CHAPTER 60

Flint is focusing on the percentage of his co-workers from Dubai. When Roland approached her with a face looking so tense.

Roland whispered something in Flint's ear that instantly surged to his feet and ran away leaving the meeting room.

With a quick step Flint towards the elevator. The man's face looked cold with sharp eyes.

"How's my wife doing? Check all CCTV. I wonder who dares to harm my wife right now!", Flint's orders were firm and a voice rose up on Roland.

Arriving at the lobby, Flint ran. Outside, many people wanted to see what was really happening. Flint gave Roland an order to expel the disinterested people there. "My wife is not a spectacle!"

Kaylee had been moved into an ambulance, medics were giving first aid to her who was lying unconscious.

The panicked Flint immediately ran over to Kaylee. Instantly Flint hugged Kaylee who did not flinch at all.

"Darling what happened. Awake baby. Oh my God Kaylee...

"What are you waiting for immediately take my wife to the hospital now!", he snapped to the medics.

"Roland get the chopper ready! What are you waiting for", Flint's orders were so frantic and chaotic with reddened eyes.

Roland had never seen her like that during his work with Flint. His boss now looks so sad.

"Master all ready. The first handling of the master's wife has been completed, should the master's wife immediately be taken to the hospital now because of bleeding" said one of the medics.

"Do it immediately", replied Flint directly into the ambulance.

The sirens rang loudly through the streets of New York City. On Flint's orders, he requested that Kaylee be taken to the nearest hospital first in order to get immediate treatment from the doctor.

Flint looked at his wife. Dropped weak unconscious. His face was bruised, especially at the right temple. Similarly, Kaylee's body blisters and bleeds, especially in the thighs to the calves. Kaylee's condition is very sad.

Seeing his wife like that obviously made Flint very sad. Just a matter of minutes the happiness he felt while in his study vanished into mourning.

Flint loosened the tie and rubbed his face roughly. The next second her fingers tightly clasped Kaylee's hand. Flint stared lovingly at Kaylee. He gently rubbed his wife's face.

"Dear hold on, don't leave me" Flint said.

Kaylee didn't show any reaction, her eyes closed tightly.

"Sir, we're here" said the officer who was with him in the ambulance resuscitated Flint.

The back door is open. The officer quickly took out Kaylee's bed and moved Kaylee's body to the patient's ready-made push bed. Some nurses quickly pushed the bed into a special room.

During the inspection inside, Flint waited in the waiting room. He looks chaotic alone down there back and forth while massaging his forehead. "Why did they check my wife for so long"

"Flint what happened, how Kaylee was".

Thomas and Aaron have just arrived at the hospital after receiving news of the disaster that befell their best friend's wife. The two took turns hugging Flint, along with feeling Flint's current sadness.

The next minute, Roland arrived.

"The car's owner is Leah Gibson. I have confirmed with the official showroom where luxury car sales with the same series are only issued a few units. Make sure the car belongs to Miss Leah Gibson" Roland explained in detail.

Hearing Roland's explanation made Flint board the apoplexy. The man clenched his hand about to hit the wall in front of him but Aaron was able to prevent his friend.

"Flint control your emotions. I'll take care of that later. The most important thing is your wife" said Aaron leaning on Flint who had been controlled by anger.

"The woman has dared to disturb my calm. I won't let her–"

"Mr Flint Myron Gladwyn? The doctor wants to talk to you now" said one of the nurses. "Let's come with me".

Flint immediately followed the nurse's footsteps.

"How's my wife doing?"

The doctor who treated Kaylee fell silent. Flint knew something wasn't okay. The doctor looked deeply into his breath.

"Your wife's condition is critical".

Instantly Flint ruffled his waist while raising his face upwards.

"But there's something else I have to say. The condition of the master's wife is getting dropped, because she is pregnant. Due to the hard impact and the gestational age is still very young, the condition of the contents of the master wife is very weak".

"What's? my wife is pregnant?", said Flint immediately changed the gesture of his body.

"I'm sorry I have to deliver this news. In these circumstances you have to make a decision, sir".
