Marlangens
CHAPTER 27

I was still sitting pensively in front of Mother's room being treated, there was no more painful Mother's screams. The doctor said, I was injected with a sedative.

"Your neck is bruised and there is a scratch, we better treat it first" said Adit worried.

I was still unmoved, the pain in my neck was nothing compared to the wound in my heart. The birth mother I met for the Eighteen-year-old wanted to kill me.

"Sorry, can you come to my room?" the doctor said after leaving the hospital room.

"What about my mom, Doc?" manya hysterical.

"We'd better screw up in my room" the doctor replied as he walked past me.

Aditpun and I followed him.

Arriving at the Doctor's room, without further ado I also demanded an answer to my question earlier.

"It's been a long time that Ms. Wulan has never been hysterical again like this. It's been almost Eighteen years. The last time Miss Wulan like that was when she was brought here for the first time by Mr. Ageng," said the doctor who was now sitting with an astonished face.

"My mother's previous condition was it okay?" ask again.

"It's perfectly fine even for me Bu Wulan has completely recovered from her soul disorder. But Mr. Ageng insisted on keeping Ms. Wulan here."

"But why does Miss Wulan look like she lost control like that, Doc?" asked Adit who had just been silent.

"That's what I wonder, why after all this time Ms. Wulan relapsed again" replied the Doctor.

After spending two hours in the mental hospital, Adit and I finally returned to Jakarta. Previously I saw the state of Mother who is now sleeping soundly because of the effects of tranquilizers.

"Mom, Langen's home. Langen will be here again soon" I muttered.

While I was thinking about Mom, suddenly the woman sitting on the bench next to me spoke.

"Asli semarang, Mba?" asked the woman but her gaze continued forward without looking at me.

"No, Mba," I answered briefly because I really did not want to talk.

"I think the original Mba here, I am also not the original here but forced to be here," he replied without me asking.

"If you have to why not just choose to move?" I'm just starting to get interested in this conversation.

"Because I'm looking for something, Mba," he replied, looking ahead.

"Search for what, Mba?

"Find my eyeballs, Ma'am," replied the woman as she turned her face towards me.

It turned out that he was not a human, his face was half crushed with skin full of blood and pus. His eyeballs are missing. He grinned at me and showed me black teeth that smelled bad.

I was shocked and immediately turned my face in the other direction.

We arrived in Jakarta at Eleven p.m., it felt tired to go back and forth between Jakarta-Semarang without rest. Even though I drove me to the house of Om Bagas, I saw the house of Om Bagas was dark indicating the occupants were asleep.

I also entered using the spare key that I brought and went straight to the room. Today my energy is completely exhausted, maybe I will explain to Om Bagas about the mother who is still alive tomorrow morning. Before falling asleep I did not sing my sleep-sending song.
