DADDY'S VERY SICK

"I go to Jack's house first, you want to drop something.", I kiss Hannah's forehead.

"None, I just want to bring my mother's white mushroom chips, if not a hassle" he asked

"I'll try to ask Liyana.", it's hard to part with Hannah.

"Where is Dad going?, asked Edward

"Can we come?, Rossy pinta

There are two more humans, which makes me lazy to travel

"You keep your mother here, Edward", my son nodded

"Rooossy..don't be too tired yeah, you should be able to grow your light wings again, ok", Rossy pouted.

"Dad, you know, I can fly without wings quite innermost. Said Spain, my inner being is so great", I can't return his words, just a hug

Then Rossy whispered to me, but Hannah and Edward seemed to be able to hear it, "Say you Spain, I can be a Great General when I grow up"

Rossy's smile, can't be ignored. I stroked those porcelain-like cheeks

Before closing the door, Liyana looked towards the front gazebo of her house which was full of my guard troops.

"You..Andy, you know it's very difficult to find food supplies to entertain that many guests?!!", my mother-in-law's face was upset

"Don't bother Liyana, just give me what you have, don't overdo it, they'll eat it, they're on duty!!"

"Oouw, ok, anything!"

Liyana rushed towards the back of her house, she must have been very busy

In the middle of the house, I saw Millard and Jack having a serious conversation

They stood when they saw me. Millard immediately bowed, "His Majesty the King, welcome. Sorry I couldn't welcome you properly. I don't bring formal clothes". Millard still maintained his royal manners

"Just calm down Millard, this is Jack's house"

Jack came straight up to me and hugged me tightly, "How are you son?"

"I'm good Jack", I'm sitting on a long couch

There were two long sofas in the living room of Jack's house, on the other, asleep to my father. Which seems not to be disturbed by my arrival.

"Dad....sleep...?, I whispered.

"Don't whisper Andy, your father hasn't slept at this hour, he just can't open his eyes"

"We deliberately raised our voices so that he could hear and talk together"

"But I don't hear it".", usually my father's telepathy I can hear it.

"Later Liyana will make you hear it, maybe she is busy right now", Jack turned to his window

Liyana seemed to be preparing a concoction of something

"What is this?", I asked Liyana

A clear crystal ball was one centimeter in diameter, like a crystal

"It's pure water, purifying your hearing, widening the catch of sound vibrations you can hear" Liyana stuffed the crystal into my ear

At first it was buzzing but then, slowly all the sounds became very clear

"Use your inner Andy, to focus your voice, look at your father, concentrate and focus"

I heard it, I heard you talking....

Jack and Millard smiled at me, I clasped my father's hand

"Dad, the problem's over, they're running away!"

"Swash?!", asked father slowly

"Yes dad ran away!", I laughed and cried. I miss talking to my father about the condition of the kingdom, although we often disagree but I am still his son

"Andy.., you know, that conflict strengthens the alliance...."

I had to hear back my father's opinion of the conflict, which always made us quarrel

"No country is entirely peaceful, you rule humans, not robots"

"Conflict is necessary", my father still remained with his stance.

"Dad...have it!", I don't like to talk about this at all.

"You have to know the truth Andy.", what you're trying to tell me.

"Sammy's army never existed, Sammy's been dead for a long time by me, his family's all surrendered", I can't believe what I'm hearing

"What did you mean.....?" I looked up at Jack and Millard

They fell silent and nodded, "Is that really dad, the Sammy family never existed?", I really don't understand

"Then all this time, who are we up against, in the woods, all those attacks?", I haven't answered

"Dad.", I shed another tear. Many of my men and friends died because of the Sammy family's resistance

"Dad.", he won't answer.

Jack made me sit on the little couch, took my grip off my dad's hand

"Come, son, maybe your father's really asleep" Jack calmed me down

"Let's sit there in the back of my house, enjoying Liyana's beautiful flower garden"

Millard and I went to follow Jack

In the back of the house, full of plants and gardens, it's been night but it's quite bright here

There were many seats made from the base of an old tree, very beautiful

Jack prepared a dry leaf concoction and lit a small furnace, on which there was already a teapot from the ground. He was preparing drinks for us

"You hungry Andy?", Jack suddenly asked breaking the silence

"Yes Jack, I'm hungry, do you have food?", I ask without hesitation

Jack moved towards the food cooler box at the other end

"Here, a boiled deer that has been seasoned and ready to roast!", Jack smiled at me

Millard immediately stood up and prepared the grill. He seemed to have already memorized this place

"The spice that Madam had concocted for the stew was incredible, Your Majesty the King should give it a try", Millard who had been silent since then now began to speak

"It's been cut thin and small ready to eat", Jack brought a frozen piece of venison and put it on the grill

"Later if anyone is ready to eat, just take His Majesty, that's how he eats!"

"Ooh yes", I sat down and turned back the meat

"it's ripe, isn't it?", I took it

"Huf huf huf, should be blown like this instead, and hmmmm this is delicious, better than Hannah's"

Jack took the plate, then took the cooked meat and gave me a plate of grilled meat ready to eat

Millard looks comfortable here, he's picking up plates for Jack and himself

One plate full of venison ludes by me. I was amazed at how quickly I ate.

Jack and Millard laughed to see me eat, "You want more?", asked Jack

I still want this roast, but I'm really curious about Sammy's family and what he meant

"So Jack, who would I fight if it wasn't Sammy's?"

Jack was silent, then started talking while eating the grilled meat slowly....

"Your own father's army...., well trained and great!"

"Millard...you know this?!", Millard nodded

"How's the buffer board, do they know too?'

"No, they don't know, only the four of us know, me, Millard, Spain and of course your father" Jack flatly replied

I wanted to explode, feelings of anger, annoyance, disappointment mixed in. "Do you know how many victims they have Jack?! You know how many?!!!"

Jack stopped eating, so did Millard they looked sadly at me

I shed tears, I was confused, it was too sudden.....

"I think dad was just physically ill, but this.he's really sick....."
