L A 31 - Which Woman Should He Believe?

“Princess Lotte..” Lyon looked at Charlotte with a million guilty feelings.

“I'll tell you the truth..” Lyon tells Charlotte he is caught up in Jadon's plans.

Indeed Jadon is a figure he admires as well as Charlotte, but it turns out Jadon has ambitions to eliminate the Shard family and all noble families. Then Jadon wanted to take control of the throne of the Floral Kingdom by resurrecting the Black Dragon for overhearing Minister Chano's talk with the Flamingo officials.

“It all started there and that night changed everything. My brother gave stimulants to the drink served to Kak Clara and I who did not know to drink the drink.” Lyon explained that he did not drink until it ran out and Clara continued it.

Until that night both of them were late in a long night. Lyon and Clara regret it but both decide to have a relationship as lovers after they wade through the night.

Knowing Jadon's plan, the two decide to kill Jadon and stop the plot of the rebellion in Rocheforst City. Both of them did not want to involve Charlotte because the path they took made them have to kill many people.

Charlotte did the same. Charlotte had dirtyed her hands and now she could no longer possibly return to her former Charlotte.

“I understand, Lyon, Clara. Nothing needs to continue. In the end everyone betrayed each other and killed those closest to him for the sake of a throne. This is the cause of this country being destroyed.” Charlotte clenched her hands and released an enormous magic aura.

The cold gusts and flakes of ice began to freeze the air. Charlotte stared at the sea of fire-burning ruins stretching wide. Now the Floral Capital is gone and leaves only a pungent fishy smell with a million cuts.

“I'll take on this role!” Charlotte said as she looked towards Leo.

“Are you satisfied Leo?”

Leo looked back at Charlotte. He did not answer and threw away his face as if he did not show the slightest care.

“Alright, this incident will fully become a deep wound for all of us. I myself never expected the magic scrolls that curb the calamity to be in this country.” Saturn spoke up while arranging En on Leo's shoulders.

“This situation will be more complicated if many people know this news,” said Saturn.

“So what will we do Saturn?” Venus whispers to Saturn.

“We will be back. Before that we will bury all our comrades and enemies we face. Besides we still have one problem to deal with.” Saturn looked at the sky and closed its eyes as the sky above was black and blood red.

Cleansing bodies and burial took a long time. Leo chose to be alone after giving a proper funeral for everything. The cold of the night and the dark sky make Leo enjoy the gusts of wind that hit him.

“Mr Avalon, it seems like the person whom the blonde-haired woman was worried about could feel her magic aura. Maybe in an hour he'll be here.” En telling.

“The range of your magic aura is very far, En. How many people are there?” ask Leo.

“They have three.” En gives an answer before explaining to Leo if the abilities of the three people are equivalent to Leo's counterpart in the Galaxy.

Hearing that Leo closed his eyes. He could not wait to see how powerful the person John Flamingo had sent to the Floral Kingdom.

“It looks like John Flamingo isn't among those three.” Leo got up from the rubble of the building while patting his trousers.

“Are you also going to kill me if I look for trouble with you?”

Leo immediately turned his head back as Charlotte came and immediately stood beside him.

“What's Charlotte?” Leo asked.

“Leo... Are you going?” Charlotte lowered her head and did not dare to look at Leo.

“Ya, I'll go.” Leo gave a clear answer and made Charlotte hug Leo's body.

“Please accompany me Leo. I don't want to lose anyone again.” Charlotte hugged Leo tighter and made the teenager frown.

“Charlotte release.” Leo rebuked Charlotte and made the girl let go of her embrace.

“Do you not care about me?” Charlotte looked Leo straight in the eye and asked for an answer.

Leo had hoped in life before if he could find the person he was the reason for living. But betrayal completely destroyed him. Growing up without parental affection and having to endure everything including depression, Leo never trusted any woman after being betrayed.

But in this life Leo hopes Charlotte is the person he's been looking for all along.

“Charlotte, do you want to hear the story,” said Leo switched the conversation.

“News? What do you want to tell me Leo.” Charlotte is curious about Leo's change in attitude.

Leo in Charlotte's eyes now had a very different side. Usually Leo is very unapproachable and cold, but now the teenager looks very lonely and so fragile.

“I've known a man. She grew up without ever feeling the affection of a mother. He does not believe in anyone but one day he meets a special human. He met the woman he loved. He loved the woman sincerely, without drama or lies. But the woman hurt her feelings. Since then the man has not believed in anyone.” Leo starts telling Charlotte about his hatred for betrayal.

“Leo... Have you ever experienced this?” Charlotte instead asked Leo because the young man's expression when telling stories looked so miserable.

Leo's eyes widened and said, “You think I've felt it?”

“That's probably just my feeling. But when you told me about it just now you looked so honest and suffered.“ Charlotte's answer made Leo's eyes water.

Leo does not show his weakness to anyone. He threw away his face and did not look at Charlotte.

“Charlotte, you will definitely become a great Queen.” After saying that Leo stroked Charlotte's head.

“I will solve the upcoming bully.” Leo told Charlotte about the three people who were moving in here.

Charlotte's face was red because Leo stroked her hair. Without saying anything Charlotte noticed Leo walking away and flying into space using the wings of the Phoenix.
