Chapters 10. I'm Falling in Love

Marisa was no longer home when Nadya and Reno arrived home, making Nadya able to breathe a sigh of relief. That way Marisa doesn't see him coming home with Reno.

It's nothing, just this morning Marisa gave a warning to him to always remember if his position is only as a midwife. And Nadya will not forget the words of Marisa who reminded her as Reno's wife just to give birth.

Reno walks ahead of Nadya while reaching for his wife's hand to follow her, only to make Nadya wake up from the thoughts that whirled in her eyes.

In front of Nadya's room door, Reno stopped her steps. "It's over, come in" Reno said giving orders for Nadya to enter her room and she continued her steps towards the family room.

Nadya was glued to her place standing while watching her husband enter the workspace. Nadya sometimes do not think out with Reno who often spent hours in the room. Why not in her private room like Marisa said, then where is Reno's private room that Marisa refers to? ten days Nadya stayed there she never saw Reno come out the door other than the study.

Entering his room, Nadya immediately cleans up.

"Mbak Dya should be able to make Reno fall in love with Ma'am."

Azam's words asking Nadya to make Reno fall in love with him come back to Nadya's mind.

"Should I do that?" nadya asked her who was reflected in the mirror in the bathroom. Moreover, Nadya does not know what to give Rosa a reason if the agreement is completed and she must divorce from Reno and leave the man without carrying the baby.

Nadya raised her right hand then her finger touched her lips, the soft touch of Reno's lips she could still feel. Now the shadow of Reno kissing her in the elevator is back playing in her memory. Reno restrains Nadya's head with her free hand, the man does not want Nadya to let go of their now-locked lips. Reno even deepens her kiss, a kiss that makes Nadya's heart beat faster than usual.

Nadya immediately flushed her body under the shower to forget the incident, she did not want to be too quick to conclude her current feelings for Reno and also Reno's feelings for her.

Finished cleaning himself, Nadya came out of the room to prepare dinner. She saw Reno was sitting in front of the television, her betel husband was already looking fresher and, "What thoughts is Nadya." said Nadya who was fascinated by Reno's good looks. Ignoring his thoughts, Nadya continued her activities to prepare dinner.

Nadya does not realize that Reno is in love with her. Behold, her husband kept watching what he was doing while preparing dinner for them.

As usual no one spoke, neither Reno nor Nadya until their dinner ended. Although actually Nadya wanted to talk about Rosa's request to Reno, but Nadya did not know where to start.

After dinner, Reno went to work. The routine that the husband of Marisa and Nadya did every day.

While helping Ijah clean the dining table, Nadya continues to cradle whether now or later she talks about Rosa's request. Nadya finally ventured to talk to Reno, today or tomorrow she was sure the answer Reno would not meet her grandmother. But at least he tried.

"Get in." said Reno as soon as he heard the door of his study knocked.

Reno looked at Nadya who entered from behind the door, she smiled faintly even Nadya could not see it.

"What's wrong?" ask Reno.

"I'm sorry to interrupt Mas Reno's time, there's something I want to talk about" Nadya replied.

"Talk it up." said Reno.

"I want to talk about grandma."

Reno raised her head to look at Nadya. Reno had thought Nadya would ask about the file she had signed at the office, but Reno had guessed wrong.

"Does your grandmother need any more medical expenses?" ask Reno.

"No, but...."

"But what?" ask Reno because Nadya does not continue her words.

"Grandmother wants to meet Mas Reno" replied Nadya.

"But if Mas Reno can't be okay, later I will talk to grandma" said Nadya again.

"I'll meet him." said Reno as he stood up and walked closer to Nadya.

"But not free" said Reno again whispered in Nadya's ear and smiled meaningfully.

"How much do I have to pay?" nadya's question made Reno laugh, laugh at Nadya, so innocent his second wife.

"I don't need the money" Reno replied.

"La...."

Not until finished Nadya talk Reno has linked her lips so that Nadya no longer talk much. Nadya did not know if the man had wanted Nadya since yesterday, unfortunately his desire was hindered by Marisa's return.

Nadya gets carried away, she starts to return Reno's kiss without her noticing that Reno is getting excited about her.

Reno takes Nadya into her private room, a room that Nadya never knew her whereabouts that turned out to be fused with the workspace.

Reno laid Nadya who could only receive every treatment Reno, now she knew what payment Reno wanted. 'His body' and Nadya immediately felt pain stabbing her heart, so despicable she was at the moment, selling her body to a man who was her husband.

Unlike their first union, this time Reno does so gently and lovingly. But that feeling of love still could not be felt Nadya, even though she was currently asleep in the arms of Reno who continued to look at her face.

"You're even prettier when you sleep like this, baby" Reno said, caressing Nadya's long hair.

Nadya was awake from her sleep, the sight she saw was Reno's handsome face. If only they were met in a good way, Nadya would be a happy wife in the arms of her husband when he woke up.

"You must remember your position."

Marisa's speech again made Nadya aware of herself who was in Reno's embrace only as the host mother.

Nadya cried in silence, wanting to feel like she was running from this reality, but what could she do? Nadya weeps for her dirty self, she already sells herself even though Reno married her legally in the eyes of religion.

Rosa's pale face returned as Nadya's reinforcement to continue her role as Reno's wife, Nadya immediately wiped her tears and tried to encourage herself by saying, "All this for the sake of grandmother to be healthy and happy" said Nadya.

Reno also woke up feeling Nadya's movements that disturbed her sleep. "Why not sleep?" ask Reno. His speech was very soft while tucking the hair that covered Nadya's face.

"Why you?" reno asked as soon as he noticed Nadya's teary eyes.

Nadya was moved by Reno's current treatment, but she could not forget Marisa's words that were always excited in her head.

"I'm fine Mas." replied Nadya who was definitely lying.

Reno ignored Nadya's words, she knew Nadya was not okay. "Did I hurt you?" ask Reno to herself.

Reno pulled Nadya into her arms, even tightening her arms. Not without Reno doing it, he was sure Nadya had just cried. And Reno's weakness, she can't see women crying.

"Don't get out of my life." whispered Reno.

"Stay my wife forever" Reno continued.

Nadya could only shut up, she could not answer Reno's current request. He had to convince her heart as well as Reno's heart to him. Then what about Marisa if she knows Nadya will forever be Reno's wife?

"Learn to love me, because I've fallen in love with you, Nadya" Reno said, making Nadya's heartbeat irregular again.

"Did Reno really fall in love with her?"
