”I'm enough to fight them, Cochlea.” Licha flowed both of her swords with a magic aura before unleashing a surprise attack.
Two crossed slashes revealed flames and lightning that filled the air. Hera and Soren both managed to dodge but it was used by Licha to attack Soren.
”You look strong, fucking grandpa!” Licha grinned widely and released a follow-up slash.
Soren welcomed Licha's sword slash and made a streak of attacks with his punch. Licha easily held him back and counterattacked Soren.
”Licha, stop your stupid actions. We don't have time. We have to go.” soon Hisui came and created a teleportation portal.
”The three of you used me as a vehicle to escape. I'll give you guys a lesson later.” Hisui looked annoyed that Licha and Cochlea were preoccupied with fighting.
”Cih, no fun!” Cochlea was visibly unsettled before injuring himself and manipulating his blood into balls of blood that floated through the air.
”Hurry up, I'll destroy this place.” Cochlea tells Licha to go with Hisui and V.
”I also want to give you good-bye!” Licha let out a slash filled with magic aura and shot towards Soren.
”They intend to escape, Hera!” Soren gave off an enormous magic aura and was about to reach out to Leo who V had brought.
But late after fending off Licha's attack, Cochlea's blood balls explode and cause a great and terrible destruction.
Be it Hera or Soren, both lost track of Cochlea, V, Hisui and Licha. Their existence seemed to vanish when they managed to escape using Hisui's teleportation portal.
”Leo..” Hera clenched her hand and did not expect that there would be an attack by Tartarus on the Magic Academy of Carta.
”Hera, this problem I will overcome. You take care of the planned meeting. We can't let everything fail like ten years ago.” Soren understood Hera's feelings and reminded her of the importance of a meeting between royal leaders that would be held in a few days.
”No, you don't have to do that Soren. They have terrible power. V or Cochlea even Hisui and his friends also developed so far. They're really dangerous and I think Leo made contact with V...”
Hera looked at Soren and explained her premonition as she briefly sensed Leo's aura and monstrous aura before Leo finally caught V.
”You mean the boy realized how dangerous Tartaros was and sacrificed himself for our safety?” Soren laughed when he heard it. He laughed not because he underestimated Leo but was amazed by the actions that Leo took.
”We will send search team asap!” Hera added.
Meanwhile, on a barren land, Hisui was exhausted from using his magical aura to teleport to help attack V and Cochlea.
The land called Luvierte was around the border of the Floral Kingdom and the Soul Kingdom. Hisui managed to take them so far and it was a huge drain on his strength.
”So who is this boy?” asked Hisui while watching the unconscious Leo.
V explains to Hisui and Licha who do not yet know Leo's identity. Sure hearing Leo's true identity makes Hisui distrustful, Hisui holds Leo's cheek and looks at him elaborately.
”So he is Leo Avalon son of Sister Emi..” Hisui laughed softly before staring at V sharply.
”You want me to kill my niece, Virginie Sylv?!”
”Hey, no need to be that angry Hisui.” V sighed as he did not expect Hisui to be like this.
”It's no surprise he has Shinigami eyes and Avalon blood, but are you serious about your last words... Black Dragon..”
”Do you think I'd say something kidding? I saw it myself.”
As V and Hisui chat, Leo awakens and finds himself in a cave surrounded by four adult women.
”Where... Me?”
Leo blinked his eyes several times before realizing he was caught by V and Cochlea. But there were two other women staring at him.
”You're awake, Leo Avalon. Now you will be a prisoner of Tartarus. We will sacrifice yourself to realize our goal.” V holds Leo's head and strokes his hair.
”Death and don't argue,” said V continued.
Leo who still had not digested V's intent simply fell silent without being able to answer.
