Chapter 4. Figuring Out

Allowing Nadya to leave does not mean that Reno just believes in what the woman who was just one day married was talking about. Arriving at his company, Reno asks Yuda's assistant and Reno's best friend since school to immediately face her.

"Sir Boss, you seem to really like that I'm forever single" Yuda complained as soon as he arrived at Reno's room. He was just about to meet a new employee who caught his attention when Reno contacted him.

"I ask you not to hear your complaint." said Reno Yuda with an annoyed face.

"What's wrong?" yuda asked as soon as he saw the face of his boss who was not okay.

"Marisa hasn't come home from out of town?" ask Yuda again for not getting an answer from Reno.

"No need to think, he must be having fun with his best friend." continued Yuda.

"Then I got married again" Reno told Yuda as a friend. It was difficult for her if she covered her second marriage from Judah like Marisa's request.

"What!" yuda said he did not believe.

"Yesterday you are in the office and working as usual" Yuda said again.

"Yesterday afternoon" Reno explained.

"But that's good, at least there's a wife who's going to take care of you later, not like yesterday-yesterday's wife but always alone.

I wonder what kind of woman your second wife is, is she more beautiful than Marisa?" ask Yuda curiously.

Reno longed to answer Yuda's question, but he paused it.

"I don't know anything about him, so I need your help, Jud. I want to know what kind of woman she is, okay or just want to live comfortably with my wealth" Reno told Yuda what was troubling her mind.

"You married that woman but you don't know who and how she is, are you out of her mind?" asked juda while shaking his head in disbelief.

"I just obeyed Marisa's request." replied Reno who made Yuda again surprised.

"Marisa told you to get married again, what's going on?" ask Yuda bungung.

"Marisa forced me to remarry yesterday, she was also the one who was looking for a woman to marry as a second wife" Reno replied.

"I didn't hear wrong?" tanya Yuda did not believe Reno's explanation.

Reno let out a rough breath, now she was in trouble after following Marisa's will. While the person who put it in trouble just leave without telling a single bit about who Nadya is.

Then Reno tells her why Marisa asked her to remarry, and why Marisa chose Nadya.

"Cruel" said Yuda as soon as Reno finished his story.

"You mean?" asked Reno not to understand.

"Marisa is so ruthless, she takes advantage of the woman's economic hardship. Did he not think about her feelings later?

He had to part with the child he was born with, was it not a cruel act. Where is Marisa's heart as a fellow woman" replied Yuda.

Reno fell silent, in her heart she confirmed what Yuda had said. Reno doesn't think about getting there when she agrees to Marisa's request.

"Now I have to do with Jud, the woman's attitude makes me curious" Reno said, leaning his shoulder against the back of his great chair.

"You want to find out who your second wife is?" asked Yuda who immediately got the answer, "Yes." from Reno.

"Therefore I have you Jud" said Reno, continuing his reply.

"Please find out about Nadya as soon as possible, and find me a trustworthy person to follow her and report to me at all times about Nadya" Reno said.

"So his name is Nadya." said Yuda as soon as Reno mentioned Nadya's name.

"You really want to do that?" asked Yuda again while looking suspiciously at Reno.

"Why indeed? What's wrong I'm finding out who he is." Reno replied denying Yuda's suspicious gaze.

Reno doesn't want to admit she did all of this because she's starting to take an interest in Nadya. Reno just wanted to prove that what Nadya said was true, nothing more.

In the afternoon, after work Nadya stayed at the hospital as she told Reno. Nadya is not alone she is accompanied by Azam who is staying at the hospital tonight.

"What's Reno's attitude, Ma'am?" ask Azam who knows if Reno is forced to marry his brother. She wants to know Reno's attitude towards Nadya after marriage.

"Yesterday, my grandmother asked where my sister got the cost for the grandmother's operation" Azam told Nadya as soon as Rosa was asleep.

"You haven't told Grandma about Ma'am's wedding, have you?" ask Nadya.

"Not yet." Azam replied.

As Nadya requests, they will tell about Nadya's marriage to Rosa after their grandmother finishes her surgery.

"Rest, tomorrow we have to wake up before dawn" said Nadya so Azam sleep immediately.

Meanwhile in the Reno residence, the man could not close his eyes. After getting information about Nadya, Reno felt more guilty about the insults she had thrown at Nadya.

Reno goes into Nadya's room, his second wife does not come home. Reno closes the door, not returning to her room but Reno sleeping in Nadya's room.

"Have a wife of two, but still lonely." muttered Reno before closing her eyes.

The next day at the hospital, the nurse entered Rosa's hospital room to examine Nadya and Azam's grandmother before undergoing surgery.

"Nadya." call Rosa to let Nadya get closer after the sisters leave.

"Azam won't tell Grandma where you got the cost for the surgery, don't you want to tell me?" ask Rosa.

When she was transferred to the VIP room, Rosa asked the nurse whether her operating expenses were covered by insurance or not. The nurse said Rosa used self-employment. But neither Nadya nor Azam told him where they got the money.

"Grandmother does not need to think about this problem, now grandmother prays that the operation will run smoothly" replied Nadya.

Holding Rosa's hand, Nadya follows the nurse who pushes Rosa's bed into the operating room. Nadya had just released her hand after she was asked to wait outside.

"I'm sorry Nadya, Grandma" Nadya said in her heart.

Nadya sat on the waiting bench in front of the operating room. She can't calm down, not fearing that Rosa's surgery has failed but she doesn't know how to tell Rosa if she's married without asking her grandmother's permission.

"Grandmother will be fine" said Anjas who immediately sat beside Nadya.

Nadya looked at Anjas and she smiled at her best friend.

"I brought breakfast for you and Azam" Anjas said as he handed over the package he was carrying.

"Thank you, but Azam I told you to have breakfast in the cafeteria" Nadya replied back to Anjas.

Nadya received the package Anjas gave her, then she put it back next to her. Nadya felt unable to swallow food in conditions like today.

"You don't work?" nadya asked who was answered with a headband by Anjas.

Anjas is not allowed to go to work, he will accompany Nadya, the woman he has loved all this time. Anjas knows very well, Nadya often ignores her stomach if there is a problem or a lot of thoughts. He had to force Nadya to have breakfast. Otherwise, Nadya would not have put anything in to fill her stomach.

Anjas took back the parcel he had brought, then he opened it and handed the food to Nadya.

"Let's eat." said Anjas.

"Later on." replied Nadya.

Ignoring Nadya's refusal, Anjas scoops the yellow rice he bought before heading to the hospital and thrusts the spoon in front of Nadya's mouth.

"Open his mouth" said Anjas forcing Nadya.

"I eat alone." replied Nadya felt bad to see others and remembered her status that had been someone's wife even if only for a while.

"Open his mouth" said Anjas again reject Nadya's request.

Nadya could not refuse if Anjas had behaved like this. They love each other but they both realize they can't be together. So the word friendship becomes a wrap so that they can stay together.

Patiently, sesap by sesap Anjas put the yellow rice mouth Nadya until the woman finished her breakfast. Nadya and Anjas are not aware, what Anjas is doing is currently targeted by the camera.

Reno's face flushed red as she received the photo sent by her man. The closeness of Anjas and Nadya has triggered the jealousy of Reno.
