Unpacking Evidence

Before the plane took off, Shan sent Dario a message.

"Mrs Celia will return to Suresh with the earliest flight."

Dario read the message. Macau and Suresh flights take about 10 hours. Not to mention transit and other. From Suresh City airport it takes an hour to get home.

Dario. He has to move fast. The chocolate map contained the evidence he took from his locked drawer. He recovered his phone to call Mr. Timos. He asked the man to come to the house at 7 a.m. He had to confess what he knew to Mrs Sanio.

Dario rushed to take a shower and went downstairs. He made sure Nyony Sanio was home and ready to talk. Dario asked the servant about the whereabouts of his mother. The waiter said Mrs Sanio was in the back garden, tending to her beloved expensive forest orchids.

"Hi, Ma. Good morning," he said hello. Dario sat on the garden chair. The map is in his hand.

"Morning, Honey. Tumben is neat. Going to the office at this hour?" ask Mrs Sanio.

"No really. Celia told Mama that she came back from Macau this morning?" ask Dario.

"Yet. He said it's 2 days away. He seems very happy. His friends are there a lot. It's also good that he went on his own vacation. She's lonely because you're too busy working" said Mrs Sanio.

Dario just laughed. Her mother lied to Celia. You culas girl.

"Ma, Dario wants to say something important," he said after his laughter subsided.

Lady Sanio looked at her only son in surprise. He put the spray and scissors on the table. He sat in an empty chair in front of Dario. He seemed ready to listen to it.

Dario put the chocolate map on the table. "Just open up, Ma. Look at it for yourself" Dario said.

Mrs Sanio opened the map. Eyebrows wrinkling. His eyes looked as though he was in disbelief. He looked at the sheet by sheet of paper. All the evidence Dario managed to gather was with Shan's help.

A photo of Celia making out on a plane with another man. Then the brief biodata of the other man in question, aka Ludwig Cello. The next paper was proof of transfer and large transactions from Celia's account to Ludwig Cello. Millions of dollars in total. Dario alone was also surprised when he first found out that nominal. Although he said great, but the number is still large.

Mrs Sanio closed the map. Face reddened. His hands seemed to be squeezing with fury.

"There is still a lot of evidence in the form of videos. It's on my phone. If necessary I send it to Ma..."

"Enough," said Madam Sanio cutting off Dario's words.

Dario looked at his mother with a confused look. Why didn't he listen to her?

"Maybe he cheated because of lack of attention from you. Try your vacation to Macau. He won't cheat" said Mrs Sanio.

Dario no longer understood why his mother was still defending Celia, even the evidence was already before his eyes. He feels stuffy. Why did his mother blame him?

"Mama listen to me. Celia never took me to Macau. He just said he was going to go celebrate his friend's birthday there. Obviously it was planned for itself. If I lack attention, what else should I do. I openly allowed him to come to the office at any time to see me. "This is Mr. Timos, Celia's personal driver. He was bribed with a lot of money to keep quiet about his affair with Ludwig Cello. Now he'll tell you the truth" Dario said.

Mr. Timos reported what he knew. Dario secretly recorded the conversation. Madam Sanio greeted him furiously. The affair has been going on for half a year now. Mr. Timos was then told to leave and go back to silence about this. He nodded in understanding. His account is already dollar-deep now.

"Where, Ma? Still want to defend your daughter-in-law? Dario was faithful and accepted. Dario tried to love her even though he didn't want this match. Now what? Dario was lied to raw. Dario wants to divorce him," he said firmly.

Madam Sanio looked at Dario with a shocked look. He knew Dario was angry. But divorce is another thing. The big name is at stake. He no longer knew what to say seeing Dario's fury so stirring up. It was unexpected that Celia was doing so crazy behind him.

"Dario, don't be rash. Listen Mama..."

"No. Dario's decision is unanimous. It's been enough of a lie to her for 7 years of this marriage. This marriage is not Dario. I'll take care of everything with a private lawyer. Celia will just sign and get out of this house. Or Dario who came out of this house," he said, and hurried away.

"Dario, wait," cried Mrs Sanio.

Dario didn't hear it anymore. It passed away. The map is still on the table. Mrs Sanio kept it.

Dario drove his car to Julie's apartment. Yes, only that woman calmed her heart. The woman who was carrying her flesh and blood, her twins.

Julie called Anna's doctor. He said he had nightmares. Anna's doctor advised her to treat herself. Don't think about anything bad before going to bed. Make the mind relaxed and happy.

Julie is currently watching a series about twins. His stomach that began to bulge a little he elus with his left hand. His right hand was unceasingly picking up the chocolate cake from the glass jar. Dario walked into the apartment with his face bent. The look on her face turned into a smile when she saw Julie laughing while her eyes could not be separated from the big TV screen.

Julie sees Dario coming. He still smiles. He patted the sofa next to him, coding for Dario to sit next to him. Dario hurriedly walked towards him. Julie's attitude was sweet this time.

Julie thrust the beautiful jar of glass at Dario. He offered me a chocolate cake. Dario took one with a smile. His heart that was once hot is now cold.

"Enak right? It's Athena's and the children's in the Foster House. He said this chocolate cake was specially made for goddesses who were pregnant in heaven. You kids, you know" Julie said with a laugh.

Dario smiled knot. He could not see Julie who was busy looking at the television screen.

Dario keeps his problems at home. About the divorce plan and his mother who even defended Celia he did not tell Julie. He did not want to ruin his happiness. It can't take much thought. Julie just has to focus on her pregnancy.

Julie is still laughing happily. Dario enjoyed the moment. Julie's like an oasis in a barren field. All her bad days seemed to be gone as soon as she saw Julie smile.

Julie leaned her head against the hand of the soft sofa. Julie was asleep for a long time. Dario smiled looking at his shady face. The glass jar he took out of his hand slowly. He put the table down and it closed.

Julie's position seems uncomfortable. Dario codes the waiter to open Julie's room door.

Dario slowly and carefully lifted Julie's body towards her room. He slept in his bed carefully and he was covered.

Dario wanted it to feel like he was not moving from his side. But he has to go to the office. A pile of work awaits. He tells Emily, the butler, to look after Julie and calls her if there's anything important.

Dario then went back down to the basement. Left right and back. He was always on guard, afraid that someone would follow him. It could have been Celia's man or her own mother. Julie's safety is number one for her.

Dario wasn't worried about his visit to this apartment. He always goes to the office. The car is in a special parking lot. He had another car on behalf of someone else that he used to the apartment. In the apartment there is also another car that Julie can use with a driver. He is extra careful of its existence so that it is not tracked. He also changed his license plate number. In a special place in the trunk there are several pairs of license plates. Replace them often when needed. He chose a car that is not too luxurious and common owned by many people. When cars roam the road, it will be difficult to trace. Dario is smart enough for this. Of course this disguise was aided by Shan.
