Chapter 36. Reception

The wedding reception that Reno prepared was very luxurious. The entire ballroom is filled with fresh flower decorations of various types. Beautiful and fresh is what is felt when the feet enter this party place.

It was also felt by Anjas and Naira who attended tonight fulfilled Nadya and Reno's invitation. There was a feeling that Anjas himself did not understand, he was happy that Nadya would be introduced as Miss Reno Bagaskara, but he also felt in the corner of his heart that others were hurt.

"I'm not his soul mate and love doesn't have to have, no." Anjas murmured inwardly to comfort himself.

Reno stared charmedly at Nadya who tonight is very beautiful, not only beautiful, but his wife is an angel whom God sent for her. "She's my queen, the queen who will always reign in my heart." muttered Reno who stared in amazement at the wife.

"The event will begin" said someone who is one of the employees of the wedding organizer of the event section that takes care of Reno and Nadya's wedding.

Hearing that remark, Reno reached out her hand to the wife, "Come on." she asked.

Nadya smiled and welcomed Reno's hand which was now tightly clasped. They walked to the pelaminan. A happy smile emanated from the two returned the greeting of the invited guests where their eyes were all fixed on the two people who would become kings and queens at the party tonight.

Nadya's eyes caught the figure of Anjas who was looking at her. The eyes were silent even though his lips painted a smile.

"Let me be happy." That's what Nadya thought when she saw Anjas.

As if to know what Nadya was thinking, Anjas returned the look and said, "I'm happy to see you happy." said Anjas satin with a smile that he kept on sharing until his eyes no longer met the eyes of Nadya.

One by one the guests began to line up to give congratulations. While Anjas invites Naira to contribute a song, a song she has prepared for him to sing tonight.

"It's my fault, thinking too much about my ego." Anjas began the lyrics of the song he sang, a song belonging to Tri Asylum that he felt fit to represent his heart at this time precisely after he knew Nadya the woman he loved was married.

Nadya could immediately know who the owner of the voice was, once Anjas donated his voice. This is a song that they often sing together during karaokean threesome Naira. Covering his surprise, Nadya smiled at Reno, "The camera is still a lot of Mas, not good if we sit." replied Nadya looking at the queue lined up to go up on stage.

"But don't force yourself if you're tired."

"Yes Mas, so far Dya can still greet them all." Nadya replied while nodding with a big smile.

"Congratulations Ma'am" said Didu's wife after breaking her arms with Nadya.

"Ria, thank you for coming" replied Nadya congratulating Didu's wife.

Nadya looked at Ria's perfectly round belly, "When is the birth?" nadya asked, her hand stroking the protruding belly.

"Leave wait for the day." replied Ria. "May Mbak quickly fill ya." said Ria again pray.

"Aamiin's." Reno answered.

It made Didu the friend commented, "The song is really good" Didu chirped right in front of Nadya. The wife directly hit Didu's arm which often spoke out of place.

Nadya just smiled, of course Didu and Ria know how it relates to Anjas. But like the title song Anjas sung, 'I'm Not the Matchmaker.' that's how Nadya and Anjas despite loving each other.

Behind Didu there is Ica with her lover, "Congratulations Ma'am." said Ica.

"Thank you Ma'am Ica." Nadya replied while pulling Ica's body for her to hug.

Really Ica was flattered by the attitude of Nadya who considered her as a friend, not the wife of the leader where she worked.

Anjas, who has finished expressing what he feels through the song, is now accompanied by Naira in line with the guests who will congratulate him.

"I picked Nadya up, she looked strong but actually not as strong as she looked. There are times when she is fragile and needs a strong figure" Anjas whispered in Reno's ear as the man hugged Nadya's husband to congratulate her.

Honestly Reno did not like Anjas' words, but considering Anjas who had always been there for Nadya, Reno just smiled while nodding her head.

"Surely she's my wife, I as a husband will definitely take care and make my wife happy" Reno Anjas said, which made the man realize Reno's position for Nadya.

"Congratulations dear." said Naira hugging Nadya.

"May you always be happy and you will age together until death do you part" Naira said, praying for Nadya.

"Thank you Nai." Nadya replied after Naira outlined her embrace.

"Thank you An." Nadya told Anjas.

"When do you catch up?" tanya Nadya continued her words.

"Well, when will Anjas be stopped" Naira answered making Anjas smile clumsily with Naira's insinuation. Maybe after this Anjas will think about what Nadya asked.

Meanwhile outside, precisely at the entrance where the reception party Nadya and Reno held. Two women of different generations were detained by the committee, they were both not allowed to enter because there was no name they both listed the names of invited guests.

The two men were Marisa and Wulan. Waiting for the definition of a human who has no shame, after daring to humiliate Nadya now they dare to attend the wedding reception Reno and Nadya.

They forced their way in, and made a scene at the front desk. Fortunately, it does not interfere with the ongoing events inside.
