Dario was unceasingly watching Julie and her two babies from behind the glass of the special room. He's not allowed in.

Shan continued to stand by him. He kept asking Dario to eat and offering him a drink.

The phone calls about Grace's work and office were diverted to Shan. He decides whether Dario needs to go to the office or not. Dario asked him to do it. Because in times of great importance like this, he can think clearly.

Shan seemed busy observing the screen of his phone.

"There's an internal meeting at eleven in the afternoon, sir. You don't want to have to come. This is important and cannot be delayed any longer. Grace said you made this agenda a month ago" Shan said carefully.

Dario stared blankly but his ears heard and his brain seemed to think.

His forehead was covered with a twitch on his forehead.

"Shan, Julie forbade me to contact Athena. But I want to call him. Let him know what his friend is like. He deserves to know." Dario said slowly.

Shan just shut up. He'll do whatever Dario asks.

"Just be here Shan. I'm going to the office. But first I'll pick up Athena so she can come. Let me know as soon as there's something important" Dario said, then left.

Shan nodded and looked at the bowed back of his master with pity. All the years he had served Dario, he had never seen a man this weak.

Shan looked at Julie from behind the glass.

A weak body with dangling hoses and a monitor containing diagrams that kept going up and down recorded his vital condition.

She respected duku when she was Dario's secretary. A young woman who is agile and good at doing her job. He is also very polite and friendly.

Then somehow that unfortunate fate led her to this complicated marriage. He also had to sacrifice himself for the sake of the baby he contained which was none other than Dario's son.

Dario drove his car in a doldrums. He directed it to the House of Foster where Athena served. I don't know what the girl's reaction would be if she knew her best friend had been in a coma for days.

Dario closed his car door and walked towards the entrance gate. Athena was among the fanfare of children playing football.

Athena had apparently recognized her arrival first. He brought a tray of drinks for the children.

"Dario !" he shouted while waving his hand. He handed the tray to his friend and got off the mini-tribune.

Dario immediately sat down on a nearby chair as Athena dashed up to him.

"Hey, I was just about to call you. Julie's number can't be reached and I'm so busy here because there's a kids' tournament." Athena said quickly and sat down beside Dario.

Dario just shut up. Athena looks cheerful. I don't know where he's going to start all these stories.

"Hey, why are you quiet. Is there a problem?" asked Athena who asked again with a face that turned anxious.

Dario looked at him seriously.

"Julie's in a coma" Dario said to his point. He could not deliver the bad news more subtly.

Athena simply looked at him with teary eyes.

"Congratulations" answered Dario.

Athena cupped her face with both of her palms cold due to the weather outside. He cried silently with his shoulders shaken.

Athena shut the car door and rushed to the room Dario told her about.

Dario drove his car back to the office. He had to finish the meeting quickly and then return to the hospital.

Athena sees Shan and Doctor Anna talking.

Athena seemed to cry again while lamenting her best friend behind the glass.

"I think Dario's here. I allow one person to enter by sterilizing their body first to enter the room." Doctor Anna said as she looked at Athena and Shan alternately.

Shan nodded towards Athena. Yes, Athena deserves to come in.

"Take a word. Or whatever he might be happy to hear. Lure him to wake up. I give you fifteen minutes each time I visit. Athena, come with me to change your clothes" said Anna's doctor.

And for ten minutes Athena tried to smile even though Julie didn't see her. It was told at length how autumn was coming to an end and the snow was going to fall.

Athena said she wanted to hold princess Julie while looking at the snow from behind the window and turn on the warmers.

She said she would celebrate the birth of her baby and her return from the hospital with foster children.

But it turns out entertaining others when he is not okay is not easy.

The ten minutes ended with him sobbing and wailing asking Julie to wake up.

He still has five minutes but he doesn't know what to say.

As he wiped his tears, he saw Julie's hand twitching and the monitor screen containing irregular lines and complicated figures twitching as well as the numbers.

Athena's heart was beating fast. He pressed the emergency button that was notified by Anna's doctor.

Athena stood up from her seat. A few seconds later, a team of doctors and nurses ran into the room with tense faces.

Athena stepped aside and looked at Julie who was being treated by the doctor with an anxious face.

Julie, did he wake up from a coma? Is the condition getting worse?

Anthena shed another tear to vent her anxiety.
