, they were willing to scapegoat Ronna for all the bullying that happened to Shabira.

"Sorry, Ron. Everything is not as you think, we just .. just follow what Mommy said. We don't want to get out of school" said Bella Lirih.

Loud slap landed on Bella's cheek, Ronna grew furious after hearing the base. "LO THINK I WANT TO BE CHEATED OUT OF SCHOOL, HUH?!" snapped it.

"RONNA, YOU'RE CRAZY!" Milka grabbed Bella's hand which was still bowed holding her cheek. He didn't like to see his two best friends fighting each other like this.

"Crazy? Yes, I am crazy. I'm crazy because I could be acting like you two, damn it!" ronna snapped with a high voice.

"RONNA, YOU'RE REALLY OUTRAGEOUS! I'VE GOT NIESEL'S SELFISH BEST FRIEND KAYAK LO! FROM NOW ON NEVER DEKETIN US AGAIN!" Bella snapped loudly, then pulled Milka to get away from the back area of the school.

"AARRGGGHHH FUCKING LO ALL, AARRGGGHHH!"

Seeing her two best friends leave, Ronna screamed hysterically while pulling her hair. Anger, disappointment and regret were now mixed into one in his mind. Had he not done all that, he probably wouldn't have experienced it now.

Now I have to what? I'm the only one out of school, while you're not! Though it's not entirely my fault, all because ... Renita's.

Ronna stared intently ahead, her hands clenched tightly until the tip of her fingernails turned slightly white. Now that she has realized, Renita is the first person who always tells Shabira's ugliness in front of her. Ronna realizes everything Renita says about Shabira always makes her angry.

Whether true or not, Ronna feels Renita is deliberately pitting herself against Shabira now. Instead of what, Renita always told him bad things about Shabira in front of him. Although Ronna actually never saw it in person. But as a friend, of course Ronna really believes what Renita said first.

Ronna walks quickly to find Renita. Questions popped up in his mind, he wanted to make sure everything, hoping his conjecture wasn't true. With that, he would not be too sorry for having trusted Renita long ago.

"Renita, wait!" Seeing Renita walking in front of the class, Ronna immediately chased after her and pulled her to a quieter place.

"Aw aw hurts, you fuck!" Renita slaps Ronna's hand which grips her arm.

"My answer, you intentionally make me misunderstand Shabira?" ronna asked straight to the point.

Renita frowned, not understanding. "What do you mean? I don't understand!"

"No need to pretend anymore, so far I already know enough about all your rotten wits. It cannot be denied, you must deliberately make me misunderstand about Shabira. You deliberately make Shabira look bad in front of everyone, including me? Not everything you tell is true!" Ronna asked as she looked in full view, her hand clutching Renita's arm.

As Renita fell silent, what Ronna said was true. During this time the girl deliberately makes Ronna slowly hate Shabira, hoping that it will make Shabira leave school or even from home. Now that there was nothing more to hide, Renita brusquely brushed Ronna off.

"I used to think only you could get Shabira out of school, I even thought you would make Shabira depressed until suicide. But it turns out, you are more bego than Shabira. You can even easily get out of school right now!" Renita chuckled as she shook her head, then patted Ronna on the shoulder.

"Do you know the reason now? I just want to say goodbye to you. I unplug first, there's still class after this." Renita smiled wickedly, then covered her mouth with a hand. "I forgot, you're out of school!"

Renita steps her legs away after saying the thing that made Ronna go up in blood.

"AARRGGGHHH FUCKING!" ronna shouted while kicking the trash can. His breathing was hunting, his hands clenched while staring at Renita's back. "Don't call me Ronna, if I can't make you all sorry!"

"Gue denger-denger Ronna not be out of school," said one of the students clearly heard in Ronna's ear.

"Yes, I saw Shabira Abis from the teacher's room. I think he's there to help Ronna, not to get kicked out of school." The hateful glances of all the students were on Ronna, in fact they would rather if Ronna kept getting kicked out of school.

"Ish if I was Shabira mending me just so she kicked out of school. Bego really Shabira, lucky Ronna met a good person like Shabira," said the others.

Hearing the words of the students there, Ronna again stepped foot quickly towards Shabira's class. However, he had to confirm the truth, everything the students had said. Ronna feels it's a big insult if Shabira really helps her not to get kicked out of school.

"SHINAIRA!"

Ronna had not yet reached Shabira's class, the girl had already met next to the field. Shabira and Austin are carrying books in their hands. However, Austin leaves immediately before Ronna gets to where Shabira is.

"Is everything they say true?" ask Ronna directly.

"What?" shabira asked not to understand.

"Is it really because of you, I didn't get kicked out of school?" ronna asked again.

"Oh that," said Shabira nodded confirming.

"What do you mean, huh? Do you want to prove how bad my life is now? Until I have to ask for your mercy to save me from the pit of hell?" ronna asked after snapping. "Lo wants to show off, how good are you in front of everyone?"

"Why do you want to do that, huh? I'm just as bad as you, if you forget!" ronna snapped again.

"Who said I was good? I just want to give you a second chance, after what you have done for you. So don't waste this opportunity, you can still be a better person after this!" shabira.

Previously, Shabira had heard a conversation between Ronna and Renita. The honesty that Renita said managed to resuscitate Shabira to anticipate. With Ronna now hating Renita, it will be harder for her to do anything to Shabira.
