Marlangens
CHAPTER 22

The morning weather here is cold, reminding me of my village which is also always cold every morning. I woke up earlier than Sella and Amel who were still wrapped around a thick blanket.

After the shower I went out to the kitchen. It turns out there is already Bi Imah who is busy cooking.

"Non is awake?" asked Bi Imah while busy sauteing spices that smell so fragrant.

"Udah Bi, Bi Imah has come from earlier?"

"So half a six, non. Want to come here from dawn is still afraid," said Bi Imah.

"Well scared why Bi?" manya curious.

"Fear of seeing horses"

"I mean a horse demon?"

"No, Non. It means the person who lives jaran panoleh. That person will turn into a horse" explained Bi Imah by continuing to cook.

"Oh pesugihan jaran panoleh," muttered .

"Non know?"

"A little bit, Bi. But after I pesugihan it is not looking for a tumbal," I told Bi Imah.

"I used to think so, Non. The pesugihan jaran panoleh only makes the person who did the agreement turn into a horse when going to perform the ritual pesugihan only until he died later, but lately many people died unnaturally here. The families of the people who died were unnatural before dying there was a ringing of horses around their homes," said Bi Imah with a horrified face.

"Where did Bi Imah know they died unnaturally?" manya curious.

"Their family heard the horse ringing, Non and the condition of their bodies were also the same. Feet and hands bent, mouth like grinning showing their teeth. There's no way it's just a coincidence because it's been on three people."

It is fitting that the villagers were frightened, from everything Bi Imah described it seems like the people who died unnaturally were indeed used as a sacrifice. I heard the horse ring myself last night.

After chatting at length with Bi Imah who had finished cooking I also helped him to prepare breakfast in the dining room.

About half an hour and a half Bi Imah went home to take care of her youngest child who was still sitting in elementary school.

"Non, I say a minute to take care of my son. I'll come back and do it all. Please say Den Aldi yes." Say Bi Imah before you go home.

We had breakfast together, it was great to have a friend like this. Things I never thought of before.

"May also the idea lo, what good make of clothes let in the photo look beautiful?" ask Sella.

"Oh yeah, I just brought a casual dress. Good isn't it?" Amel's Timpal

"You make whatever is beautiful, too" I said honestly.

Sella and Amel are indeed the type of girl who is beautiful and fashionable, Sella has white skin that blushes with a small nose that is sharp, her hair is also in the semir ombre that is hits lately. While Amel is also no less beautiful than Sella, Amel has a yellow skin that looks shiny. Her eyes are pretty with sexy lips like Kylie Jenner. No one named Amel kardashiannya campus.

Unlike me who has pale white skin, long black hair. Maybe I should just wear a long white dress to get into the club. Unfortunately, I can't laugh like them.

"Let's get a little stylish, Langen. You must look more beautiful than them" said Bayu who was directly photographed by Amel. Bayu just chuckled as usual.

"Don't, I'd rather see you as innocent as that. It looks cute" tiimpal Adit looked at me.

"Cieee." Of course this cheer was issued by Sella, Amel, Bayu and Aldi in unison which embarrassed me half to death.

"Better we continue to eat first" I said as I bowed my reddened face.

After breakfast, we went to the tea garden. The weather was still cold so I wore a jacket. I saw some villagers who were busy picking tea.

Sella and Amel are busy taking pictures with the help of Aldi and Bayu who serve as impromptu photographers. Me and Adit just noticed.

"Selfie yuk." Take Adit who immediately surprised me.

"I took a picture, Dit," I replied, who didn't like photos.

"Say a smile, once?" adit pinta.

I finally accepted Adit's request. We took a selfie together once. I felt like my face was weird on camera but I tried to smile .

"Good right?" ask Adit while showing me our picture.

Before I answered Adit's question, my attention was distracted by the arrival of a young man who was walking briskly towards a middle-aged woman who was busy picking tea.

"Ceu, Akang Tatang is dead. So tumbuh pesugihan jaran panoleh"
