While that day the Great Mistress wanted to leave for Valex, Dario was busy calming himself down.
Anna's doctor said the baby's condition is starting to worry. Action must be taken immediately.
Dario is sitting pensively in the waiting room while Julie is being examined as to whether she is fit and ready to take action.
There are things you can't ask for destiny. Because they decide, not you. Birth, death, soul mate and fate.
Dario felt a turmoil rising in his chest. She wanted to shed her tears in Julie's arms. He wanted to strengthen each other and promised that he would always accompany him no matter what.
Julie made him into herself. His weakest and strongest side appeared without being able to cover up.
But now he must look strong in front of his woman. He cannot be sad, he cannot be afraid.
Doctor Anna opened the door of the action room and immediately looked at Dario with a predictable facial expression.
He beckoned his best friend and former lover to follow him.
Dario simply walked in the steps of Anna's doctor with an indeterminate mind.
He stopped at a coffee machine. Anna's doctor gave her a cup and they sat under a tree near the cafeteria.
The coffee that now feels like swallowing the thorns.
"How, Ann? Can the operation be done?" Dario asked without further ado. All the senses in his body were puffed up.
"Yes, two more hours when the sun comes up." Doctor Anna said as she looked at Dario deeply.
Drink that coffee. "I need caffeine. I have two hours to be ready."
Dario looked at Anna's doctor with a pleading and desperate gaze.
"Do your best, Ann. I will repay this debt with my life. Please, save my Julie," she said weakly.
Doctor Anna was silent. He saw his feet wrapped in those shoes.
"There's still a good chance, isn't there, Ann?" Dario looked hopeful.
"Yes. We have to be sure. Good things will take our side. A 20 percent chance is still Dario's. Do not underestimate the numbers. Nothing is impossible. Rest assured," he said as he patted Dario on the shoulder.
The man cried until his shoulders were shaken.
"So just 20 percent, Ann?" ask her with red eyes and a messed up face.
Doctor Anna was silent. "Twenty percent is still a number. Be optimistic. Meet him for a minute when your face is no longer messed up. I'll give you a chance."
Dario sat pecking between the fallen leaves. Her heart breaks while Anna's doctor leaves her.

Julie fell asleep looking at the wires and dripping fluid entering her body through a small needle in her arm.
Athena would cry like crazy if she knew it now. He decided not to tell her.
Even if this is his last chance to live and feel his breath for real, he doesn't want to see his best friend cry.
Dario opened his bedroom door and walked towards him with a smile. His face was a little wet as if he had just washed his face.
"Hey," he said with a smile.
Julie smiled too. Dario has fought for it so far.
He wanted this man not to worry about him anymore. The cold hand of Dario.
"Don't cry for me. I'll wake up again. Calm down" he said with a smile.
Dario was already with all his might holding back his tears and now the cry broke out in front of the woman. Julie easily said the odds were bad. Does he know? Or is he just guessing his own fate?
Julie clutched her hands and stroked her head which she rested on her hospital bed. Shaken shoulders.
There were two things that made him wail weakly like this. The first thing was the death of his father. The second thing is Julie's condition.
Let him be considered a weak man. He just wants to lose the fear of losing it.
