Chapters 20. Need Proof

Albert knows where Rhiana is from Kenneth's private driver. After exiting the mansion, Rhiana is escorted back by the driver. Albert believes he's still at the hotel because it's late. Albert could not wait too long to discuss the matter.

The hotel came. Then, Albert decided to ask where Rhiana's room was. Unfortunately, the reservation is not in the name of Rhiana, but Kenneth, her son.

"Can you give it to me if a guest is waiting?" ask Albert at the reception.

"Of course, Sir. Please wait a minute!"

Luckily the occupants of the room immediately raised the call. Rhiana felt that it wasn't Kenneth. Then, who? If it was Kenneth, the man would have gone straight to the room without asking any more questions. Instead of guessing, Rhiana immediately went down to see her guest. I hope it's not Kenneth's parents.

At the sight of his back, Rhiana already knew that it was Albert. Rhiana approached and greeted him.

"Mr Albert, what's wrong? I'm sorry, I ruined your son's birthday party" said Rhiana.

"No problem. Oh yeah, can we talk to you for a second?"

Albert has come to ask Rhiana to stay away from Kenneth. Especially besides that word? Rhiana nodded so Albert took her to the hotel bar. Not just for drinking, but talking.

"Order a drink first! We just talked," said Albert.

It took a few minutes until all the drinks were on his desk. Rhiana waited for Albert.

"Since when have you been in contact with my son?"

"So, Kenneth's looking for you?"

Rhiana nodded.

"Then, are you married? Or, are you still alone?"

This was the question that Rhiana had always feared. Albert would ask right down to the roots. Without reducing respect, Rhiana did not want to tell in detail her life. He was just saying what was going on right now.

"Sorry, Sir. I'm still alone. If you think I used Kenneth or whatever it was, I think you're wrong."

Apparently Rhiana misunderstood Albert. He just wanted to know his true status. Maybe Rhiana is still a girl. If that were true, Albert would support both.

"It's not like that I mean, Rhiana? Have you ever been married before? Or, you've never been married? That's what I mean."

After getting an explanation from Albert, Rhiana just understood. In fact, he felt rowdy also mentioning that he had never been married at all.

"Never married, sir. Wh why? You don't worry. I never took Kenneth's feelings too seriously. I just feel like he's messing around" explained Rhiana.

Albert was silent for a moment.

"I don't think so, Rhiana. I understand my son well. He must have considered from various aspects. When you came to the mansion, I was sure that the choice was never wrong. It's just—"

"Mrs Stella would never approve of this relationship, would she? I reminded Kenneth from the beginning. I have rejected it a few times. He won't give up. So, if it happened like this, I would not be surprised anymore" said Rhiana cut off Albert's speech.

"Rhiana, please don't give up on Kenneth. She needs you. Continue your relationship!" Albert's orders.

Rhiana surprised. Albert supported him. And what about Stella?

"Sorry, Mr. Albert. Although Kenneth wanted it, but I will only continue the relationship when his parents agree. I will not change my decision. We already have a deal. If one gets a rejection, then this relationship has ended. I'll be home soon too" said Rhiana.

"If there's nothing to talk about anymore, can I go back to the room?"

Rhiana sipped her drink first. Since the drink arrived, neither Rhiana nor Albert had touched it at all. Both of them chatted until they forgot everything.

"Sure, Rhiana."

"Before you go, I'd like to leave something for you. Get used to waiting for me in front of the reception?"

If you have to turn to the bar again, Rhiana takes a long time. While the night is getting late. He couldn't have let Albert be there until the early hours, could he?

When he found out Albert came home with a familiar box. Kenneth is convinced that his father has just met Rhiana.

"What did Papa do to her? Did Papa throw him out?"

If Kenneth breaks up with Stella, then not with her papa. Moreover, the box shows that Rhiana has just met him.

"No, Kenneth. Rhiana was just saying goodbye to papa to go home sooner. Tomorrow morning he's got to work."

Albert wouldn't say anything until he knew what was happening in the mansion. Seeing the gloomy face of her son can be ascertained if Stella still remains in her stance.

"Papa don't lie! Didn't you ask Papa to come to her and throw her out? Please, Pa! Don't you know I have to follow all your requests? Right now I just want Rhiana, not the others."

Albert smiling. It is very difficult to understand the love of different ages. It's not easy, but it needs maturing again for Kenneth. She looks like a spoiled child who lost her mother.

"Then prove you're worthy of Rhiana! Mama's business, let papa convince."
